If you have a hard to fit foot or wide this is the shoe for you. I have bunions and can never get a shoe soft enough and wide enough. These are so comfortable and easy to wear. Expensive but worth every penny. I now have them in two colors. I couldn't usually even wear heels before! And the bottom padding is so soft.

These are gorgeous, comfortable and they look good on my big feet! The deep blue is very pretty and provides versatility to wearing. I am a problem foot person. I wear an 11W, have very high arch, and use orthotics daily. These felt fine out of the box. The spongy insole provides a little support and the bounce of the heels makes the shoes comfortable for long wear. When I find a dress shoe I can wear for several hours without wanting to tear them off, I consider myself fortunate. These shoes are definitely in that category. So glad I found them. I ordered my usual size and found the fit to be perfect.

The L shoe strap angle is cut & set low. It hangs down, after wearing 1 week, too late to return. My toes slip through the front, so a shoe-repair punched holes to tighten the straps, but the straps do not grip my heels. Indoors the footbed slaps like loud flip-flops. The pressed leather wears out easy and fast after 1 month. Not confident to try this brand again.

This shoe did not fit me correctly and did not look quite as nice in person as it did online. I ordered an 8M and 8W, just in case. They were both far too loose in the heel, even on the smallest adjustment of the strap. I wasn't going to poke another hole in a brand new pair of shoes and so they were returned. The medium width fit okay in the toe but looked a little crinkly there. I do have narrow heels and generally a medium width shoe works okay, although sometimes I need a wide in certain dress shoes. If your heel slips in athletic shoes or is narrow, skip this one.

Lovely shoe, but the narrow is still too wide. It seemed wider than other Softspots shoes I've had. Too bad. The insole was extremely comfortable and soft. I wish it came in slim!

Beautiful shoe! I have the red. The heel is just the right height and very stable. Same great comfort as all Softspots shoes. It took me wearing them a couple of times before I could wear them all day, but I don't normally wear heels. Love these shoes.

The design of the sandal is very nice - comfortable, easy to walk or stand all day. Unfortunately after only 6 wears, the sole of one sandal separated from the heel.

I have short, wide, a bit chubby feet. The size and width are perfect for my feet which for my feet...is usually hard to find. I’ll be ordering some other colors. ?

These shoes are deceptively comfortable. I normally wear a size 8.5 W or WW. So I ordered one in each size. But they were too big. The back strap wouldn't stay up on my heal. But they felt so comfortable, so I returned them and ordered a size 8W. I wore them around the house many times before committing to them. They felt so comfortable and were very pretty. Then I wore them to my company party and was pretty comfortable at first, but after about 3 hours in the shoes, my pinky toes were so sore and red. I had to take them off to walk. The heal strap kept falling off, and the shoes got scuffed with black marks from the heals. I'm regretting my purchase now.

This is a daily wear shoe for work and so far so good. Strapping helps for protruding bunion which was important for me.

These things are huge! It's nice, in a way, because I usually have to size up. I have really hard to fit feet, wide toes, wide at the ball of the foot with high arches, but normal width heels. I often go with a clog or mule because it's just easier. These shoes in the wide width are really just too big. But I added a hole to each strap (one on the right, two on the left) and also added some gel shoe inserts (from amazon - see photo for reference) which has made the shoe comfortable and solid. I couldn't wear them "as is" - they were loose and floppy on my foot and I would have injured myself for sure. I ordered them to go to an outdoor wedding at a farm. Casual, but not too. They look quite nice in person and have a nice construction but they are really big. Order two widths if you are unsure. I ordered double wide and wide and I wish I would have just ordered a med. width for comparison. An any rate, I have a shoe that I can wear and it looks and feels good, although it's a huge surprise to have a shoe be too big.

Very stylish and comfortable. I rarely wear heels because of orthopedic discomforts, most of my dress shoes are fairly flat, but these have just enough heel to make them dressy and I would recommend them.

Buy these! I ordered three different pairs of these shoes before I got the size right. I have a very wide foot. The first pair I got were 8WW. Way too long. The back strap gaped. I finally got a 7WW and it's heavenly. Feels great and looks lovely. I haven't worn heels in years and these are great. I got the deep coppery brown ones.

This shoe is very comfortable. I saw other reviews about the shoe running wide so I ordered a 7(N). It was the right decision. They do run wide.

Nice low heel shoe - Although not a very hip shoe, it is a comfortable alternative for a dressy event when you need to be on your feet a lot. Has a nice low heel with padding in the footbed.

These shoes are stylish and professional looking. I have big and wide feet (size 9.5 EEE) so finding good looking shoes is difficult. These are very comfortable and great for dancing.

I ordered this shoe in size 11 and size 12, to be sure because I wear 12 in flat sandals. The size 11 fit perfectly and I wore them all evening at a wedding, they felt like I was barefoot. That is how comforyable they are. I have morton's neuroma in my left foot as well as a bad ankle, from an injury, so I seldom wear heels, I had no discomfort with these shoes. Thank you to Zappos for taking my returns until I found the right fit. I wish that I could wear them everyday, but being a housewife, that is not practical.

Loved this shoe...comfy the first time I put it on. Not sure what "almond" color should look like, but actual color was more like pinkish pale gold.

These were very comfortable shoes. I normally don't wear heels, but these were just too good to be true. Would highly recommend any Softspot shoe and ordering from Zappos!

Comfortable right out of the box without any rubbing. Love the color and find it to be a great neutral that goes with lots. I wear a 7.5 or 8 so since this is a sling back, I went with the 7.5 and I did not have any issues with the back strap slipping. One minor complaint, they get a little sweating feeling at the toes after a few hours of indoor wearing.

Great shoe although the back strap is a bit too long like the other reviews have said. To fix that problem, I just attach moleskin to the inside of the strap and it stays in place! Easy fix!

These are great shoes! They have a nice style, and are really comfortable. The only draw back is that the heel could be more flattering, but then they would not be as comfortable. This is my third pair. I wore them to my son and daughter-in law's wedding. Hours on my feet and dancing and still felt good. That says a lot for the comfort level! I highly recommend these shoes.

I love these shoes. I wear an 11WW and these are the most comfortable heels that I own. I now have three colors - the almond, black and silver. The almond goes so well with many outfits as basic beige shoes that I highly recommend! My toes did pinch a bit the first few times I wore them but now, I can easily wear these from morning to night and they are just as stable as a wedge. The only con is the strap. It is always too tight or not tight enough!

I adore this shoe. I have trouble with shoes sometimes, wearing an eight for running shoes and a 7 or 7.5 in dress shoes depending on the shoe. This shoe is super comfortable and very cute. I got it for a cruise. The white ones are patent and do not give... what a shame
