It's been a year since I bought these sandals on zappos but I felt I had to write a review in light of how poorly they have held up. As others have noted, the leather straps and the elastic bands in between the straps do stretch out over time. They have become so loose over the months as to make these sandals unwearable. They looked and felt great when they were new, but are so streched out now that they are dangerous to wear. I can't say how many times I've tripped and nearly fallen in these sandals because the straps are so streched out they fail to keep my foot inside the footbed. They have become a real hazard to wear, which is a shame because they were so expensive and lasted only one season. I'm still searching for a sandal that I can walk to work in and still be appropriate for the office.

I really love the look of this shoe. It can be worn with pants or skirts. They are very stylish and I had many compliments when wearing them. The problem is the it has stretched out over the 1st month I've had them to the point that I'm going to a cobbler to see if he can tighten them up. I gave the shoes a 2 star overall because of the stretching. I would not recommend them for that reason. They were very comfortable, but now are too loose. They ran at least a whole size larger than normal.

I find the sole hard and the fit of this collection just plain uncomfortable. The metal color has more than a little gold, particularly at the edges. . . it's not what I was looking for and nothing like the pictures, which make it appear more silvery in tone. The sole is ragged at the back of the heel, and I don't think it is finished half as well as my other Naots. I'm going to try again.
