Love these shoes for comfort and lastabiity

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Second pair I've ordered. These are my go-to summer shoes!

The shoes are great, as expected. The best part of my shopping experience is Zappos. They deliver items the next day, the website is comprehensive and service is A+.

These are so comfortable and so elegant. The Madrid style flatters the foot and leg. Silver makes the Birks a bit dressy. This is my second pair. These shoes never wear out but my puppy ate the old ones!

These are great for my old feet with high missteps.

These slides are pretty cute. I originally ordered a size 9 (39) because the reviews said to size up. They were too big so I got the 8 (38) and they fit well. They do have a break in period in which my feet hurt. However, I am recovering from a mid-foot fracture that is very sensitive to certain footwear. My orthopedist told me that he is a fan of Birks because of the support for the type of foot injury I have and suggested that I keep wearing them to break them in. I must say that they are very comfy after that initial break in and I'd love to get other colors now!

I am a long-time Birkenstock fan, and I wanted a slightly dressier sanda than my everyday ones. These are perfect, comfortable and look great.

Love these. Would buy again. I have 3 other pairs of Birkenstocks and these fit true to size.

I love these Birkenstocks. I chose this style because I have a petite build and thought they would look better than the other similar style. I'm so happy with my purchase! Very supportive and so cute!

Love these shoes! These are my first pair of Birkenstocks and I'm in love! I listened to the other reviewers and sized down (I got a size 35 narrow; I'm normally a US size 5) and they fit perfectly! I didn't have a break-in period; they were super comfortable right from the start. They do make the "flip-flop" noise, probably because there's only one strap, but that doesn't bother me. I will be living in these shoes all summer. Also, I had some issues with UPS and Zappos was amazing with their customer service!

Used to wear the Arizona years ago but like the Madrid so much more. They are not as bulky and masculine looking and equally comfortable. And silver adds a cute touch - bought the same ones last summer, too.

Love these. After the breaking in period (during which they are a bit rigid and not so comfortable), these are awesome to walk in. My feet feel very well supported and I walk a lot. Highly recommended for people with not too wide feet (these are somewhat narrow, but I have average feet and they fit perfectly).

I'm usually a 7 or 7.5 - ordered the 38 and 39 and kept the 39s bc the length was perfect! 38s felt like my heel right up to the edge and the Birk instructions say your heels/toe should not touch the edge for a proper fit. Perfect summer sandal for everyday - as comfy as flip flops but nicer so I can wear them all over town and not look like I just came from the pool.

I wear a 7 shoe, med wide, and the 37 fits perfectly. Very comfortable and stylish. A great shoe for summer.

Love these!! I'm a 7.5, ordered a 38 (same size as my other Birkenstocks). Sizing seemed consistent. So comfortable and more support then the typical flip flop! Would definitely recommend!

Love these! It took some adjustment wearing a sandal that's not a thong but they are super nice. I usually wear an 8 1/2 but ordered the size 38 instead of 39 and the fit is perfect.

Birkenstock Madrid is my favorite style from this brand. The shoe looks just like the photo... the strap is a very shiny silver. For my feet, these slip-ons are really comfortable, with a great fit. Exactly what I wanted!

These shoes are amazing! They are super comfortable, and they fit perfectly! They're also very lightweight and feminine. I'm usually a size 7 or 7.5, and I ordered a 37. They are perfect, so I would recommend sizing down.

I'm very happy with this purchase. These are more girly looking than my other Birkenstocks but just as comfortable!

I was a little hesitant to try these as a guy, but holy cow are these fun and comfortable. They actually look pretty cool (in brown at least). It's just like wearing flip flops, only with perfect support. They are surprisingly loud, but the sound is duller than the sharp slap of foam flip flops. You have to be prepared to really give your toes a workout wearing these. But it is a great feeling as you end up flexing and relaxing your toes as you walk. I can walk around in these all day. One of the best things about these is that when you sit down you can lift your feet right up off the footbeds to give them a chance to dry off and stay cool vs most Birkenstocks. Guys...try these! They go great with denim or plaid shorts, not so much with sport shorts (wear the flip flops and slides with those).

These are cute and very comfortable. I walked for the hours the first time I wore them and had no pain. This is very unusual for me. I wear a 7.5M and the 38 fit perfectly.

I have these in black. I love them. They are not clunky looking like some Birkenstocks. They only come in narrow I guess so that eliminates some folks. I feel great wearing these for a more dressy look also. I just ordered them in toffee color.

These are my go-to summer shoe every year. I buy a new pair each season as mine get pretty dirty walking the streets of NYC. That said, they're incredibly durable and if I didn't want a new pair each year I could make them last two. I also like this style as they're a little less clunky than the classic Birks.

I am a total fan of Birkenstock sandals. This purchase is my 6th pair. I have discovered that I like the narrow versions better. I am normally a 7.5 M, but the 38Ns fit my foot perfectly. I do own the regular width Birks as well, and they adjust with the buckles.
