My 15 year old son wears these as his school shoes. They are a stylish, comfortable shoe and because of this, my son has had a few pairs. Once or twice, the threads from the stitching in the front started to come out, but Zappos was great about exchanging them for a new pair.

Ordered these shoes when my 13 year old son was invited to a Bar Mitzvah. The invitation said 'dressy casual'. These shoes were the perfect look. They were a bit difficult to break in due to a hard 'band' around the top of foot opening that cuts into the heel. I recommend these shoes but make sure you have adequate break in time before extended wear.

Nice soft shoes - enough of a "dressy" look and comfy for a young kid. Sizing is strange - our kid normally wears 4.5 and these were so big they fit me! (I'm a 5.5 female!!) Unfortunately we had to return.

Runs big!! My son wears an 8 in t shoe & we had to have a size 6 in the loafer. Also, it is not my favorite style but for the price great for kids who are rough on shoes.

These shoes look as good as they do online. I'm very happy with their design. However they are a full size bigger than tagged. It's been six months since I bought them for my 10 year old son. I had to buy another pair of shoes in the mean time but they are worth saving until they fit right.

Bought these for my 10 year old grandson.......He loves them, and they look and fit great! I can't say enough good things about Zappos' employees. Initially had a size problem, but it was immediately resolved by a more than friendly, knowledgeable, and caring employee. Best customer service ever!

I liked these much more than my 12 year old son did--he thought they looked weird. He said they were comfortable, even though the toe was more narrow than he normally wears. Decent shoes, but we decided to keep a pair of Olukai shoes instead.

Ordered this shoe for my very picky 8 year old. He loves it and hasn't complained at all since he put it on the first time. It looks nice and he says it's comfortable. He typically wears them for a couple of hours at the time to church. Dressy enough but comfortable too!

These shoes are really nice for kids or in my case for my husband with small feet. He will be using them for work. They are really comfortable.

My 10-yr old son likes the feel and easy wear of these moccasins. In he picture, the stitching is white, which I really like. Unfortunately, the shoe we have in hand has black stitching. Zappos should change the pic. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars for style.

These shoes were for my 11 year old son who wanted something to wear with dress shorts, jeans, and slacks. They might be a tad to big in the heel, but with socks, are a perfect fit.

I ordered these for my 3 boys for church and going out to dinner and such. They are ok - style is fine and boys say they are comfortable. Quality for price is disappointing. I think if you look at them closely they almost look a little "plasticy". My oldest son traded his for the Kenneth Cole penny loafer and while they are definitely dressier and a different look altogether and I think they are made better and look like a better quality.

Loved the look of this shoe for the price. My son really liked them. Unfortunately, they were too big, so we had to return them. Will reorder in a smaller size.

We were so hoping these shoes would fit, but they are much bigger than a true size and much wider.

I was disappointed with these shoes. They loook great but they are narrow although marked “medium.” My so had difficulty getting his foot in, and once he did he said the top of the shoe was squeezing his feet. This product is best for people with narrower feet.

These shoes are okay. Sizing seems to run large. I had to go down a half size from my son's regular sizing, and it is still slightly too large. It seems to stretch out. I sprayed it with waterproofing spray to help it last for my kindergartner and that seems to help - no obvious water damage. But overall not a particularly sturdy looking shoe. Shopping for an oxford shoe now for better fit, stability.

This shoe is really cute and the leather very soft. However, they feel apart in a matter of months. The entire front end of one shoe came apart. Leads me to believe they are not very well made.

I like the style, and was hoping they would work for my son's dress shoe. It is hard to tell with certain brands, Sperry Top Siders he is a big kid 6, Timberland loafer 6.5 and these shoes, I have no idea. I ordered a 6.5 and his foot looked lost in them, but I don't think going down a half a size would matter. Going to order the Timberland loafer. He has had that shoe for 2 years now. Best to stick with what I know. If the Geox wasn't too expensive, I would have done those. But this price is my range for school shoe that he will be playing in as well.

These shoes look like they came from Payless. They don't look like real leather and the sole looks plasticky. However, my 9 year old chose them and likes them. They are comfortable.

Too small! My son is a size one and a half to two in every shoe I’ve gotten him. His foot has not grown!! Ordered these for his communion. They were beautiful! My fault for not trying them on before the big day. That morning we go to put them on, I had to squeeze my son’s foot in so bad he almost started crying! I wound up doing all I could do - I used a scissor to make a tiny incision in the seams to get his foot in! It worked but wow! These run small!

I ordered these choose twice hoping they would work for my son who is a solid size 4 shoe. Bought the 4.5 and he was swimming in them so I returned those and got the 4 and they are just huge. Be careful on sizing. Order a whole size down....

Loved the look and comfort of these shoes. (All I had to do was add a heel cushion/pad to keep them from slipping off his heel.) I bought them for my 7-year-old son to wear to school with his uniform because they have a dress shoe requirement. He's an active kid who loves to run and play at recess, and these shoes were definitely not up to the task. After only two months of wear, he has worn right through the front of both shoes. (The upper portion of the shoe detached from the sole about an inch across the front of each shoe.) My 9-year-old also has a pair, and his look like they will be in the same condition in a few weeks. Very disappointed, especially since these are not cheap shoes... I would only recommend them if worn for special occasions or low-activity times.
