I love love these clogs! Not heavy, Very comfortable! I ordered 1/2 smaller based on the previous reviews. I will order the black one next time. 5 stars across the board!

These shoes are very cute and comfortable. I'm sorry to send them back due to the fact that they were a bit loose especially on my right foot which is, unfortunately, a bit smaller than my left foot. They have good support and are not heavy like other clogs.

These shoes are seriously cute. However, the strap that crisscrosses at the top of the shoe hurts my feet. If I remove the innersole, which is very comfortable by the way, they're way too big and wide. I'm beyond accepting that I have to "break in" shoes. I have many examples in my closet already. If they're not comfortable from the start, back they go!

Love the fit of this shoe, just too bright red for me. I bought my regular size and it fit fine.

WOW! These are incredible. I wear an 8, all the time, and I'm sending back for a 7.5. But so comfortable and so supportive, just a bit too big. My new favorite brand!!

These shoes are awesome! They are so very comfortable. They are actually wide when you order a wide! Yeah! I had to order a full size smaller in this style because my normal size was too large.

The Kogs shoes were stiff at first, but softened up after a few days. I had to return my first pair in exchange for a half size smaller. So, order a half size smaller. They are comfortable and supportive. The arch support is great. They do run a little wide, but it works out in the event that your feet swells. I recommend these for anyone, who may have low arches. They're also cute!

This shoe feels like you're walking on pillows! Extremely comfortable-the only thing is I had to order a whole size less. I'm on my feet at my job all day and I could wear these right out of the box.

These shoes are gorgeous, and I just love the red chili pepper and I have really flat feet and they lift my arches up and my feet feel and look good. I also wear a size 11 and they look must smaller.

This is my first pair of Klogs. I was a one brand (Dansko) girl for many years, but these just changed my mind! So comfortable---like walking on a pillow! LOVE!

When I ordered these Klogs, I was hoping they would be as charming as the picture. I opened the box and I loved the look and style. Remind of the style I wore in the 80's. So cute! I slipped them on and it was as if a little elf made these exactly for me. The pillowing insert was delightful. The first few steps felt light as air- with exceptional support. I have a wide fit and these make my feet look smaller. They do not feel clompy when you walk. Fit my feet like a glove. A lovely design and perfect fit.

These shoes work great with my orthotics. They are very comfortable and fit great! I love them and will probably order several different styles from this brand. I do wish that the sides near the arch came up just a bit more to cover my orthotic insole better.

These were my first pair of Klogs (I have stayed with Danskos for years). I initially ordered size 8 in blue. They were a bit long so I went with 7.5 but had to settle for red. Very comfortable and cute. Nice color. I am now a Klogs fan!

I owned 2 Klogs Naples and they are size 7W. So when I ordered the Carolina, I had the same size. When it arrived and I put it on, it's too large and loose for me. So I went online and used the chat function to arrange for the exchange. It's easy and before I shipped back the one I had, my new size 6.5M (which is the usual size for me with other brands) arrived and fit perfectly! Returning the old one was easy, I just print the shipping label emailed to me, sealed the original box and put the label on top of the old one, left it in the UPS store across the street. The return took a bit longer (5 business day compare to 1 business day for your order) but I can easily check the progress so it's good. I am also glad Zappo use UPS which I found pretty reliable as compare to other shipping company. My family made lots of order on line and I had some very bad experience with other carriers but UPS is the most reliable one as compare to others.

Really love these shoes! They are super cute, extremely comfortable right out of the box. I have't been able to say that about many shoes with my achilles and plantar fasciitis issues. Danskos and Finn Comfort worked for me in the past, but not of late. This one does!

These shoes are quite comfortable. No breaking in period - put them on and go! Don't even need my orthotics! These shoes are a bit on the spendy side, but worth every penny! And they are cute!!

Wonderful! I probably hold the record for number of returns to Zappos, because I have such trouble with my feet (arthritis, bunions, etc.) The morning these clogs arrived, I had to go shopping, so inexplicably put them on (not the norm with brand-new shoes) and headed out. Remarkably, not only do they feel great on my feet, but I was able to spend three hours standing/walking/shopping without a bit of backache--something that usually sets in with a minimum of standing time. Great arch support, and my back and legs never get tired! Style is super cute as well, and the little bit of a heel helps alleviate that stubby leg look that clogs can create. I got the blue, which makes a great neutral--goes with everything! Thanks, Zappos, for carrying such a great variety of shoes, and letting me keep looking till I find something I can wear!

Reviews said to order a size smaller, so I went with a 7 instead of my usual 7 1/2. Although it didn't look too small at the healing, my toes felt scrunched. Love the style and love the cushy insole; I really wish they had fit!

FANTASTIC shoe. I sent back, but only because I decided to keep the other style of the same brand. GREAT support, and even tho' I am usually sensitive to heavy shoes, these did not bother me at all. The 10's are the perfect fit for my 10.5 foot, and the width gives toe wiggle room without my foot sloshing.
