I have a super wide foot, so I always have to go up a half size in shoes to accommodate the width (even if the shoes say they are wide). I was amazed - my usual 8.5 was too wide and the strap was coming off of my heel! These shoes are definitely wide - wide enough that I could order my correct size - which is a first for me when ordering shoes. And they were comfortable right out of the box!

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day at work with no problem.

I am so sad this shoe did not fit me correctly. I ordered 8 narrow, length was good, but too wide.

These sandals are so pretty! They are good quality material and the insole is very comfortable. The color is true to the photo and both the silver and the rose gold are lovely. Unfortunately, they were still too narrow for my wide feet, despite ordering a size D width. The straps still cut into the edge of my toe box--a no-go for me, so I returned them. I can normally fit into a D width, but I would have reordered in an EE for this style.

I have 7.5WW with a small heel and med arches. This sling back sandal is perfect for me. I had to send it back and replaced with larger size. The heel strap could be tighter and i might have to make another hole after wearing for a while.

It’s a beautiful and comfortable sandal. Perfect heel height for comfort with style. I have other shoes of this brand and they don’t disappoint. At first use the upper edge felt a little hard but that disappeared on the second use. I’ve also returned the first white pair that came with marks on the leather

Love the way they look, and they hide my bunions. Very comfortable. I could have used a half size larger since my big toe slides to the tip of the shoe. If in doubt--order larger.

The shoe was pretty and looked exactly like the picture, however it felt wider (like an E) instead of a C/D.

Such a classy dress sandal; The cork material has gold and brown fIecks in it but I have too many foot problems for this shoe. Need more support.

I purchased this shoe for when I need to dress up a little more. I have a wide width and I find this pair to be just right in that area as well as the length 8W. I have only worn them for only 1 hour so far and decided to keep them because they were comfortable. I am hoping they will remain comfortable when I have to wear them for a longer period. How well they will last time will tell.

Loved the style! I have bunions and these were not wide enough since the straps come right across that area. The heel height was a little more than I can have with foot pain. Otherwise these would have been so cute!!

The shoe is so beautiful that I am going to hate sending it back. The only reason for the return is that I have nerve damage and a foot drop and I have not really worn a heel like this in about 10 years but I am so tired of wearing my brace that only fits inside of orthopedic shoes and thought just for this time, my granddaughter is getting married and I have a beautiful long dress and I want to look as best as I can as the grandmother of the bride. This one had a little bit of a higher heel for me, so I have just ordered 4 more pairs to try in the privacy of my home with a slightly lower heel. This is the first time I have ever ordered from Zappos and I can hardly believe that the second order arrived the very next day. All I can say is if you don't have any physical problems go ahead and order them, you certainly have nothing to lose.

The most comfortable pump I've ever worn (not that I've worn that many) - nice cushioning in the foot bed, soft upper, adjustable heal strap is also nice. I can't tell if the heal is supposed to be a faux wrap heal or faux wood - it's a little odd, but not really noticeable on. Other than that, the price is right, the heal height is right, the width was good for my medium-wide, squarish foot and the navy is a nice versatile color for casual summer gatherings. Although the shoes looks loose and awkward on the model in the video, I found it fit quite comfortably and didn't look quite so soccer mom-ish (not that we don't know some stylin' moms!) the way it did in the video.

I ordered the flower print shoe, very pretty but, the pitch was too high the straps on the front were too low they did not hold my foot on the shoe.

Comfortable, especially in the toe area. I wear a 7M. I purchased white. Yes, a little old lady looking---but let's call it a retro look---they are cute. My only issue is the mid foot area over the top of the foot. The shoe is a little tight there. Otherwise, it is a very comfortable shoe and I needed a white heel for my summer dresses.

Very nice shoes and quite comfortable but they were too "shiny". They almost sparkled and did not go with anything in my wardrobe.

Comfortable with moderate cushioning. I typically wear an 8 1/2 and have a wide foot. I found the 8 "wide" to be plenty long enough and the width appropriate. Nice lower heel. I having "aging feet" and accompanying problems. This would be comfortable for half day or less but no more for my feet. The style is "as good" as you can do with trying to make a comfortable dress sandal.

comfortable, just have to return these as I will not poke a hole in a brand new shoe to make the heel fit!

PRO: Zappos WONDERFUL shipping! Received these today and they are cute as can be. CON: HOWEVER, I did not feel they were at all comfortable AND there was no "cushiony, soft" footbed. It was HARD. However, I would have kept them since I only need to wear them from our ship's cabin to the main dining room! The bunion on my right foot stuck through the two (first) straps and looked quite unsightly. NOT FOR WIDE FEET & BUNIONS. Love Zappos Customer Service though.

Wanted to love these because they’re so comfortable but they look like old lady shoes. The color didn’t help - I ordered camel.

Runs half size long. Stretchy section in ankle straps is nice, but strap doesn't hold my ankle because it runs long.

I wear a 10 size shoe, preferably 9 1/2 Wide. I do not have any bunions on my toes or any problems with my feet, other than the grew after having my son. I purchased this shoe in a 10-regular width, solely because the other reviews expressed how this shoe is much wider than normal. That is not accurate! This shoe is TRUE to size and width. With that said, when trying it on (besides the width), it felt extremely comfortable. I'm only giving this shoe a 4-stars review because I'm annoyed with having to exchange the shoe because of the width.
