I have bought almost a dozen pair of shoes for myself or spouse using Zappos. There is no better source for buying a shoe. None with better service and with a better gaurantee of satisfaction. I won't buy a shoe from a store. I may see what I want there but I buy from Zappos.

A little pricey, but after about a month I do not regret the cost at all. Very comfortable right out of the box, and had much better support than the last pair of sandals I purchased. Be aware that the leather version has a full leather foot bed, and it can be slippery when it gets wet. If you plan on being in the water a lot, buy the non-leather version of this sandal; my friend has a pair and they look great as well. I've had some Reef leather sandals in the past and they don't compare to these, especially with respect to break in time and comfort of the thong piece. Very happy with my purchase and now a loyal OluKai wearer.

Reviews said they ran small so I went a size big and they fit perfectly. I love 'em, so I'm going to stop writing this review and go break 'em in!

I am now ordering my second pair. They have been worn almost year round when not working. By the way, I ordered my first pair three years ago, and they are on my feet now. I would highly recommend these.

I got these for my husband - he wanted a leather footbed, and that is hard to find. Anyway, he loved them from the first moment he put them on. Comfortable, a little "lip" on the back that keeps his foot from sliding out - fit like butter - buttery-leather! - just perfect! Can't say anything better!

I bought the leather version over the non-leather because of color choice. The dark java looks great. I thought the leather might not feel as good underfoot but no worries there. It's all real comfy - the sole, the web toe strap, and the synthetic linings in the straps. The Ohana leather is an excellent sandal that justifies the higher price.

Got these for my boyfriend as a gift. He loved his old Chacos so he was going to return them. He decided not to and is very happy he didn't says they are extremely comfortable, great arch support and no break in period.

These are easily the most comfortable flip-flop I have ever owned. They look and feel great! The arch support is the key. A bit pricey, but well worth it. It's true...you get what you pay for. Give yourself a treat and buy a pair. Very well made.

Terrific sandals. They run a tad long, so if you are a half size, decide whether you like the ends to run snug or extend an inch. Note: Iron color is somewhat a grey metallic - not what I envisioned.

These sandals are super comfortable and look great. I love Zappos, always fast and free shipping and never any problems with their products!

Looks good. Wears good. I have a skinny foot so like all flip flops they're a bit looser thank I would like.

I ordered the Ginger color based on the photos on Zappos (and elsewhere) but it is far lighter than the color represented. It's a lighter brown with a slight, slight orange tinge to it. It's like the color of a light colored chocolate bar not a dark one. Sorry, hard to explain. I wasn't too kenn on the look of the leather either. It kind of "vinyl" looking for a lack of a better word. It doesn't have that look of leather I was hoping for. It's fairly shiny and a little slick too. I kept them and wore them all over the place on a trip overseas and they delivered on comfort and arch support. Their arch support was superior to the Chac(c)o's I own, and I have flat arches too. Their not great wet but they're leather so wasn't expecting much. The rain, however, doesn't affect the look of them too much. Everyone was talking about how tight the strap is, but they DO stretch out. Mine were tight at first but they were fine after wearing them a little and now I don't even think about them. I suppose if they had half sizes I would have sized up a half size but the sizing is accurate. The forefoot is actually quite wide too. Good for me (wide feet) but perhaps not ideal for the slender footed? I doubt it will be an issue. Overall, an excellent flip flop but for the cash I would have liked a little nicer look.

This sandal is stylish, fits well and does not stink. It also offers good arch support and decent shock absorption. The only negative I have for it, and thus only a 4-star rating, is that the toe strap takes some getting used to, and a bit more time to break in than the Reef and Sanuk sandals I've owned.

This is a great flip-flop. Stylish and comfortable. However, the toe strap came apart much too early for such an expensive shoe. I owned these for two years and worn them almost daily. One day the toe strap just came apart. They could certainly afford to make it out of Kevlar but don't. Disappointed. Had to toss the entire shoe because of it. Same thing happened to my other pair when the toe strap came out of the sole after I stepped out of a boat into rough surf (lot of force, granted). Anyway, they need to focus on the toe strap as everything else was flawless.

These are actually quite comfortable. When I first wore it, they were a little tight, but then afterwards, it felt a lot better.

The Ohana's feel like well built comfortable sandals. I bought them because i wanted to look stylish as well as be comfortable. I agree on both counts, with one exception. The heel side of the sandal is raised a little compared with the front, which doesn't take away from everything else, but feels a little uneven at first.

A very nice looking and durable sandal. Having great arch support makes a huge difference in the overall degree of comfort...at least for me. These are stylish with a good, non-slip type outsole. The only problem I have is that the normal "D" (Medium) size on these runs a bit too wide. Occasionally this can lead to walking right out of the shoe!

Great sandal, so comfortable. However, it runs wide so I would not recommend it to people with narrow feet. I feel like it fits very loose even though the length is okay.

Quality is less than I expected. Particularly disappointed in material used for the thong and the inside material of upper strap. Good arch support.

I bought these about two years ago and they were great! However, during my trip to Manzanillo, Mexico only 1 month ago, the cloth strap at the toe ripped loose. I was so disappointed because they were very comfortable, but alas, there was nothing I could have done. The cloth straps seem to be the only issue here. Also, don't expose the sandals to water. If you do, quickly dry the leather with a towel or else over time it will crack and fade. Overall: Style: 10/10 Comfort: 7/10 (I have a flat foot and they felt ok) Durability + Quality: 4/10.

These sandals are awesome from the moment you step into them and they just keep getting better. The downside to them is that they only last about 13 months and they only have a 1 year warranty. I have gone through two pairs and both failed at the toe thong. I have a big foot, size 15, but not overly heavy, about 225 lbs.

So these sandals look good, and they have great support and shaped for your feet. Problem is... the leather where your foot rests gets dried and slippery... and the straps were quite loose, so I always felt like I was slipping around in these shoes, but they were the correct size. Finally, 9 mos after I purchased them the strap broke on the left sandal. Painful in a pricey sandal. But Zappos was cool enough to give me a coupon to use however I like. Great company that gets it when it comes to customer service.

Guys I just started wearing these a months ago. The front on them is coming apart. I have ordered 3 pairs of these and several pairs of the OluKai Ohana Leather. The OluKai Ohana Leather front toe straps keep breaking. I wore a pair 2 weeks and they are broken. They are also fading really bad. I don't know if they are making them cheaper then they used to or not but they do not last anymore. I have three pair of the OluKai Ohana Leather with broken straps ans 2 pair of this style with front toe straps broken and one pair coming apart. I have ordered dozens of pairs over the years. If there is another brand that come close to these and last longer please let me know.
