Returned these because as one other reviewer noted, the label on the inner sole is very uncomfortable. It irritated my feet when I tried them on and I knew it would just get worse over time. The label is glued on so it would be difficult to remove. Other than that, they are really soft and comfortable (if not for that blasted label). I liked the ballerina style and the powdery pink and that they're washable. The style means that the top of the foot is exposed so I would have worn them in mild winter weather in Houston. I ended up buying a cozier pair from Giesswein.

I wrote a review shortly after buying the shoes. Now I have had them for a couple of months. They are totally unsatisfactory. Even after washing, they stretch out so badly that they will not stay on my feet and they spread out so much on the sides that they are not flattering. I would not buy them again, even at a much-reduced price. Since I have them, though, I am going to try to add some elastic or take them up somehow around the edges.

I bought these at the end of last winter/beginning of spring. I really liked that this style was pretty and feminine. I also didn't want shearling or leather - both for ethical reasons and because my feet get too hot. These are indeed really cute (even my husband commented on them!) but they wore out almost immediately. I developed a hole in the right slipper sole within a month of lightly wearing them, and am about to throw them out and order a new pair because they are now so worn through they're unusable. As other reviewers have noted, the fabric also stretches out unattractively. These would be much better with a more substantial sole and better structure to the body of the slipper. It's a shame as they really are pretty!

When I received these slippers I had trouble deciding whether or not to keep them, finally keeping them. I had been influenced by the "romance" of a ballet-slipper-look. These failed that expectation since the knit material spreads out to the sides in an unflattering way, and the color is more nondescript than actually ballet pink as in the photo. They are quite comfortable and slip on easily to wear around the house. The bow on the heel is very cute. Mine have stretched out to the sides but not front to back. Some rated these small in sizing, but I don't think they would stay on my heel if bigger than my size, and the knit keeps them from pressing on my big toe. (My feet are wide and straight across with a narrow heel, though.) Size would depend on the shape of your foot. At this price, I would not buy them if I knew what I know now, but they might work for some people.

Zappos advice said these ran small. I found they ran 1/2 size big and were very wide. They won't stay on my feet...Zappos return staff was very helpful in the return process.
