Quality and good look -
Finally an MBT shoe that looks more 'normal'. If you like a maryjane look and love MBT shoes, then this style could be for you. It has a more dressy look and beautiful craftsmanship. I have the sport 04 and either wear them every day or want to when I can't so thought this one would go places the sport doesn't belong. A super comfortable MBT with a lower profile and smaller toe box than the sport. You may need to go up 1/2 size just because of the smaller toe area.

I have had this shoe for about 9 months. I wear it to work almost everyday, where I am on my feet off and on all day. I have been dieting, and lost a lot of weight, (80+ lbs so far) I don't know if this shoe helped, but in the past, at this weight, I was at least one size bigger in pants. They are comfortable for at least 10 hours, 8 at work, and an hour or so shopping, errands afterward. I wear them without socks, but I put in a charcoal liner to absorb perspiration, and change it monthly. I have long, narrow, flat feet, and I wear a 10-11. I got these in a 10.5 and they are fine. I do have to wear the strap a little snug to compensate for my narrow foot, but I have gotten used to walking in them.

This shoe is really good looking but not comfortable. It is a half size too short. I know this because the sandals I bought at the same time are the same size and fit perfectly. Also, last year I bought this same style in a rust color and now I remember I had to send them back and get a half size larger. There is another problem with the way the back of the shoe rubs the skin at the side of the Achilles tendon. The shoe is very stiff there and would take a great deal of breaking in.

Shoes are comfortable. Size feels smaller, I normally use 8.5 and had to get a 9. They are also a little narrow in the front, but the best of them is the heel cushioning. I love them for this. They feel funny the first time you try them on but you get used to them really fast.

First of all...Go Zappos! I ordered these shoes late Saturday evening and they arrived Monday morning... unbelievable! The shoes are cuter than most MBTs, the toe box is a little snug, I'm wearing them around the house to see if they get uncomfortable, but so far they're great! The color is called "Grape" and Zappos classifies them under purple when you filter by color... in some light I can get a purplish cast if I convince myself I should see it, but they're really just brown.

Went back and forth about what size to buy because I find with MBT shoes, if you get your usual size, they are too small. So I tried a half size larger and they are a little loose, but may be okay with thicker socks. Be prepared for "squeaky" shoes if you have been walking in the rain and walk inside.

I bought these shoes because my sister told me hers were so comfortable and she's right!! I'm planning on taking them on vacation where we'll be doing a lot of walking and am happy to have such a comfortable pair to bring. I will say that these shoes take some practice and getting used to as the rocking motion is very different.

New MBT Tunisha -
The shoe looks nice enough to wear to work, but it feels much tighter for its size than I had expected. I am going to return it for 1/2 size larger than I usually wear.

Not the same feeling as other MBT shoes -
I appreciate MBT trying to make a more acceptable style to pass in the workplace, but unfortunately in their quest to slim down the design and look it lost that great MBT leg and foot action feeling you get with the athletic styles. This shoe felt fine like a Dansko or Merrel, but was missing the MBT "work it" kick you get from walking in them. That on top of the price made me return them. Thanks Zappos for making the process so easy.

These are not bad, but they are not worth the price. They are too bulky and heavy so I hardly ever wear them.

I loved this shoe, unfortunately, I couldn't find a pair that fit. I'm usually a size 7, but it MBT's. I'm an 8 (38 1/3). At first they seemed like they fit and were super comfortable and looked good with my work clothes, but then my heel started slipping up. Zappos being awesome, exchanged them super quickly for a 7 1/2, and those were too tight across the top of my foot. Still searching!

This is my 6th or 7th pair of MBTs. Based on reviewers' comments, I purchased a half size larger and the fit is good. This is the fist time I've got something less than congratulatory to say for the brand. Not long after putting them on, I was working on a project which required me to be down on the carpeted floor. After about 45 minutes of this, I looked down at my shoes to see that the color had worn off the toes! I will need to get some chestnut colored shoe polish to fix it, but the quality of the dye job on the leather leaves something to be desired. This has never happened with any other of my MBTs or any other good shoe I can remember having. A shoe of this cost, quality and construction should not have the color brush off the toes when scuffed against a rug. Sorry. But I'm keeping them anyway. Does Zappos sell shoe polish?

Searching for a nursing shoe that would be kind to my feet on a 12-hour shift, I found these moderately comfortable, but quite clunky. They're kind of heavy, and not as well-made as I would expect a shoe at this price to be. Also, I can't understand how a 2-inch thick shoe is supposed to imitate being barefoot. Ultimately, I went with the New Balance WW1100.

I purchased these shoes on the recommendation of a friend who says MBTs are most comfortable walking shoes ever! I was disappointed however in the lack of arch support. I'm 30 and don't have foot problems, but even wearing these around the house all day, the foot motion without the adequate arch support was problematic. They do run a 1/2 size small, true to width. The fit was great, except for the arch support. This is strange to me as I don't have a problem with flip flops or sandals that don't have arch support, but those shoes allow me to walk on the outside of my feet, the MBT forced me to walk more flat footed. I'll stick with Nikes and Clarks.

I find the shoes to run wide and a little short and heavy. If I would have gone up a half size, they would have been too large. I also find walking in them odd. You seem to feel like you might not have your footing. I am returning them. I would suggest the Unstructured Clarks. Very comfy, light as air.

Just don't fit a narrow foot! Too short, and foot slips forward when walking to hit the toe box.

I bought a pair of sandals. They were and are comfortable. However, the mary janes are very hard and I don’t know if they will ever soften up. Very discouraged - will keep trying. I won’t buy another pair.
