I DECIDED TO ORDER A SIZE LARGER THAN I WEAR AFTER READING OTHER CUSTOMER'S REVIEWS. THEY WERE CORRECT I BELIEVE THESE SHOES RUN SHORT IN LENGTH. I WEAR A SIZE 10 AND AFTER TRYING BOTH A 10 & 11 I BOUGHT THE 11.

These are very comfortable, but were a bit too short for my feet. Also, the bottom was a bit slippery. I would have kept them if my toes didn't extend beyond the shoe.

I love these shoes because they are so comfortable. I need the slight heel to prevent shin splints and they remind me of the white sandals I had in the eighties. However, I didn't read the reviews and didn't know to order a full size larger ! Had to exchange them, but Zappos made it easy. It's just I wasted a day!?

The recommendation was to go up one size -- which I did. I normally wear a 6 or 6.5 and ordered a 7. I feel it's just a tad too loose. I feel that if the leather stretches out just a little bit that my toes are going to end up hanging over the front. I'm not sure if the 6 will work but I am going to try it.

I just received the size 8 and I am still "testing" as my foot seems to be too far off the back. I normally wear 7.5, so sized up to 8.0. I have other Onex that are 8.0 that fit fine but they do have higher heels, so it pushes the foot forward I guess. I really, really like the feel and wanted the "cork" upper and lower. I searched alot on Zappo's and this was the one. Since they only come in full sizes, I cannot exchange for an 8.5, so I will "test" on home carpet a bit longer.

I had to reorder a size up from my usual size in shoes. I have NEVER worn an 11 in dress shoes, max 10, and even the 11 is a touch smaller than I would have expected. Same experience with another Onex shoe in a higher heel. Very comfortable shoe once I got the right size. I just wonder if all Onex shoes are made to a small last?

Really cute sandals. Only problem is that they squeak a bit. Hoping this will go away after they break in. Very comfortable too.

Ordered one half size larger than my usual 10 1/2 and the shoe still felt small and narrow. The footbed didn't feel as cushioned as it appeared to be from the photo. Otherwise, a lovely sandal, nice styling and appeared to be of good workmanship. Sorry it wasn't a match for my needs!

The shoe is well made and comfy, but definitely order a size larger than your usual. also, the shoe is a LOT more gold-toned than shows online. the name "platinum" is deceiving when paired with the picture.

Please heed their recommendation to order one size larger. I ordered 1/2 size larger and had to return my two pair for next size. Have worn Onex sandals for years and like old style of only two straps crossing better than new ones. But will adapt I am sure.

I love this sandal, I'm on my second pair. I do like the previous style better. When I see some customers say that it squeaks, what the heck does that mean. Best sandal I have ever owned and I'm 67 yrs. old

Shoes were described perfect. Price a little bit high but Zappos is very prompt in delivery and no shipping to you or back to them.

I normally wear a 9 and I ordered a 9 and a 10, but the 9 was perfect. I do feel that this runs a little narrow, however. The upper and foot bed are extremely comfortable though, so I kept the 9s. I have worn them twice, once to a wedding and once to church. Very comfy. I would recommend these.

I ordered an 8 even though I normally wear size 7 based on reading reviews. I returned and got size 9. Zappos was wonderful about shipping quickly.

Bargain! I didn't think they'd be so soft and comfy, but they are. The leather is like silk. The footbed is soft suede which I like. Other reviews said to order up - I'm a 9.5 and ordered the 10, and it JUST fits. Only one con: they are not grippy to the floor, and if you have balance problems they may not be for you. I am planning to try some grippy stick-ons.

Bought these last summer, they were so comfortable I bought them again this summer. The material on top is so soft and stretchy. Great every day shoes.

Totally comfortable! Very cute but hated how it looked on my feet. Really showed my long toes because of where the band hit. Sadly I am returning these but they are incredibly soft and beautiful. Just not for me. They did fit big. I am usually an 8 but I ordered a 9 like recommended.

Ordered this shoe in an eight and a nine since the reviews stated that the shoe ran somewhat small. Liked the look of the shoe and it felt comfortable, but the toe portion of the shoe, even in the larger size, narrowed to the extent that my toes looked as if they would go over the edge of the shoe. Will return both pairs.

Cute shoe, really soft and comfortable upper straps, decent padding in foot bed. Very nice silver/pewter color. However, bottom of shoe is very slick. Slipped on carpet.

I like the look of these shoes. They are also comfortable. However, they squeak very much; I have worn them in my house on and off but the squeak never stops. I will be sending them back because of that.

This shoe is cute but the sizing is off. I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered a 9. It fits like an 8 or 7 1/2. Had to return.

I usually wear a 6 1/2 N and was searching for a sandal that might work. I ordered a 6 M, but it did not work. Cute sandal, but not for my foot.

I almost kept these shoes because I like how they look. Unfortunately, they are just barely long enough and I did order a full size bigger (I got a size 10 and I usually get a nine in a sandal. The support is minimal and that was also a concern.
