Cute shoes, thick sole padding, but it was just too small across my toes. Will have to return.

The heel strap came loose while walking

These were cute shoes that I ordered in size 9 W, my usual dress shoe size. They were longer in length than expected and wide where the strap went over the top of the foot. There was no way to tighten the strap to fix that. I’m unsure if I should go with a medium as I have a bunion on right foot. I’m sending back and will try another navy pump.

The size was perfect and the width was also perfect... BUT, where the top strap (closest to my ankle) went across the ball of my foot, it left a blister. I wore them at home for about 4 hours and no issues. So I wore them to work. After about 6 hours the blister started. Maybe they would break in if I wore them more -but I don't want to. They will sit in my closet because we destroyed the box too quickly and I can't return them. They are super cute and I love them - except the blister part.

It felt a little small.

I ordered these in a wide width and I don't think they felt very wide at all. The shoe size itself ran a little small I feel like. If the width was better the fit of the shoe would be better overall but I couldn't really wear these very long because I felt like I should have gotten a half size bigger.

A little big and a little wide, and just looked a little to matronly.

Very comfortable. Back sling falls down a bit. Used front cushion to keep foot from sliding forward.

Shoes fit well basically true to size and look awesome...almost retro. A little higher than I thought but I love them. Thinking of buying again in another color.

I like this shoe. Although someone with a high instep may find it fits a tightly. I would buy this in another color.

Needs more holes in strap, but buckle wouldn’t slide down enough for that. Too loose in heel.

Because the back strap gets larger as it gets closer to the shoe, I could not make another hole to put the buckle pin through. I needed that extra hole.

It was a little on the small side (had to ease it over a bunion on the larger foot) but was comfortable for a long cocktail party. The look is slightly matronly, but it's a practical shoe that you could wear to the office. Good to have a pair even if they won't be your favorite shoes.

For heels, these are pretty comfortable, I wish they had more arch support then they would really be comfortable. They were cute with my dress for the wedding I attended.

I really liked these and they fit okay, except the black patent leather was stiff and I knew it would give me blisters on a few places. I am sad to return them. I have had a different material before and they were great.

Women with wide (or extra wide) feet know what a struggle (and often impossibility) it is to find cute and comfortable shoes. These check both boxes. Will be keeping this brand in mind when purchasing shoes in the future

Very comfortable, cute, and they don’t irritate my bunion. A winning style!

Size and width were both true to fit. My only bad feeling was the heels were too high. I felt like I might fall over at any movement. I will need a return label sent to me for return to Zappos. Please and thank you for your service and consideration.

Theses are very pretty shoes but the strap in the back is too big. Even using the last hole didn’t help so I returned them

The shoes are very pretty and they fit well, however, I can't wear them because the heel is a little too high for me. The heel is about 2" high.
