I love these shoes. They fit from the moment I put them on. They are really cute and I can wear them with most anything that I have for work or play. I love Zappos.

The Thai Silk is gorgeous, and the design makes a lovely shoe. Versatile, sweet, understated style goes with jeans or a pretty summer dress. (I did not like the leather version). Narrow heel cup with a hard edge and you'll need to break them in if you want to wear them without stockings! Which I recommend! The insole fabric is very comfy on bare feet. For the silk fabric shoes: If you have a narrow heel, your usual size should work (I'm 8.5, though I also have a pair of these in 9 and they work for me but slip a little in the heel). This applies to the Thai Silk shoes which have a soft fabric upper. The fit is close at the toe but feels cozy, halfway between a sock and a shoe. Love how light and flexible my footsteps feel, and not worrying about it falling off my foot. (If you have a normal to wide heel or wide toes, of if you're getting one in leather not silk, definitely go up a half or full size). The downside: I'm worried the silk fabric will snag or become fuzzy. Already the soft bottom of the shoe picks up lint and debris. Best suited for indoor use.

I love these shoes! They are really comfortable, considering they are ballet flats. They fit perfectly, true to size, not too snug or too loose. I usually have problems finding cute ballet shoes like this that don't rub on my toes and give me blisters, so I was super excited to experience these. They are even cuter in person than on the website. I consider my best buy out of all my online shopping so far.

I have a hard time buying flats that will keep my heel in and that are comfortable and cute. But this shoe does all of it. A great cute flat if you are moving around a lot.

These are the best shoes ever! I have them in 2 different colors and so does my roommate and we are planning on buying more. They are super comfortable and I usually find that most flats dig into my skin if they fit or are too big and slip off my foot when I walk. The material or something about these ones make them not have that problem. They are casual enough to wear with jeans and wear out or go great with a dress and I can wear them to work! And it feels like I'm in my slippers the whole time! I love them! One downside, is they have no arch support, I had to get inserts to put inside them.

I love these shoes! I wasn’t sure if I’d ordered the correct size so asked for an email when the next bigger size came in. It turned out they were true to size, but being able to have that flexibility really was reassuring. Thanks, Zappos!

I have the cobalt blue silk version of this shoe that I actually bought on another site. I love the color, and thought I might wear them under my wedding dress. I've now decided they are too vibrant for that, but still really like them. They are my go-to slip on slippers, but initially I did worry about them because they rubbed the back of my ankle raw. I pressed some padded tape in the back of the slipper and it isn't an issue anymore. I wear a 7.5 and they fit true. I have narrow heels and since these are so flimsy of a shoe they shaped to my foot nicely, after being broken in PS: it says it is lightly padded, which is a blatant lie.

Almost everything is too wide for my narrow feet, but not these! The fit is great and they are super cute. If you have narrow feet and almost no arch, then these are the shoes for you.

I love these shoes! They are like walking around in slippers they are so comfy and they are super cute as well. They fit me true to size.

These shoes are adorable. First time I wore them with a plaid jacket and got compliments right away. The pleating and knot on the top add to the stylish look. Only 4 stars for comfort as these shoes have very little support.

These are beautiful flats. I feel that these will have a 'break in' period though, as they weren't completely comfortable when I put them on and could already feel that they would bother my pinky toes. So I plan to wear them around the house a bit before I wear them for a long period of time. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, and I opted for the smaller ones which seemed to work out fine. I hope I can keep these, they really are cute!

Nice ballet flat, and the Thai silk is gorgeous, but the sizing is off. 10 is too small, 11 is too big, where's the 10.5?

I needed some totally-flat black shoes due to tweaking my knee, and found it hard to find cute ones that I could wear at work. These fit the bill. I typically wear 7.5 shoes, sometimes 8. I ordered both sizes, and the three different black fabrics. The 7.5s are snug, but not uncomfortable. The 8s are long and loose. I've not had them long enough to see how much they'll stretch but they are not uncomfortable or pinchy at all, so I'd stay true to size. For those of you not knowing which black fabric to order - the lace eyelet is just that. ;) It's cute - subtle but there. The Thai silk is almost crepe-looking, and the runway nylon is like an evening dress - not fully shiny, but with a matte sheen... probably the most dressy looking.

Great fit and very cute. I'll have to buy an insole since the shoe is thin on the bottom, but that's easy and cheap fix.

Cute shoes and I wore them a lot, but definitely only for the summer. If they get wet they are shot. They also have no arch support.

Shoe felt very narrow and small. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 size, and have purchased Rocket Dog shoes in the past. I purchased a size 8 and the shoes felt uncomfortable because the sizing was very off.

These certainly are cute, but they are incredibly narrow. I had to send them back. A total bummer, because they're adorable.

As a vegetarian, I am always on the look-out for cute (and cheap) leather-free shoes. I got these in the pink Thai silk, and while I was initially very pleased with the fit and appearance of the shoes, a weekend of walking around in the city pretty much did them in. I put them in the wash, which momentarily revived them (although the bow got a bit frayed).

Flats are so versatile and fun. You can dress them up or down. I was so bummed when these came. They looked cute, but very narrow. I have an average width foot and they looked so narrow. When I tried it on, I swore they were the wrong size. I wear a size 10, and have never found shoes not to fit. This was a first. It definitely felt more like a 9 if not smaller.

Cute shoes but sizes don’t fit - I ordered this pair in an 8 which was too large, then returned for a 7.5 and it is too stiff and hard. I don’t believe wearing them will make them loosen up much. I was thinking to maybe get some insoles for the larger 8 to fit more snugly on my foot and not flop around but it’s just not worth it. I’ll keep looking for a pair of comfy flats.
