My favorite pair of flops, I bought black and multi. But for some reason the black pair left foot is turned up in front and it's not straightening out it seems like a received a defective pair. I've owned these same flops in the past and I've never had an issue. I'm debating on sending them back if it doesn't straitening out soon.

I have purchased Reef flip flops for many years.. have always loved them but this pair feels as if they have reduced the quality of the sole. Seemed very flimsy as compared to all my previous pairs. I would buy another pair but if that sole is also flimsy then I would not bother paying the higher price any longer for quality I am no longer getting...

I use Reef flip-flops to go everywhere. I even climb mountains to 10,000 ft.in them! My brother says I should wear boots like he does, but I love my Reef flip-flops because they are so flexible and comfortable!

These flip flops are very uncomfortable. I ended up getting blisters on the side of my feet from the strap. They are good to wear for short distances but definitely not if you plan on doing a lot of walking (for example; I got my blisters from walking the mall).

I bought these and wanted to love them they are cute and love the sparkle. I have had several pairs of gingers and there comfortably but the minute you put them on ( need more colors) the are very hard rubber between the toes and very uncomfortable. If your feet are sensitive don't buy these.

I was disappointed by the plastic strap and hynks of glitter that came off on my fingers. These look like I picked them up at the grocery store in an emergency. A terrible replacement for the metallic Reefs I had prior.

This is the third pair of stargazers I've purchased. The first two were great....beautiful and super comfortable. This pair however is definitely not as good quality. The fabric strap that goes between the toes is now plastic. Also, the thickness of the foam bottom looks to be half of what my two previous pairs were. Very disappointed!

I was excited to get these flip flops. I ordered the beige color, and they look wonderful. However, I will be returning my sandals as they are extremely uncomfortable. The shoes are definitely on the narrow side. Where the rubber strap meets the footbed rubs on your foot and creates blisters. Unfortunately I cannot wear these. These shoes are definitely not for wide feet, but better suited for narrow feet. I wish that the description had mentioned this before I bought them.

So disappointed. A few years ago, you have the Sophia (I believe), a wedge like this one; however, the strap was soooo comfortable, material/soft leather. My puppy chewed my favorite wedge flip-flop and I've never been able to procure those again. Please, please bring them back.

I was very excited to receive my flip flops. I currently own a pit that has been going on 8 years strong. Super comfy from the getgo. These were not comfortable at all and the showed were very curved (not flat). The strap was also uncomfortable. Disappointed. Not sure why it seems their quality has changed. I returned and am currently waiting for a refund.

Reef Stargazer sandals were my absolute favorite, right up until I purchased my most recent pair. I am not a fan of their new design at all. The bed of the shoe is much more narrow than it used to be, and it may even be shorter than it was also. I had two other pairs, and in one I bought an 8/9, which were too long, so I only used them at home. I bought a new pair in a 7/8 and they were perfect. I usually wear a 7.5. The new sizing is whole sizes, so I got an 8 to be safe, and glad I did, because they could stand to be a little longer but they will do. The bed being so narrow though, is almost a deal breaker. I keep hoping that I will break them in, and they will be more comfortable, but I just don't think its going to happen. I wondered why I couldn't find any of these in stores anymore, and now I know... The replacement is not as good as the original. I wish they had not messed with such a good thing. I will absolutely be shopping around, trying to find my new perfect flip flop. Sadly, my Reef's are no longer my go to.

Damaged along with another pair I recently bought, I wore the others only a few times and the sequens are coming off. Plan on returning very soon.

This flip flop , unlike the old one I had , fits my foot incorrectly. The depth of the shoe is also too high therefore it flips like it is stretched out . I have the same shoe and the same size. Have to send it back. Not happy

pretty but they are really tight fitting so the strap rubs skin off on the top of my foot!

ordered the stargazer shoes online and chose 2 day delivery. when they never showed up despite saying they were delivered I called to report my problem. the woman told me to check my email to fill out a claim form so I can get a new pair sent out again. 2 days later I still had no email so I called again. finally got the email and the next day they were on my porch. 8 days late!!!!!!! I emailed the people to tell them not to put the claim through and that I had received my shoes finally but never heard back from them. not even an "I'm sorry". only reason this isn't 1 star is because I get compliments on how cute my flip flops are all the time. so disappointed. won't be ordering from reef anymore.

The straps are now plastic...the straps used in the past were a softer material that initially hurt but once they were dampened they softened!! I would buy more if they replace the plastic with the previous material!! The plastic is so stiff it causes nerve damage in my feet which I can feel days after not even wearing the flip flops!! They wouldn't return them because I had used them! wow

The glitter flaked off after only a few wears, very disappointing for this brand.

I bought stargazers this weekend and was disappointed in the quality. These were my fav flip flops in past but they are not as cushy and the straps seem harder. I also prefer a wider strap but you stopped making those.

I bought the black Stargazer. 1 & 1/2 years ago. One shoe the glitter all flaked off. I loved these so comfy but very disappointed what happened.

The part that goes over your foot is really sharp and cuts your foot and gives you blisters after a short time.
