I have wide size 7 feet. I also have neuropathy (nerve damage) in both feet. I needed a pair of sandals for the summer, not just any sandals, but sandals that would give my feet the support and comfort that I needed. The Birkenstock Milanos absolutely work for me! They are extremely comfortable, and take really great care of my sensitive tootsies. I highly recommend them to anyone who has the same foot issues that I do, or to anyone looking for high quality and very comfortable sandals. The sales associate who helped me pick them out was wonderfully helpful, and spent as much time as I needed to find just the right sandals. Thank you!

I usually wear a size 39 (Us size 8) and these were just a skootch too big on me, so I am returning them for the next smaller size.

I\'ve worn Birkenstock sandals for many years so am familiar with the product. Quality of the workmanship is always top notch as is the materials used to produce this sandal. This is a classic, timeless style based on comfort not fashion.

I really really wanted these. But, I think I just won't be able to break them in. They're Birks, after all. If these were available in the soft foot bed I'd be all over it. I decided on the SAS "Relaxed" sandal. Very much the same style but far more comfortable.

I wear a 8.5 in most shoe brands and a size 9 fits perfect. The back strap makes it easier to walk in them. I have a pair of arizona and they slip out.

Absolute junk. Ordered these from Zappos as they were sold out online from Birkenstock. I received a pair that had leftover glue on the sides, seems a little off for $125 sandals. Not sure if these are the factory seconds they are selling or what. After about 2 months of light wear (walking around block, out to store) the straps are ripping off the cork part of the sandal. Like I said, these seem to be very bad quality for the price, I find it hard to believe this is what is being sold by Birkenstock and think that maybe the ones being sold on Zappos are factory seconds or have been turned down from the manufacturer. (other reviews mention poor quality issues as well?!)

Wife loves these sandals. Once she tried them several years ago, she wears them 3.5 seasons of the year! Yes, even in winter! These are just wonderful sandals. Highly recommend.

I have worn classic Birks for over 3 decades and they never disappoint. Having had several back surgeries and a physically demanding job, these are the ONLY shoes that do not hurt my feet or back after extended wearing. I am a lifelong fan. Not the "prettiest" shoe on the planet, especially with the back strap which I need for stability, but I am more inclined for comfort over "fashion" any day. .

First pair of Birkenstocks I have owned. They’re absolutely amazing. Built well and get more comfortable over time. I like the strap on the back, it allows for me to do things that involve a bit more movement.

I’m new to Birkenstock’s. At first I thought these were too large, but after adjusting the straps, doing a little fiddling with the buckles, I’m amazed by how perfect these fit my feet.

Great Birk but sizing not right for my foot. They are either too short or too long in the Milano.

Good shoes, as expected. Zappos customer service was AWESOME. I bought the wrong size (my feet are smaller than I thought I guess. Easy returns and shipped me the correct size FAST.

If you know your Birkenstock size then you can’t go wrong! My dad is 82 and says they fit like a glove. He has wide feet and the regular width fit perfectly

I am between an 8.5 and 9.0, so I ordered a 9-9.5. Those were too big, so tried a 8-8.5 and they are perfect. The arch does seem a bit too much, but from what I heard it takes time to break in. I’m overall very happy with my purchase

Zappos service is great! The sandals are exactly as described. The size was actually right on the money so glad I didn't put too much weight on some reviews. I imagine I'll have them for a very long time, so well worth the investment in the leather upper and original footbed. You may need to play around with the straps to get the fit right, they aren't supposed to be tight like some sport sandals.
