The fit was perfect. I thought the AA width was a little wide but other than that they're beautifully made shoes.

I ordered a 7 M and the fit was excellent, but with the great cushion sole, it felt a little tight at the toes, so I returned them and ordered the 7 wide. I have a high arch and the arch support was excellent. I am very happy with this brand and their shoes. I would love to find a platform wedge with this kind of comfort. Softspots, PLEASE make more styles with a wedge, for woman who can't wear a regular high heel. Also, I love the people I talk to on the phone when I order. They are so knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

Softspots is a favorite brands of shoes for me. This is a quality shoe that you can wear for hours, without feeling like you have to take your shoes off the minute you get home. The leather is soft and the heel is the right size for me to wear, since I had to replace my knees. I expect to get several years of wear from this shoe. I do hope Softspots will make more wedge platform styles, as it is the only way I can be "taller", without the high heels I love, that I can no longer wear.

I needed these for an event and paid $15 for extra fast shipping to get them before the event. Thankfully, they fit right out of the box. Hope the price goes down and to purchase more of these in the future.

Because you will not be wearing those thick socks you wear in your sneakers every day, order 1 size smaller than your sneakers. If you will be wearing them with pantyhose, buy a ball of foot insert. This will prevent your silky stockings from sliding around in your slippery shoes. (The combination of two smooth surfaces in your shoes is a fall hazard!) Once this problem has been addressed, you will find your Soft Spots to be an extremely comfortable shoe for dressy occaisions. Most heels squeeze your toes together. These don't.

The strap issue is fixed! I bought a pair of these several months ago and the heel strap was way too long. I added my own extra hole to make it tighter. Today, I received another pair in another color and tried them on - the strap was perfect! They must have fixed the issue. Very comfortable shoes!!

Needed a wide dressy sandal with good heel height. The foot pad was very comfy and the whole shoe base very strong & solid. I like that the heel is wide enough to feel stable but small enough to look pretty (not clunky). Pearlized color is subtle, which I liked. Very happy with these shoes!

I have bunions. Hard to find stylish comfortable shoes. These are a dream! I ordered Extra wide and they are the most comfortable shoes i have ever tried on! Thank you, thank you! Relief!

Good shoes, this is my second pair.

Comfortable, but when I ordered the almond color I was expecting more of a nude shade. Instead this appears more gold and metallic.

This was my second purchase of this same shoe. I have them in both champagne and silver. Bought them to wear to family weddings. Comfortable and easy on the feet. Didn't feel the need to take them off after hours of sitting, standing and could even dance in them.

Fit great and amazingly comfortable considering i have arthritis in my feet. Now, if they would just make it in bone.

I love the shoes! They are comfortable and stylish for work or an evening out. The shoes felt a little wider, and my feet were sliding forward while wearing nylons. I exchanged the shoes for a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear which are now a perfect fit.

I love this shoe. I have two pairs now. They actually fit big wide feet. When they say W they mean it. 10.5 would have been the perfect size for me so I need to make the back strap a little shorter. They look so good I just got them so these pics of them coming apart are a little disconcerting but hoping this doesn't happen. Higher heel than I can normally find that fits so perfect for pants that need that little extra height. If you have impossible feet to fit this shoe is it. Kat

Great shoes, too big. :( sad does not fit

I am happy with these shoes I bought for work. I am 5'9 and don't like shoes with heels as I don't want to be any taller. These do have a heel, but they are reasonable and don't make me 6" tall. I have super sensitive skin, so they did rub a bit on the big toes and little toes, but I don't think that will be the norm for most people. I am overall happy with this purchase.

Beautiful shoe but I waited too long to order and so there was no time to exchange for the correct width.

Purchased the navy and loved them so much I ordered the black and almond. Cute and comfortable. Be aware that the almond is closer to a muted gold color rather than a tan color. It surprised me but I think the color will work with lots of things.

I needed a comfortable, neat but stylish shoe for work. This fit the bill perfectly. Super comfy right out of the box!

I haven't had a comfortable heel for years and always looked for 9W but in this show I took a 8.5W. I also have bunions and have a hard time finding anything comfortable. I love the padding, heel height is dressy enough and still good for casual wear . Love the cork texture, color. I'll be going back on site to order same style in multiple colors.

I have several pair of these shoes--various colors. I love them because they are stylish and comfortable. It's hard to find cute dress shoes that are comfortable and I certainly hit the jackpot when I bought these. Wish they came in red.

I am 65 with terrible wide feet. These shoes are so wonderful THEY FIT! I ordered the black ones that were perfect so I ordered the cork ones that are so cute.A 10.5 would have been better for me but to find a shoe this fashionable with a 2 inch heal that is really comfortable. I walked around the house for about 3 hours and my feet still felt great. Think I will get another pair. So unusual to find a shoe like this that is really wide enough.Zappos I love you.Kat

These shoes were clearly worn and then cleaned up. The bottom of one of the shoes has scrapes on the sole (under toes) and the sling back leather is wrinkled in a way indicative of wear. I am returning to order a NEW pair.
