I was SO happy to finally figure out my Birkenstock size - I'm a 10.5, normal/wider width. I definitely don't fit in women's narrow shoes, so unisex shoe widths are perfect for me. I got the 41 instead of the 42 and it fits perfectly. There's a little bit of rubbing on the top strap on my toe but it got softer with use. Get these!!!!!

These are my house shoes. Easy to slide on and off. Enough arch support to wear without orthotics.

The fit and size were good. I feel it is going to take awhile to break them in. Very quick delivery!

Once you start getting used to these, you will never stop using them

The first pair we ordered seemed to be defective—one had a much wider band than the other. Zappos service was excellent and the replacement pair is great. My husband looks forward to wearing these for a long time.

Beautiful sandals

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I couldn't be happier. I have had numerous bunion surgeries and my podiatrist recommended them to me. I wear them around the house like slippers since I can not go barefoot. I wore them a little more each day to get used to them. Love the fit and color! Plan on ordering another pair.

Offer the arch support I expected and were comfortable from the first wear.

Not everyone will love this look, but I do. More importantly, they are so comfortable.

Have worn birkenstocks for years and am never disappointed. My sister would say that they are not stylish but comfort and wear trump that for me.

I own other Birkenstocks including another Arizona in a different color. These fit as expected. I bought both the Habana and the Tabacco because I couldn’t decide which I’d like better. The Habana look much better on my light skinned feet but for some reason they felt VERY stiff and uncomfortable compared to the Tabacco. I decided to order another of the Habana (same size and width) to see if they were better because I really liked this color much better. They arrived today and are much more comfortable than the original pair. I don’t understand why. Anyway, I’m keeping the second Habana pair and returning both the Tabacco and the first Habana. If you like the lighter color of Tabacco I would say go for it. It’s a nice soft leather and is really a gorgeous color but just didn’t look as good on me as the darker habana. I will keep buying Birkenstock because, for me, they are the most comfortable shoes ever.

Super comfortable after breaking them in

These have been the perfect shoe for me the past several summers. They are worth the investment. Birkenstock’s do not disappoint. I have worn these with and without socks and I love them. Because I am hard on my shoes it’s time for a new pair. Definitely worth the investment!

Finally decided to retire my previous Arizonas after 15+ years. I still wear them, but wanted a new pair that looked a little nicer for everyday wear. These new ones are just as comfy, and after a few days to break them in, feel great. I love this lighter color too.

Classic Birkenstock. Replacing a pair from 4 years ago that's worn out.

They're great, but had to return the wide for narrow. I've never in my life needed a less wide shoe. I have a pair of Mayari's in 41M/W and they're fine. Arizona's need 41 M/N. Thanks to Zappos for the easy return process. I now have another pair of Birks to love!

First - EXCELLENT customer service from Zappos. The first pair I received was the wrong shoes - in the right box. They had a replacement sent out before I even dropped off the return. Bought these to replace a 10 yr old pair. Like all Birks, they are terribly uncomfortable and stiff the first few days and then they magically become your personal fit. I can’t give 5 stars for style since I really don’t think they are stylish… but the comfort outweighs everything. The excellent arch support is very good for my old feet.

Extremely comfortable once you get the cork molded to your feet. Wear them often.

The oiled leather Arizona was just what I wanted. The fit is just right. Could not ask for anything more. This is my sixth pair over about twenty years - I wear them until I have to replace them.

I've been wearing these for 30 years and they never disappoint.
