I have inherited foot problems but unlike my mother I have a professional job where I wear suits and dresses. At these times I find it difficult to find a shoe that can look professional and youthful without inflicting pain. After reading the reviews on this shoe I decided to give it a try. I received it in the mail the day before leaving for a conference. I actually wore it all day the first day without a regret. I have a wide foot and I found this shoe true to size. The padding proved to be amazing. I went on line to buy it in other colors but found my size sold out. I will try other similar shoes in this brand. I do not want to have to wear flats with my suits and now I may have an alternative.

A very versatile shoe. I wore it out clubbing and to a nice restaurant. As comfortable as any pair of heels can be expected to be. It was a perfect fit, which is unusual with my wide foot. It probably runs a little big, since I normally wear a 7 1/2 but I got this shoe in a 7. I highly recommend this shoe.

Loved these shoes from the second I stepped into them until I took them off hours later. Very cute! Perfect for the occasion!! I would recommend them to everyone. I want to purchase all the colors in this style and have already purchased another pair of Soft Spots in a different style. Loved them!!!

A feminine and pretty shoe! Runs a little large in length but the width is right on. I especially like Softspots brand shoes as they are comfortable for wide feet and have more arch support than more heeled shoes.

These shoes are SO comfortable because of the soft padding that I want to order them in other colors as well. They are also more cute when worn than in the picture. The fit is right on -- my normal size fit exactly.

I bought these for my daughter to wear during Rush Week in college; you do a lot of walking in pretty shoes. She loves these and plans on wearing them in her sister's wedding this weekend! Her sisters both want a pair, too. We all agree they are a dream to walk in.

I love shopping on Zappos.com. I am a busy executive that travels a state away to my office 3 days a week. Needed dress shoes for several weddings; not a heels person at all, mostly Birks. Wow, these are amazing. I needed a pair of red sandals for a wedding and ordered these two days before. As usual they came the next day. There was no need to break them in, they worked from the first time I put them on. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. They looked great with animal print dress of browns, beiges, and dark brown color palette. They look more red on the site, they are actually a deeper red more like burgundy/wine. But that color looked even better than a red would have looked. As usual I love dealing with Zappos. Been a long time customer and will continue to be one and recomment it to all my friends. Love you guys!!!!

Gorgous in red patent--stunning with a little black dress when you have to be on your feet all night. I have wide feet but petite frame. These were perfect in wide, but order 1/2 size smaller--they run a little long. Cannot get enough of this wonderful, comfortable, attractive brand!

I am one who has very difficult feet to fit and When I purchased these I was beyond amazed. The quality of the shoe was great, the color is not a true brown more a shiny bronze (very nice though), the comfort is beyond excellent with nice padding on the bottom(I have a hard time with shoes killing me witin minutes of walking), I can wear these all day at work and then go shopping afterwrds and my feet are not cramping up, the puchase price was well worth the rewards these shoes have to offer. If I can walk that much with no blisters I am beyond sold on these shoes!

Love these classy sandals. I have them in the black patent leather. I wore them to an outdoor wedding in hot, humid, North Carolina. My fat feet were comfy and I was able to walk around and dance all night. They look so right that even What Not To Wear would be proud. Normally, I wear a 7 W in most shoes, but always a 6.5 W in Softspots. Zappos, please continue carrying the wonderful selection of shoes and keep your great shipping policy. Thank you.

Very comfortable and stylish. My first pair of Softspots. Unlike other slingbacks, they stayed on my feet. Sizing was accurate. I will look at Softspots in the future.

I bought this in black patent for my son's wedding... looks very nice on my foot and has a very comfortable padded bottom. I usually do not wear a heel this high so I was wary but I have worn it around and it is very comfy but I could not wear for more than a few hours because of the heel size. Again, it looks wonderful for a simple dress shoe! Zappos is wonderful!!

I typically wear an 11 Wide-- I saw this shoe on an infomercial but they didn't have the size I needed. I got the 11 WW to be safe and it was perfect and the strap stayed on great. At first, I thought the shoe was a little too shiny for summer, but it is so comfortable and dressy for the office, I had to keep it. I just walked 3 miles in it when I forgot my gym shoes...and no pain! My only concern with this brand is that that super soft cushiony bedding can get pretty moist if you don't wear hose with it. That moisture can't be good! I make sure to dry it out thoroughly each night. Great feeling shoe. You guys were right. Would like to see more open-toed (not too much toe), feminine and comfortable shoes in bigger sizes! More like Neima!

I got these in red and in my normal 7.5 size. I wore them to a wedding and danced all night long. I usually can't wait to get home and take my shoes off after a night like that but with the Softspots I didn't feel that way at all. I definitely recommend these shoes.

I have extreme foot issues-wide, high arch, high instep and a closet full of shoes I cannot wear. I ordered these shoes to wear to a wedding knowing I would be on my feet and dancing for hours and found them quite comfortable. The look is nice and up to date and can easily get three seasons wear from these.

I bought these shoes in the brown, and they are beautiful. They make my 11 wides look sexy, and that is sometimes hard to do. I did buy the wides, but think an extra wide would have been better. They gave me the WORST blister I have had in a long time on my big toe. So, I think I will take them and have them stretched. Otherwise, they were comfy. As usual, Zappos service was super speedy, and it is wonderful that they offer free returns.

I just love these shoes! Comfy from the first time I put them on. Compares well with all my Sofft shoes. The color is not as white as represented in the picture on-line, however, I'm so happy that they are a beige/white (not so stark) and will be able to wear with so many outfits. I find that they are true to size and width. Lovely shoe, nice for "dress-up", but not too fussy.

I bought them for a formal evening wedding and was very satisfied. My feet are wide in front and narrow in the heel and they fit me well. The straps around my toes rubbed, presumably because they weren't broken in. But I was prepared and brought moleskin with me. I assume that they will eventually stretch out.

I bought these in the black patent leather. I have a very wide foot and was excited because they were available in extra wide. They were very generous in width and I probably could have got just a regular wide. They are super comfortable. I can wear them 8 or 9 hours at work and still feel great wearing them out in the evening. They look great with pants or skirts and the sole is padded and very flexible.

Love, love, love these sandals. They make my wide feet look narrow. They are, in addition to being beautiful -- comfortable. The color goes great with lots of dresses and even many of the slacks I have. Great for formal occasions and I can stay on my feet all day without having to take them off to soothe my poor, painful feet! I recommend these to anyone wanting a dressy sandal that is also comfortable in a big way.

These are the most comfortable heels I've ever had because of their cushioned footbed, plus I was able to get them in a wide width. They look & feel fantastic. I have also had a lot of luck with other styles from this brand, Softspots. The heel height is sexy, but not too high. They are versatile and can be worn with a dressy dress or pants. I originally ordered double wide, but returned them for single wide and got super fast service from Zappos. I'm a customer for life.
