I had to send these back because they were so narrow. I have a wide-ish foot, but don't normally order a wide except for heeled sandals. (Nobody likes toe spillage!) I have a high arch as well, and couldn't even get into these. I tried on an 8 in gray, but no dice, even though I'm normally a 6 1/2 to 7.

I ordered these boots after seeing them in gray in the latest Sundance catalog. Since Born is hit or miss with me on width, especially in boots, I bought them from Zappos, and I'm glad I did. They were so narrow I could not get my feet into them, and while I have a wide-ish foot, I don't usually need to purchase shoes in a wide width. I eventually went with the "Lior" by Eric Michael - and was able to exchange them for free through Zappos, while Sundance charges both a return fee AND $20 in shipping charges on returned items.

I was surprised how non supportive and non comfortable the boot was considering it is Born brand. Very disappointing.

I loved these boots! The support was excellent as was the style. I have to return them as the length was half size too small for me. I attempted to exchange them, but any in my size were sold out.

I have a different view from the other reviews. I am between half sizes, I went with the upper size and it is enough room for heavy socks for winter. They are very comfortable and will need no breaking in. I am pleased with the quality and style.

Had to return the 1st pair, as it was my recommended size but was a tad too small. Loss of star due to when I went to repurchase a half size up, I had to pay 10 more dollars cause the price went up. I thought I'd get an even exchange. Disappointing. The boot itself is nice tho...works with wide and skinny pants.

Look great but just a tad too small. Will be ordering the next size up!

These boots were extremely stiff out of the box. I'm afraid they would kill my feet if I tried to break them in. They also run small. Born boots usually fit well, so I was surprised these were too small.
