I love these sandals. I am a true 7 in pretty much all shoes and sandals, including Sam Edelman but these definitely run 1/2 size small. The 7 1/2 fits perfectly. I bought the black and gold. The leather is supple and comfortable but I did NOT like the color of the gold ones. They were WAY too shiny and tacky for me. I prefer a more muted, low key, sophisticated finish. If you want a god sandal that's more shiny and blingy these are for you!

Beautiful sandal but the footbed is very slippery. Sadly I'm returning these before I even attempt to walk in public in them. I'm sure it wouldn't be pretty.

I love the look of these sandals and I guess I should be happy that they lasted me two seasons, but I'm not. At this price, I think they should last a lot longer. As soon as I received them, I was worried about the flimsy piece of elastic that connects the buckle to the strap. It made the sandals feel floppy, and sure enough, the elastic broke. These days, it's difficult to find someone who can repair shoes so I guess I'm going to call it a loss and pitch them. Very disappointed. I found someone who makes sandals by hand on Etsy (not China, like these) and although I haven't received them yet, they look a hell of a lot sturdier than the Sam Edelman sandals and they're just as attractive. Oh, and they're cheaper.

I love the style of these sandals but if you want to wear for extended periods of times it's not good. They are not comfortable, especially if you have a arch. And the strap is very hard to do at first.

Very cute sandal. I received constant compliments about them every time I wore them. However, after having them only 1 summer they broke! I normally get a few summer wears out of my sandals and the fact that I paid twice as much for these, I really expected more. So if you want to get sandals for 'delicate' use these will probably work for you. But if you are looking for a sandals you can wear to work and out and about you should probably keep shopping.

Love the color options available in this trendy sandal but the fit didn't work for me. Typically an 8-8.5, I ordered an 8.5 and my last 3 toes hung over the edge just enough to need a 9. But I won't be ordering a 9. The sole of this sandal is cut for those who have the "model" foot. With the big toe the longest and the rest tapering down like stairs. However, my second toe is the longest which left for too much extra sole exposed above my big toe. They just looked weird to me. I'm not marking them as a "narrow" because I didn't feel like the shoe overall was narrow. Just a very tapered toe cut design.

I love the look of these. They really are excellent. Unforunately, the strap broke the third time I wore them. Exchanging and hoping that the next pair are better quality.

These shoes are comfortable but my feet keeps on sliding forward. I just wished the toe strap was made maybe a 1/4 to 1/2 back so my toes doesn't keep on touching the ground. Had to send it back.

Such a CUTE shoe unfortunately it is very ill fitted and uncomfortable. The shape of the sole does not contour to the average foot. These sandals run extremely narrow yet the strap between the toes is wider than it should be. I wear a size 7 and I had to order an 8 in this sandal. There's absolutely no arch support and by the end of day my foot did not feel very comfortable. If you're wearing this sandal to church or other short outings, then it should be fine. But this is NOT the shoe that you wear for lots of walking or shopping.

Very cute but way too narrow. I think I have average width feet and my toes were hanging off the sides!

After reading all the positive reviews I was really looking forward to receiving these. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 and the length of the 8.5 was perfect. However, they were SO narrow that my feet were hanging all the way off on both sides. I definitely don't have wide feet by any means! I really wish they worked because the leopard and snakeskin combination is so cute.

I wanted these to fit so badly. They are adorable and I think they are perfect for the summer. But unfortunately, my foot hangs off the side (and I do not have wide feet), so they are going back.

These sandals are so cute and the best colors I've seen this season. Plus, they seemed to have a little more padding than many of the strappy, flat sandals. However, they run extremely small. I sometimes wear 7 1/2 and sometimes an 8. I first ordered these in size 8 and they were too small. I loved them so returned to get an 8 1/2 and ordered in five colors. I have never bought an 8 1/2 in my life and these shoes still didn't fit. They are extremely narrow and my toes hung over the edge even though the length verged on too long to wear. I have several pairs of Sam Edelman shoes and always need a size 8 in this brand, but have never had a problem with the width. If you have narrow feet, go for it. These are really cute sandals.

I ordered this for vacation, but had to send them back. Got 2 sizes as described in previous reviews and although they are a tad narrow, they were fine for my foot. They were cute for sure, but NOT comfy at all. There was nothing around the toe part that goes in the middle (btwn big toe and 2nd toe), just an extension of the patent leather on the top and that was the deal breaker, as it felt very uncomfortable. There was no arch support either and not a whole lot of bend. I was disappointed since this was my first pair of Sam Edelman's.

This was a fun shoe, loved the citrine color. However, they are not meant for a wide foot! I usually wear a 10-11 depending on width, so I got the 11. It was way too narrow and my big toe was over the front of it! Also, the strap that goes around your ankle is patent looking, while the strap between your toes looked worn and wasn't coated with a covering.

I opened the box and then immediately closed it to mail it back. The pleather material looks very cheap. I think what really through me off was the color of the sole...the crocodile pattern with the gold lettering just looks hideous. I just wanted some simple brown sandals for work I don't think these are worth the cost.

I am returning them. Poor quality control. The strap around the ankle is 1 full inch shorter on the right sandal than the left, making it way too tight to wear. Too bad, the sandal is cute and is lightly padded.

This shoe hurt in between my toes and I had to send it back. The thong part is pretty wide and not turned sideways, so the width of it is substantial. Also, the sole felt stiff, as if it did not bend with my foot. Seemed to have a nice amount of padding though.

These sandals are defective. I wore them less than 5 times and the strap is breaking. I have purchased many items Zappos and have never had an issue. I also have purchase several Sam Edelman items. I am asking for a return and credit to my account.

These sandals look and feel cheaply made. Very similar to what you would find at Target (not that there's anything wrong with Target, but at least their prices reflect the quality of the product).

Leather is painful in between my toes

These are way too small!! I wear lots of Sam Edelman shoes and ordered two other pairs of Sam Edelman sandals with these ones. I *always* wear 7.5 in this brand, but for these shoes my foot was way too big! My toes were off the top, my heel was off the back, and the rest was way too narrow. I generally love Sam Edelman shoes but these were bizarrely small. The other two pairs of S.E. sandals were also 7.5 and fit fine. These are cute but ORDER UP AT LEAST HALF A SIZE!

Love Sam Edelman. Every shoe is my closet is Sam Edelman. My size is always 9 1/2. They always fit perfectly and are always so comfortable. Somehow these shoes did not work for me. They were not comfortable, especially between the toes and also felt too small and narrow. I was sad about it and returned them.

Sorry I had to return them The soles were hard no give I tried to soften them up but NO LUCK Every time I tried to wear them I would take them off before I left the house na opt for comfort not STYLE
