I am on my third pair of these. The bad: the connection at the base of your foot may eventually just break and just maybe they'll make a pfft, pfft, pfft sound everywhere you go. The good: they are so simple and classic and feel like walking on air straight away. I live in the city and they can take some serious road wear and still look good (though the suede footbed will darken and smoothen). Zappos customer care is so swell that I continue to take a chance on these.

Comfy and correctly sized (I wear wide). I need one more hole punched, though, because I can't wear socks (don't say it! I know I'm a fashion failure).

The shoe was almost what I wanted. I was looking for true brown or camel. This shoe is red with a hint of brown. It is comfortable enough but not up to SAS levels. Too bad SAS does not make its style similar to this one in brown any more. I would have preferred that shoe. The Bass was much less expensive, however. I wear the shoe almost daily now.

These are an attractive red with metal touches. They are very comfortable with buttery soft leather straps. Some arch support would be a bonus, as well as slightly more flexible soles. I like to slip on my sandals without hands, if possible. The single ply unstitched straps are so soft and floppy that the wearer must fiddle with the straps to put on the shoes. Overall, that is a minor criticism.

I am returning because I felt like these were not sturdy enough to last for long walks. The straps felt very thin like they would be easy to break if any stress was put on them. And it looked like some of the seams were glued which I don't think would hold.

These shoes look great. They are more elegant looking on. I found the fit to be big, so I went a half size smaller. Also, they were super comfy, but they make this squish sound when you walk...so wearing them inside like at work is not an option or I squish all the way down the hall. But for outside, walking around, perfect.

These are very comfy, light-weight, simple sandals. They look like those salt-water sandals, but there's more cushioning and the leather straps are softer. I like their totally classic sandal look!

These are super comfortable, and I love the adjustable straps. The only problem is, for me at least, you can hear the air escaping from the padding as you walk which is really annoying. Still, super comfy!

Have worn this style of sandals for years until the last five or so years. Haven't been able to find them anywhere! High end stores only sell narrow shoes and I have wide feet. Was delighted to find these shoes on Zappos site! Next pair I order will be the wider size up, as I have them on the last hole in every buckle. Still, they are very comfortable. Would recommend.

These sandals are extremely comfortable and stylish but run small. I bought these for my teenage daughter who normally wears a 7 and ended up sending them back twice after trying the 7.5 & 8, both were too small. They are really cute and super cushy; great for walking around in all day.

These are very comfortable sandals which is why I have purchased two pairs of them. I have walked miles in them with no issues and a great deal of comfort. This said, the ankle strap broke and I have heard it is a common problem for these sandals. They are reasonably priced to this helps -- but just know they are not perfectly constructed.

These are very cute comfortable sandals. They are minimalistic and the soles are padded which makes for comfortable walking.

These are really comfortable and cute. I got the red cinnamon color. They are so padded, it feels like you are walking on pillows. My only complaint is that the leather is a bit cheap and scratches really easily.

This is second pair I bought because they are so comfortable to walk in. First pair were red and match my outfits well.

Cute, comfortable, but noisy! They let out an audible whoosh with every step. So annoying! My last pair of Sunjuns a few years ago did the same thing, but I thought they would have fixed this by now. Get on it, Bass! Fine if you're outside in a noisy environment, but walking into church? Deadly!

So comfy! True to size. However, it does make a hissing noise when you walk. I think it's the air trapped between the sole and the bottom of the shoe. They are so comfortable but the hissing can be a little annoying and embarrassing. I'm on a mission to fix that part but in the mean time they look cute and keep my feet comfy walking all over NYC.

For someone with a long narrow foot, this is a good shoe for summer. Stylish, cool, no need for socks or extra shoe supports.

These are really comfortable and true to size. They also keep my pinky toe inside the strap where it belongs. However, the way the buckle is placed on the top strap towards the toes, it makes the bottom strap come out at an odd angle. It's not really disturbing and it looks like some new, different style, but I'm sure this is not what Bass intended.

These shoes are sooooo comfortable it feels like you are walking on clouds. But the shoes make a squish sound and it can be very annoying. I sent the first pair back, directly to bass and while the second pair is a bit quieter, sometimes I still hear the noise when I step. Kind of worth it for the comfort though.

These sandals are very nice looking, well-priced, and comfortable -- with one caveat. They lack any arch support, which I remedied by making my own modest arch support from high heel front foot pads, trimmed to a smaller size. That did the trick. I've worn them several times already, and unlike many sandals these days, they do not rub anywhere or have any uncomfortable stitching.

I purchased this shoe in Black. As the previous reviews stated, I expected some of the dye to rub off and it did but after about the 3rd wear, it didn't happen again. I also had the swishing sound of the padding. It's noticeable in a quiet area but the comfort is worth your shoes "talking back" to you. I'm overall pleased with my purchase - the price was right, it fit my larger size and they are cute/comfy.

I have very wide feet and these fit perfectly, but I've only worn them approximately 7 times and this morning while walking into work the outside strap broke. I love these shoes so they are being replaced! Zappos.com rocks with their customer service.

Very comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in required. They do make an air swish noise when I walk, but I'm hoping that goes away with time. I like them because they remind me of sandals I wore as a little girl. So cute!

These are the shoes I think of when I think of sandals - simple, comfortable, versatile. The color is closer to red than reddish-brown, which surprised me but doesn't bother me.
