Great pant, very comfortable. Slightly stretchy so they keep their shape nicely. My only complaint is the waist is quite big and no way to adjust it as in some other brands. I'm 5'4", 165 pounds and size 12 fits perfectly.

These fit great, look great, feel so comfortable... I got a pair in Black too. The Oyster color is exactly as shown and goes with so many colors. I wear a 6 normally, but the 8 fits perfectly. I'm 55yrs, 5ft 7in, 125lbs. The reviews were a great help, but the fact that Zappos offered them was the big selling point. Zappos rocks--I've never seen better customer service.

I searched the internet for SPF clothing to protect my scar (knee replacement) the 1st summer. I was surprised how little there was to choose from. I am so thankful to Merrell for making these extremely comfortable and super flattering capris. They are very well made, run true to size and easy to care for. I find it's better to hang dry them otherwise they get static cling. I got the birch color and plan to order the black soon. Thank you Zappos for your super speedy service.

If you are in to style, only when it is comfortable, this is the pant for you! Really, they are as comfortable as my P.J.'s. I ordered putty the first time, but really needed a black pair of pants. The quality of workmanship from Merrell is impressive. You can imagine how delighted I was when I received an e-mail notifying me of a black pair available in my size about a week later (I love this service of Zappos). As an additional plus, they are true to size and launder very well.

Love, love, love! Ordered in Black first, true to size ( I wear a size 10, I'm 5'9 and 145 lbs))then ordered another in Boulder. The waist retains the shape even after several days of no washing! Length was great. Very comfortable( wore on the plane) and breathable. I went on a 9 day sight seeing trip and wore daily. I alternated the 2 colors: small spills wipe off easily, and if washed, drip dry quickly. Light weight fabric was great for travel/packing as well. They are so comfy and shapely you will make them your go-to capris.

Well, Zappos you did it again. I ordered the black and boulder capris last night and when I got home from work today they were here. Wow! I love the fit, they are perfect to size, feels like a soft silky feeling. I have skin cancer so the SPF of 50 will be just another benefit. Thanks Zappos again. You are the best!

These pants fit well and will be very useful on a jungle trip to the Brazilian Amazon. They wash and dry very quickly.

Fabulous fitting pant! Off to Europe for two months soon and this pant fits the bill for packing light with a material that will dry quickly. Comfortable, attractive, and versatile - they are just what I needed!

Functional and Stylish - I love these capris. I bought both the putty and the black and adore them. They are cute and slimming and the fabric moves with you. Plus, they have zippered pockets which make them ideal for biking or just running around doing errands.

Overall I like them. Very quick drying. Cut runs a little small, if you are between sizes, order the larger size.

I love these pants. the fabric is soft and durable, the stretch makes them comfy and the fit is true for me. they wash and dry easily and quickly. i might order another pair.

I ordered the Merrell Belay Capri and received them the next day. I love them. They fit true to size, are a great length, and have a waist band that actually fits due to some internal elastic. They are sporty with three zippered very flat pockets, great for all summer activities.

This is a great pant for cross training and especially hiking. Many pockets but subtle. I bought the grey and black. I am 5'4'' and 110 lbs and the size 4 fits great with a little room which I like for exercising. I could also wear the 4.

OK, I have tried and returned an embarrassing number of pants to Zappos trying to find a good fit and with these capris I finally found a winner and very flattering. OK here are my complaints: (1) the zip pocket on the leg is on the right and I'm left-handed...(2) the waistband is borderline loose and as another person said it's not tighten-able (I was between sizes but didn't want to gamble that the 10's would stretch out and stay that way, and I don't like pantylines)...(3) there are no back pockets at allss. (Remarkably, several of the hiking pants I looked at are back-pocketless.)...(4) zip front pockets are low and so the only real place to put the cell phone is in the leg pocket. These are stretchy, which is key with any kind of hiking pant. I bought a pair of Kuhl Bandita's earlier and it turned out that they didn't have elastane or spandex in them and the pants stick to my legs when I'm hiking and damp, ugh (but they looked so good from the back!) Now I know to look at the contents label.

The quality is great. The fit almost perfect. For some reason, though, just not flattering. Could be the slight flare just below the knees?

Very comfortable pants. Wish they had looked better on me! On me (just under 5'6''), the pant fell to mid-calf (unlike on the model, which shows the pant ending just below the knee). Mid-calf is an unflattering length for me. Otherwise I really liked the pants.

these capris are fabulous. Perfect for travel. I wore them sightseeing, walking and golfing. Great fit (I'm a 6-8 and ordered the 8)I love all the pockets.

So awesome! Super comfortable, washes/dries great. Lightweight. The nice thing is you can either dress them up a bit or go super casual.

These fit well on my waist and bottom- which is hard because I'm an apply apple shape, and things tend to fit on the waist and then slide down my tush. These have a high waist and fit comfortably. Flattering through the stomach and thighs. A tad short, but as I have long legs, almost all capris are.

Love these pants! They fit me well and can be worn to work out, for travel, or to run errands. I have several pair including two black, a green, a grey, and a brownish pair (the latter two colors are a little hard to describe). I am taking the black when we travel to China this summer. I wish Merrell made these in a nice navy.

Thank you, Zappos, for alerting me as soon as this size/color combination reappeared in your warehouse! They arrived promptly and I began to wear them the next day. The fit is perfect for me (I have wide hips, despite my trim size), so it's a real treat to wear such flattering, easy-care pants.

Merrell Belay Capris (& long pants, for that matter) are just the BEST! They wear like iron, launder up nicely & look fine when hung promptly after just a few mins in the dryer. The zipper pocket at the R knee holds my mobile phone, neatly avoiding an extra bulge in the front or rear. Bonus: I receive compliments on them almost every time I wear them!
