These earmuffs are not adjustable and were much too large for all of the women in my family. We are all petite. I was very disappointed as I got them for my daughter who is always freezing walking to class in the winter.

I purchased these earmuffs for my daughter to keep her ears warm during the cold, windy Illinois winters while she is at college. The product is great, but the real reason I am writing this review is to let those of you out there that are trying to decide whether or not to place an order through Zappos, is to go ahead and place it. In my opinion, there is no better website out there that makes your ordering, purchasing and returning (if you have to) any easier and painless than Zappos! A huge part of my job is customer service (isn't everyone's?), and they have mastered this! I have had to call their customer service line once, over my many years of being a customer, and received the same excellent service! There was no wait time and the person I talked to was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to help me in any way that she could. Zappos stands behind what they advertise 100%!

LOVE THEM! These must be the best earmuffs in the world. I felt a little guilty purchasing these; they are admittedly a luxury, but decided to treat myself. I'm having absolutely no buyer's remorse. They are incredibly warm and comfortable and cute (I bought the beige/natural ones); I actually look forward to cold days so I can wear them. They are so wonderful, that I ordered two more as Christmas gifts.

In preparation for a trip to the north country (upstate NY just south of Canada where temps frequently dip below zero), I purchased these ear muffs. They are comfortable and kept my tender ears oh so very cozy warm. All without the matted hair that a hat seems to cause on my head. Perfect and cute to boot. I got compliments from all the women and most were amazed to learn that Uggs had ear muffs available.

These are the warmest and best fitting ear muffs by far. Totally cute. I got compliments at a Raider football game by 2 people! They fit great and look snazzy with silver on them. Highly refer you to buy some. Zappos is the best to shop with. Free ship and free return ship. You actually save money shopping with them. No driving! They are all great people that work there. I highly refer these and Zappos!

I had always heard good things about Zappos, but never tried purchasing anything until this year. The web sight was easy to use and I found the selection and pricing of products to be very competitive. The customer service associates could not have been more helpful! I look forward to using Zappos again in the future.

My first pair of Ugg ear muffs were fairly comfortable, but after an hour I could feel the metal on my ears which was uncomfortable. These are my 2nd pair and they are too large and I can feel the metal again. Would not recommend these earmuffs.

Hard to find pricey item - It's hard to find ear muffs that look this good and are so warm. Downsides: very expensive and a little tight -- they loosen up a bit.

Very disappointed in this earmuff. I bought one for my daughter for Xmas last year. She gave it back to me in February because the metal headband inside broke and it now longer stayed on her head. It didn't even last one winter!

These earmuffs are incredibly disappointing. I had a similar Ugg pair last year that were lost. I tried to replace them with these. They looked the same online but the earmuffs have no spring. They pop out like Dumbo ears. Very weird. Beyond looking weird, they wouldn't even keep my ears warm as they have no grip on your ears. I wonder whether there is a production malfunction.

I'm not a fan of Ugg Australia since they are not Australian and never have been and just use the name which I find cheeky and most importantly their boots are made in China with poor quality shearling wool, and not actual sheepskin (like the genuine Aussie ugg boots use), but no-one else seems to make ear muffs like these so I decided to try them after reading good reviews. I actually bought the head phones version by accident, and I didn't want, nor need the head phones, but I'm using the ear muffs with the wires removed and I'm happy with them. They are not adjustable but they fit me ok. I guess I'm average size, around 5'4. The shearling is not fantastic as it's not real, whole sheepskin, but it is soft and quite comfortable and overall they are what I wanted, which was plain black ear muffs.

Very comfortable ear muffs. Well constructed. It's what you would expect from UGG. Not too big or small. They do not pinch your ears or get tangled in your hair like some others to. They are not adjustable, which I thought would be an issue, but isn't. You can position the band, as you would any other headband, close to your face or further back pushing your hair. The ear muffs come packaged in a round box, great for storage when winter is over. The ear pieces also fold in a little bit so you can just pop them in your bag for on the go. I have 3 pairs in a variety of different colors and would recommend.

Just what I was looking for... keep my ears warm and my hair out of my face. Fit for me is not an issue but UGG should consider adding that feature.

Love these earmuffs. They are warm and soft. They fit around your head comfortably. The fur is not scratchy at all.

LOVE. I personally like the wired earmuffs better, but lost them so bought these since they were a little cheaper. They are super warm. I hate wearing hat and even then your ears get cold. These are perfect. I have a small head and these fit fine. The reason I liked the wired better is, I think they are a little nicer and a little more comfortable, but other than that, these are perfectly fine and you can save a few dollars.

These are absolutely the best earmuffs I've ever owned. I hesitated to buy these because there are certainly cheaper earmuffs out there, but I am so glad I chose these. I've used them a few times in very cold weather, including sub-zero wind chill with high winds, and my ears stayed warm the whole time. They are not adjustable, but fit me perfectly and my ears did not get cold. Unlike cheaper ones that need to be un-twisted to wear and then shift as you wear them, these do not need to be un-twisted first. They stay in place better than any other earmuffs out there without pinching. Well worth the money.

The earmuffs are very warm,soft and comfortable, more so than hats or caps. Unfortunately my first pair broke in the middle of the band and I could not find anyone to repair them. So I bought a new pair because I liked them so well.

The earmuffs are VERY warm instead of a hat or cap. The only problem is that my last pair broke in the middle!
