Look nice, as comfortable as a rubber boot can be, but wore holes in both heels after less than a year of buying them! To my dismay, I found my socks were soaked by the time I got to work. I don't think they can be repaired, sadly.

Cute boots, but whose ankles are that big? Most women with big calves do not also have giant ankles. Also, the adjustable buckle doesn't adjust to fit the tightest setting. I'm returning these. Maybe I'll try Hunter.

I was super excited when I received these, because they were just as cute in person, as they were on the computer. However, they run big and extremely wide. If you have narrow feet, and small ankles, I do not recommend these.

I bought this and a pair of Hunter boots to compare; Hunters won. I got the green/pink combo. The fit is big and the style is unflattering, I can't quite put my finger as to why - it looks floppy and makes your legs look frumpy/short. On the upside, the material is soft inside and out, very comfortable. It fit my wide calves (15.25") easily.

The boots were too big (I actually ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear). Also, there were weird holes in the rubber where the sole meets the top of the boot - I didn't know if they would really be waterproof and didn't want to chance it. Also there was zero arch support. I would have had to put in insoles for sure.

I was hoping these boots would work because I have large calves. Sadly, I had to return them because the ankle was just too big, and I was afraid with too much flex that they would crack prematurely. Pretty darn cute boots though, despite the utilitarian vibe.

I have had these boots for a little over a year. Needless to say, I don't wear rain boots every day--far from it. Yesterday, I noticed a huge split in the top of the left boot. The pair of boots is now useless. I have had another pair of boots for over 30 years--they are still perfect except that the heel has worn down a little. No more Tretorn for me.

These boots are not wide calf. I wish they would stop saying they are. Barely fits my calf and mine are 18 with jeans or leggings on. Don't bother wasting your money.

I had these boots for less than a year when the rubber at the balls of my feet ripped, thus causing them to leak. Today's commute in the pouring rain lead to big puddles and very wet socks. I would not recommend these boots if you need something that will last.

"Wide calf" is a bit of a fib. My calves are around 16.5in and these are only 16in, not much larger than the average boot shaft. They were tight around the calf and hit at a very unflattering spot on my leg (I'm 5'4). In addition, the ankle was just unseemly. It was huge and bent and folded every time I took a step. I had to send them back.

The color was not as pictured. I ordered the light grey and received white boots. Thinking it was a mistake, I ordered the grey again and still received white. Boot was nice, but hated the color so had to return.

I received these today but was disappointed. One of the boot's sole had a bump on the foot bed - not very comfortable. The boot was too big in the ankle area but tight in the calf area. Toe bed was fine except for that one boot. I wanted to like them but I think I'll try a short boot.

Awesome, until they started leaking. They were a little big in the foot, but I put in a new insole, and they worked just fine. Until they started leaking. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so it rains a lot here. I was wearing them about once a day for an hour while I walked my dog (walked mind you). I ordered them on 1/15/11 and it's 2/21/11 and the rubber has cracked and the soles are partially worn away. So they've started leaking. I bought rain boots from Target that lasted longer. Don't buy unless you live somewhere dry.

This boot is very heavy and clunky. Unless your feet are fat, it will slip off as you lift your foot to walk! Also, they look like fireman's boots! Ugh!

Comfortable, yes, but zero traction whatsoever. Just today, I nearly fell three times on my way in to work, and the various walking surfaces where I slipped weren't icy, slushy, or snowy. They were just wet. Awful.

I was so happy when I got these two months ago. I currently live in Portland and a pair of rain boots is practically mandatory. I wear these almost everyday to walk my dog. I was extremely happy with them until they ripped right where my toes bend on the left boot. So now I think I need to upgrade to a pair of Hunter's.
