Love them! Have always wanted a pair of "real" Birkenstocks. Shipping was fast! I needed to exchange sizes and they made that process super easy. Love Zappos, love my Birks. I would recommend ordering a size down.

These are the best sandals of their kind. The straps are full leather and the sole is exactly what you expect and adapts to your foot as you walk in them. Spend the extra bucks, you won't be disappointed.

These are so comfortable and I am a heavy girl. I usually have to wear running shoes for the cushioning but I can walk and walk in these. They don't flap like flip flops. Worth every penny because these are going to last a long no time. Quality made. Had to get One size smaller than my size to get great fit.

LOVE MY BIRKENSTOCKS! I am usually a 7.5-8 women's shoe and my 38 fit perfectly (with and without socks).

Love these Arizona Birkenstock sandals from Zappos. The size we ordered was too big and Zappos gladly mailed us a new size that fit great. I have been shopping Zappos for years and the service is impeccable!

Took one or two wears to break in, but are now really comfortable. Initially the leather stained my foot, but that seems to not be an issue any longer.

These are my first pair of Birkenstock and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and I love the style. Zappos is awesome and provided next day shipping for free! Zappos is definitely my first choice website when it comes to buying shoes. They never let me down!

The Arizona was the original style of Birkenstock I began with and 25 years later I am still buying them. Of course, I do have other styles, too! This has beautiful oiled leather and fits perfectly. Runs true to size but had it not, Zappos would have graciously allowed me to return or reorder. Thanks Zappos for being my favorite place to shop for shoes!

Bought these for my college age granddaughter. She loved them and put them on immediately! Maybe I should have gotten the narrow because they are unisex, she put them in the last hole. Made me happy to see her so happy! Brings me back to my hippy dippy days!

Exactly what our 15 year old daughter wanted. Apparently Birks are back in style. She has a narrow foot so got the narrow. Perfect!

I feel like these sandals were designed for my extremely wide lady feet. After a week in them, I can already feel them molding to my feet and becoming more comfortable to wear. The only issue I've encountered is that one of the upper straps digs into the top of my foot a bit, but I think that will go away with continued wearing and breaking in of the material.

By far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I literally will wear these while sitting on the couch at home because they feel so great on the feet! Quality materials and super comfortable. I routinely wear these to theme parks and experience zero foot or back pain after a long day at the parks for the first time in my adult life. The style may be an acquired taste for some but the comfort and support cannot be questioned.

I originally ordered the Regular but when I received I thought they were way to wide and switched to narrow (even though I never wear narrow!). After a few days of wear they broke in pretty nicely but I actually think the regular would have been best. So if you're not typically narrow stick with the regular width!

Love the leather ones - feel a little better than the non-leather ones. Have been wearing them for about 20 years, winter and summer. No better comfort.

Ordered these for my college age son who has wide-ish feet and needs arch support, just like his mother! He reports he is very happy with them and they're super comfortable.

The leather is a really high quality. Does take a couple wears to break them in. I will say I ordered a narrow and they are still too wide. But I'm keeping them because let's face it, they are beyond comfortable.

Love them! I was a little hesitant because the oiled leather is stiffer than the other material options offered by Birkenstock. They rubbed my feet for only 2 wears and then were broken in. They are very comfortable and versatile with many outfits. These will definitely be my go to summer shoes!

I love these shoes so much that I would even consider wearing them to bed (Seriously. They're amazing.)! They feel like they are just part of my feet. GET THEM. They're worth it! However, I did need to get a size down. I wear a 7 in every other pair of shoes that I own, so I originally got the 38. I felt that they were a little big, so I decided to try the 37 and they were perfect for me!

Great shoes! I'm on my feet all day and these have been really awesome so far. I'm normally a size 7 and (based on other reviews) I ordered the 37, which is supposed to be a US Women's 6-6.5. I feel like I could have maybe even gone down one more size. Enjoy your birks!

The comfort never disappoints! I always have to size down with Birkenstocks compared to my normal shoes. My wife doesn't like the look. That's the only reason I gave a lower style rating. I have to wear specialty orthotics for my shoes and these are the only sandals I've found that don't mess me up! Recommend to anyone who puts comfort over fashion, but all in all they do go well with shorts.
