Cute shoes, but! I have a pair of Klogs Naples that I absolutely love. I've worn them to death. They fit my wide feet perfectly, so I had high hopes for the Carolina. They are really cute, and the width is perfect, but where the strap crosses, there's a painful pressure point. Such a bummer! I really wanted them to work out. Sorry to have to return them.

I found these true to size for a 7M - C width, not B. Insole is much better than most. Unfortunately, as I suspected, they were too high for me, putting pressure on my instep and arthritic knees. I have very high arches and removed the insoles for orthotics.

Very cute, but too large. Usually wear an 8.5 and had to order a 7.5. Very comfortable foot bed.

In the past have gotten Klogs in 8.5W but they been too big. So I went for an 8M for my usual 8.5W feet and the fit is good. There is moderate arch support and nice interior which keeps my flat-footed toes from splaying to the side...nice style, good heel, great color (jeans-blue). HOWEVER, the straps on the left shoe were quite stretched out, making the shoe loose. I'm going to try to get a replacement, assuming the someone wore the left shoe and damaged it...unless the straps in this size/color are defective?

Beautiful shoe but it was too wide for my foot and I wear a wide!

My first pair of Klogs and was very impressed. I found them to run 1/2 size larger and a bit wider (I purchased the wide width) than expected. Was grateful to other Zappos customers for the heads up on sizing and ordered 1/2 size smaller and they fit perfectly! Overall great support in the footbed. Would have liked more a supportive structure with the shoe (feet seem to feel slightly squishy and not held is as snugly as I would have liked.) I wear Dansko's often and appreciate their very structured/solid feel. Perhaps I'll adjust with more wear. Definitely worth every penny - Comfortable right out of the box (no break-in period!) And the red color is a nice deep red, perfect for autumn or anytime!

Very comfortable shoes but not sure if I like the look - kind of clunky looking when on.

I am a fond fan of Klogs Austin style and wanted to try another in the same size. I found this model to be tight across the top of my foot. It must be because of the straps. I will recommend to anyone that this brand tends to be bigger than the size. In fact, I find their wide sizes too wide too.

I love the look of theses clogs. I wear a 10W and that is what I ordered but these were very roomy. Even with an additional insert in them they slipped a bit.

The only real complaint I had about this shoe was the strap that goes over the top of my foot really started hurting the top of my foot. It's like it wasn't stretched out enough. I've tried wearing it a few times and it's still a problem. Other than that, I love the style of these shoes and love Klogs overall. I have three different pairs!

Great looking shoe. But the clog is very heavy, and pinches my bunion and presses against my high instep. Had to return it!

Are these the comfiest shoes for someone with a wider foot, no arch, tendency to roll inward, and plantar fasciitis? No, not the comfiest. But they're not causing more pain. They do tend to run a little narrower than others, however. I chose a Wide size like I usually wear, but discovered that it cuts into the top of my foot too much -- too tight. I'm hoping it'll stretch with more wear, and that seems to be working, but I could never wear anything more than thin socks with these. The length is pretty much spot on, however, and plenty of toe box room.

A large, heavy shoe, but at the same time, kinda feminine looking. Ran large for me. Am exchanging for a smaller size.

Love these shoes! I have had foot surgery and needed a shoe with great arch support. I am between a normal and wide, and the width in this shoe is perfect. Most comfortable shoes I own. Thank you Zappos.

I have wide feet, so these fit great. However, even after repeated wearings, the top strap is just too tight to wear more than a few hours. I was hoping this would stretch out but it hasn't. I love Klogs, they are super comfy in every other way. Their other styles fit me better than any shoe I've ever had. If you buy this style and the top band is too tight, return them; it won't loosen up over time.

I love these shoes so much, but unfortunately I have to send them back. They are ultra comfortable and cute, but they aren't adjustable and too wide. I wish they had a buckle like other mary janes to tighten them up a bit. If you have a narrow foot, you're out of luck!

I started out ordering a size 9 wide in these, which is what I normally wear. Returned them for a size 8.5 medium. Returned those for a size 8 medium to finally get the right fit. These are very comfortable. I was hoping to be able to wear them all day with less pain due to falling arches. They worked well for about 5 hours, after that my feet started to ache again. So, I would say they are a good stylish shoe for an evening out or 1/2 day short excursions. If you work in an office and are not on your feet all day (less than 5 hours), then these will work great for you. If you are a nurse and on your feet all day, I wouldn't recommend them. Loved the style, runs large, comfortable but not overly, convenient on/off, moderate arch support.

These are very cute and very comfortable if you do a lot of standing. Not so much walking if you have a longer second toe. The sizing is way off. I normally wear an 8 or 8½. The 7 extra wide fits perfectly.

No true rating in the support column because the shoe couldn't be properly tried on. A shame because it looks amazingly comfortable.

I ordered these in smooth black leather after having ordered a previous pair in blue patent leather. The blue ones fit perfectly out of the box, but the straps across the arch on the black ones have been a little too tight, resulting in unattractive swollen flesh between the toes and arch on top of the foot at the end of the day. I've tried stretching the leather, but don't want to break the elastic.

I love these but need to exchange sizes. The toe box was snug which has never been the case prior in the Klog brand. The instep is snug, too. I will try the next size up hoping that they will work - I love the style and arch support, very much like how Dansko used to be.

I have a very, very wide foot. With a freakishly high instep. Shoes marked "wide" are never wide enough. Sometimes, shoes sold as "WW" are wide enough if I order a size larger (7 instead of 6) but those are usually the really ugly "old lady" or sensible styles. Since there were comments from other buyers as well as from the vendor stated that these run wider than marked, I felt there was a good chance these would work for me. I was hoping to finally have a cuter dress shoe to replace my old clogs with so I was excited to order these. Surprisingly, these have an ample toe box! About as wide as my crocs (the original style with the "roomy" fit), I could actually get my foot completely into the shoe and it wasn't being crushed from the sides. Sadly though, the criss-cross on the top of the shoe dug into the top of my foot across my high instep. The bones right under that cross area hurt with every step, so these are going back. Keeping in mind that it is MY foot that is the problem rather than the shoe, I rated the comfort for what it would have been if not for that one issue rather the ONE STAR of comfort my feet experienced. The shoe appears to be very sturdy and well made, and these have a great cushion built into them. In fact, they remind me somewhat of a really good athletic shoe in that regard.

Bought these in brown half size smaller than my usual size due to the reviews. I felt they were a little big, so I have to exchange them for the full size smaller ones. I have wide, flat feet and I tend to walk on the outside of them (the opposite of what most flat footers do, I'm told) so it is VERY hard to find good shoes for 10hr shifts on hard hospital floors. Klogs are THE ONE. They are GREAT shoes! And Zappos, as usual, is absolutely the BEST internet shopping that exists!

I love these shoes. I have neuropathy in my toes and they are so roomy they do not bother my feet at all. They provide good arch support! They did run a little big in the length, but the width was perfect.

Super comfy right out of the box like walking on a cloud. They are a little clunky but the cute cross straps and detailing make up for it. Plenty wide. I'm between a M and a W, and these felt roomy without being sloppy or slipping off.
