This is my first purchase from Columbia. The shirt material is pretty good. However, there seem to be some QC issue with the shirt size. I chose S size after consulting the sizing guide, made some actual measurement on myself, and even factored in that the size may run a bit large. Alas! When the shirt arrived, it is still much much larger than what the size guide indicates. Sleeve length supposed to be about 33 is actually 35-36! Not sure if I will wear this. Wasted my $$. I guess there is quality control issue; that is why some customers say it fit nicely, while others say the shirts are very large.

While the shirt is good, the sizing that Columbia uses is awful. With all other clothing manufacturers I am a medium. I tried that size on at a store, found it was too large, had them get me a small, got it and I still couldn't see my knuckles. An extra small finally fit. I have found the same sizing problem with some shorts I recently purchased - expect to return them a least once to get the right size.

I have other thsirt and I don't understand why this time this T-shirt or more big that my first. Bad experience. I lost my money because I can't to sell this to anybody.

I ordered a Large, my size since college. My sleeve length is 35", but this shirt had 36" sleeves. It also would have easily fit a guy with a 48" chest. Minor: buttons hard to work. Good news is the terrific modern material and flawless workmanship.

Extremely thin material. Light weight...almost shier.

Shirt is too thin and light. Great for extremely hot areas. Not an all year round shirt.

Purchased this shirt and was reluctant based on the way it looked on the models in the photos; it looks huge. And it is 'in person' So be aware when ordering. I am a MD - 41 chest and ordered a MD - I float in this shirt - sleeves very long and overall way too large. I did not order a small, but just wanted to share re: the size/fit for the MD size.

I have tons of Columbia clothing and shoes and love the comfort and durability. But... one consistent problem has been inconsistency in size. I ordered a small, and it is at least a medium or large, despite the tag that says small. This happens with other clothing from Columbia as well. Other than this issue, Columbia makes great stuff for the great outdoors!

Shirt ran very large, looks messy.

I purchased this for my husband as I loved the color in the picture but the actual product is a bright fluorescent orange rather than the nice melon color pictured. It was not appealing at all to me, so I returned it. I hope to find the right color in one of the other shirts.

I bought this as a gift and I was shocked at how the color was different than described and shown in the picture. Its MUCH more pink/coral than salmon/orange. Soo be careful, especially for those guys who are afraid of wearing pink!!!

I am athletic but small in the shoulders (a runner) and this product doesn't fit. The pockets are too large and end up opening under my armpits

Of three shirts , each a different brand (size small), purchased online on the same day, this shirt is too large in the shoulders and waist. The sleeves hang as a result of the excess width of shoulders. I didn't want a fitted shirt, but this is excessive. This shirt was the most expensive of the three. Both of the other shirts fit very well in the shoulders and waste.

Very comfortable shirt. Great in warm weather. But, way big!

The perfect design is spoiled by the fabric. It arrived wrinkled, normal, and is still wrinkled after three washings and air dried on a hanger. I have never seen fabric like this.

Shirt on photo not same as what's received ... has tails which require tucking-in unless you want to look like a complete geek. I bought this shirt to wear it outside my belt-line as shown in the photo.

I had to return it. It runs large very large like the website states. I normally wear a large so I ordered a medium. Even the medium was too big so I ordered a small but it was too short. I love the medium short sleeve version but the long sleeves just don't fit right

I love the shirt but for some reason the Tamiami sleeves either tun 2 inches short or they have poor quality control

It's a fairly light shirt that breaths okay. My main issues with it are that it doesn't dry super fast and the sleeve roll up feature is terrible. It's hard to find the strap to secure the sleeve and the button is hard to fasten.

Everything about this shirt is fine but for the length of the sleeves. Curiously, it looks as though that was an issue with the shirt modeled in the picture above. If this is kept along with my opinion one can see the sleeves reaching to the base of the thumb of the model in both arms.

I'll be returning these items. The sizing runs incredibly large and the material doesn't feel worth the cost. A large looks like a XXL.

I used to wear Columbia PFG shirts of various models a few years back. I decided it was time to order a couple new ones. I know it's cliche, but things have changed in those few years. This shirt is HUGE. I originally ordered a M, and I could fit my German Shepherd in it with me. Exchanged it for a S, and it's still too big. Hanging in my closet next to the old shirt (also a S), the sleeves are a good 3-4 inches longer for some reason. I did not have a great experience with the first return so I'll just live with it.

The sizes do not correspond to my normal size than other brands.

I ordered the Sunlit color. The website photo and the actual product differed. It was not a pretty shade of yellow, in my opinion. And, very bright -- can't go incognito in this color!
