These things are simply rad. Been wearing these things for 2 decades. To be honest I don't remember them being called "Smoothy" before, they were just "Reef". Guess they branched out and made other versions and then had to give the original a smooth name. Sometime around 1978 the basic concept was invented, not sure if it was Santa Cruz or Ocean Pacific or maybe it was Reef. The Reef Smoothy is the only flip-flop available now to carry on with the same basic simple concept. Good cushion, good comfort. Get half size larger than a regular shoe and chill all the way out.

I have had my reefs for 13 years and just bought these for my brother. He loves them as much as I do. They are comfy and form to your foot. The piece that goes between your toe is flexible and comfy as well. Will stick with reefs!

I love the Reef Smoothie! I have been wearing these sandals for twenty years (since i was 18...) and I have bought them for my whole family. I need to get another pair as my vacation gave them a true test of endurance. They never let me down... Thank you for a great product.

I love these flip flips!! I have been wearing the same style for 12 years now and haven't had a pair that have been more comfortable in my life. I only wish I had more colors to choose from. The only ones offered were the black ones on the website.
