I just want to say I am upset that I have ordered a pair of shoes that I have returned because of wrong size. I keep putting request in to be notified when the size shoe I need comes in, because there are none in stock. So I get emails letting me know that they are in stock, when I go to order them they are back out of stock. It upsets me that Zappos has a credit of mine for the shoes and they cant send me a pair when they come in stock. And other customers are able to order them although Zappos has the money for the shoes that I am wanting. I once worked for Zappos they are a great company other than the fact they cant send me my shoes that I have paid for!
