Too narrow, even a half size bigger than normal, as recommended.

I tried on so many Blundstone styles and they were all a bit off. This boot was true to size, comfortable right out of the box and looks great on. A true winner. I have a sticky note on my desk to remind me to buy this boot again when I wear out my pair although they look like they will last a long time to come.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

The boots were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I look forward to long-term wear.

I'm usually an 8.5 or 9 or a 39 but I couldn't even get my foot into this boot in Aus size 6. I ordered 3 sizes based on other reviewers ,the 6.5 looked like it might fit but again couldn't get my foot in. I was able to put the size 7 on and it felt good ,with a little room for a thick sock. Returning them reluctantly because it was just way too tight around my ankle. I'm going to try the low cut shoe model,fingers crossed.

These were just too stiff and rustic for me in person.

The boots look better in the pictures. For $200 I was expecting very comfortable, amazing boots. I would not recommend buying these full price, maybe on sale. And if you're in between sizes, size up.

I was not impressed with the materials, construction, fit, or comfort of these boots - for the price. Nearly $200 is extremely expensive for what you're getting here. I didn't think the comfort level was unusual for this kind of boot, other than they are very lightweight. They basically felt like sneakers. The leather was average for $100 boots. If they were half the price or even 130ish, they'd be worth it.

First pair. Need to break them in and get them wet so I can test the boot to determine if they are comfortable. Love how they look on though.

Love how these have broken in quickly. I hate wearing socks and these are so comfortable even without socks!

Great Boots! They are very comfortable. I’m usually 7½ US in boots and these were small so I exchanged them for the size 8 and they fit good, a bit Big but I use the second pair of insoles and they fit great. I hope they last many years!

I have narrow feet, size 8- 8.5 and I wanted to wear thick socks and add their shearling insole for added warmth. I bought the 8.5 and that was the right fit for me. Comfy, utility boots for outdoor activities to keep your feet dry and warm. Highly recommend!

Get these! They are great! I am so impressed with these boots. From the looks of them I wasn’t sure they would be comfortable, but they are not heavy, the leather is great quality and soft, and I was able to wear them all day long straight out of the box! They were totally comfortable and I didn’t have any issues with anything rubbing or my feet getting “tired” from wearing boots all day. I’m a 9.5 medium in women’s and always wear a size 10 in boots. Sure enough, the size 10 fit perfectly. They are easy to get on and off as well. I have a slight bunion on both feet and these boots didn’t irritate them at all. I wear mine with leggings and skinny jeans and they are really cute. Why did I wait so long to try Blundstone boots? I should’ve been wearing them long ago!

I learned about these boots from a Wirecutter article and decided to put them on my Christmas list. Surprise! I got a pair as a present and they fit and feel great. They are stylish enough to wear on a nice outing (when such a thing is appropriate again) and durable enough for every day.

These are WAY better than the regular black Blundstones. The extra thickness on the heel part makes it fit on your foot way more securely. Also feels like a little more support and overall just way better made so definitely work the extra 10-15 $ price. I also recommend NOT sizing down, at all. For some reason people started to give the advice to wear leather boots tight... Well, for these that will just crunch your toenails. Better for a slightly loose fit, they'll totally meld to your feet once they're broken in. Blundstones are not the most comfortable shoe in the world but I've been wearing these every day and have no complaints, great comfort & fit overall.

I have owned my Blunnies for ten years now, and I love them. Expect them to be a bit stiff to begin with, as they are made of thick quality leather. Once they have adjusted to your foot, you will never want to wear another shoe. Definitely worth the price.

This is my third pair of Blunderstones but I'm sensing a bit less quality in the workmanship relative to that first world changing pair. They don't see as warm and the leather seems thinner. It was nice to have inner soles sent with the boots because that adds to the warmth but sense is Blunderstone needs to not get overconfident and go back to some of the high quality of the early ones, especially because there's so much competition in the space.

Nothing but praise for these boots! Good fit & comfort stomping around dog parks.

Love these boots. I was looking for something stylish but also durable. I needed these boots for snow, rain, and cold weather in the winter. They fit a tiny bit too big, but the next size down was too small. I wear a size 7 in running shoes and 6.5 in dress shoes that are tighter. The 7 of these boots were a bit larger, but feel better with thicker socks. There is also an insert Blundstone adds in the box to help with fit if needed. I haven't used it yet. the 6.5 I tried first were fine with thin socks, but if I tried thicker socks they were tight on my toes (not comfortable for a long time). Love these thought!!!

I just got these, so I can't comment on durability, but I can talk about fit. Measure your feet and go by what Blundstone says for that. The size conversions are not right. I suspected this when it was made very clear that half sizes were only wider, yet had me getting a half size to fit my normally US size 7.5. I got both the recommended 4.5 and the 5 that they say is a few millimeters shorter than my foot, but the next size up was quite a bit bigger so I started there. The 4.5 was snug, which wasn't necessarily bad as the leather would stretch, but after a few minutes the balls of my feet started cramping up. The 5 was roomy and I put the insert in and it was perfect. My big complaint with these shoes is the obnoxious branding. I will take a sharpie to it (or maybe just sew some black fabric over the tags?), but it is ridiculous and companies need to stop doing this. If they want us to advertise for them- which in the case of Blundstones is false advertising, as they are made in Vietnam, NOT Tasmania- these boots should be free.

These are really well made boots with a very comfortable sole. I would have loved to keep them. Sizing was the issue. I wear an 8 in sports shoes. I mostly wear Keens in a 7.5. My feet are wide at the ball, so I often wear a wide width, but just as often a wide is too wide for my foot. The first pair I bought was AU 5.5 US 8.5 (half sizes are wide) - and the second was AU 6.5 US 9.5. The 5.5 was small on my foot. The 6.5 fit but was too snug all around for comfort. They did start to ease a bit, but it felt like they would never be truly comfortable. So I have returned them.

Blundstone's are the best. Totally comfortable and cool and amazing boots. In fact, they're so good that I wore an ill-fitting pair for two years, despite the pain. Sharing my story in case this helps you choose the size to buy: I wear a 7.5 to 8 in every shoe, and I have a medium width foot (never have to order narrow or wide shoes), so I ordered the 8. Lengthwise, they were perfect, and I wore them for two years. They were totally great while I was walking, but if I would then sit down (like at a restaurant or in a movie theater), I'd feel this intense pain, like a cramping, across the tops of my feet. It was so painful that I'd actually have to remove the boots to get any relief. I did more reading up on Blundstones and learned that the whole and half sizes are the exact same length and width, but the half sizes have slightly more leather across the tops of the feet, allowing for a wider or looser fit. So, I took a chance and ordered the 8.5 recently. The soles of the boots line up perfectly with the original pair (size 8) that I still have—same length, same width. But I put them on and went for a walk with my dog, and I'm now back at my desk and there's no pain at all. This was impossible for me to do in the 8s. All of which is a very long way of saying: I recommend if you're between sizes, order the next whole size up AND the next half-size up as well, and compare the two. I'm sure if I had done that, I would've gotten a lot more wear out of my first pair of Blundstone boots! Never would've thought the 8.5 would be the right fit for me, but it is!

I’m a women’s 8.5 on mostly everything and I got a size 9 (AU6) and it’s a perfect fit! I wear them with medium thick socks like DarnTough (which I strongly recommend). Super comfortable and looks great. Perfectly warm but not too much.

Size 4 AUS fits perfectly for a medium width US women's 7. They don't slip off with thinner socks, but have sufficient width for a slightly thicker sock. The shoes initially are a little stiff and hurt my ankles the first few times wearing. Thicker socks helped with this, and they seem to be softening up. They don't pinch or hurt my right-foot bunion.

I purchased these nine months ago and they are so amazing. perfect comfort and seriously get better with each and every wear. I wear them 5 days a week and they are the best boots ever! I purchased a size 3 and wear a USA womens 6.
