It took awhile for me to break these in. I have a smallish bunion on my left foot and find it to bother it only if I'm standing for long periods of time. The best way to stretch them out was wearing 2 pairs of socks and not tying the laces too tight. It's been several months now and I still like them.

Vans always rub the back of my heel with the first wear or so, but this is not a new issue. Once I have gotten over that, they are fine. I had a pair of Van Doren Authentics that I loved, and decided to go with these Lo Pro Authentics. While I like the shoes, and love the color, there is a big difference with the comfort and thickness of the soles as compared to the others I had. I did not realize when I bought the Lo Pros, but the amount of support that you get is significantly altered. It is not a bad thing, but just be prepared for a marked difference should you go to the Lo Pro. Overall, it seems like a good shoe with adequate support, but next time, I will go back to the regular Authentics.

I have been a Vans fan for quite a while, but recently the shoes seem to run a bit small! I have always purchased size 8, and they are tight to fit at first but when you break them in they are so comfortable! I purchased two pairs of the low profiles at the beginning of the summer and found them to be a bit small. Though that was odd, even after I broke them in they were still to small. So I ended up giving them away and just purchased these a half size larger and the fit is perfect! Don't know what's going on at Van's, but I now need a half size larger shoe in a style I have worn for years!

Converse are usually my go to shoes for everyday use. I decided to get these Lo Pros due to the Cosmic Galaxy design! While these are super cute and pretty wearable straight out of the box, these Vans are definitely not for long walks or to run around in (I play frisbee after work). These shoes look great and I've already gotten compliments on 'em. Lo Pros are perfect for walking short distances.

I found this to be a bit narrow, so had to return the original order and get a half size larger. Zappos Customer Service made this easy. For the shoe itself, very cool looking, though if I designed it, the rubber would be black to better complement the cosmos theme.

Cute Shoes, but felt a little snug.

I bought these for myself to wear on vacation with casual straight skirts, but found it much too small (I'm an 8W) in both length and width. My teenage daughter (size 7-7.5 N-M) tried them on and they fit her perfectly with cushioned low ankle socks, so we kept them and she wore the heck out of them on vacation. They definitely look cuter on her! If your width is N to M, order a half size larger than normal and you may get a good fit.

I would definitely recommend measuring your foot and comparing the measurement to the size chart on here. I usually wear a 7-7½, but in Converse I wear a 6 so I ordered a size 6 Vans, thinking that the size would be pretty much the same. Wrong. They were extremely small and I had to return them. I measured my foot and then ordered the same pair again, this time in a size 8 and they are loose but tolerable. I probably should have gotten a size 7½ but the measurement that I got did not match up with what they were claiming a 7½ was. Buyer beware - the sizing of these are definitely a little off. Aside from the sizing issues the shoes are pretty nice.

Only reason I gave this shoe a 4 out of 5 is that it was a little larger than I expected. The shoe is cute and casual and goes with most everything, it's a staple in my wardrobe and great for summer.

Cute for summer skirts and rolled jeans. Girly enough to read feminine, yet substantial enough to be present in an outfit. Basically - all around adorable. Wish there were more fun, adult-appropriate patterns.

If you've never bought Vans before, it's probably for a good reason. I was a first time owner, and then I quickly realized why I wouldn't remain an owner. Living in NYC, you need a good comfy shoe that's fashionable. While these delivered good looks, they just were not the right fit for someone who's on their feet all day. Great for bumming around though. Just know what purpose they'll serve you. Otherwise, nice shoe.

Beautiful shoe. Appears well made. The shoes we received were definitely a "narrow" size rather than average width as marked. My daughter is very disappointed as she loved the shoes.

Adorable shoe. Love it. Didn't love the fit though, ran about 1/2 a size too large. (I wear a 7.5 m / 9 w in the LPFE model.) Doesn't breathe very well though.

Love my shoes! They came quickly and were very vibrant like the picture! They go with basically any outfit if I want a nice pop of color! I got my Vans to wear at warped tour so I sprayed them with scotch guard/ waterproofing spray so that they would be easier to clean after warped tour. (I knew they would get dirty!) The only negative thing is that they rub the back of my heel a little bit, so I just have to wear a little bit longer socks when I wear them.

I have been buying Van's lo pros for several years now and I love them. They are comfy, casual, and come in a variety of fun colors that seem to change every year or so. Plus they are pretty cheap, which is nice because they are narrow and I have wide feet so they only last about 4-5 months before the canvas starts ripping out of the sides.

I'm a size 7 3/4 technically and I buy these in an 8. They fit fine and every single one of the 5 pairs that I have, started having a giant hole right above the big toe. Need a little bit of breaking in and last for forever. Order a half size up.

This shoe is great. The shoe is true to size, it's comfortable, and looks stylish. The comfort may not last too long, but you do get what you pay for at the price point.

These shoes are super cute, I have been wearing them with skinny jeans and shorts. I love the color and style. Vans have never been that comfortable to me because I have a high arch and these shoes have no arch support whatsoever. But they are stylish and cute.

Recently bought them. Wore them to the zoo without socks. They seemed too true to fit to put socks on and you can see them...which I don't like. They ripped up the backs of my feet...but I guess I was running into that issue. But they are so cute!

Pretty good shoes. They were super stiff on first few wears, so they need breaking in for sure. The pain. But they sure are stylin.

What to say? They are Vans and they are great! I thought I may have to send them back because I have trouble with my feet swelling, but they stayed comfortable all day - why am I surprised?

Super cute looking but not suitable for heavy walking. The soles feel kind of thin, and your feet will start to ache if you run around in them too much. Good for light wear.

These are very cute but not comfortable if you wear them with bare feet and not cushioning. I had to put extra insoles to add little bit of padding. Overall, I like the the pattern (army pattern) and will keep then as casual weekend walk around shoes.

These are great! Very cute; wish I could afford to get several pairs in different colors and patterns. I have a wide foot, so it's nice that these are men's sizing...that much extra width is all I need. I'm happy with them.
