Ordering from Zappos was easy and shipment was muy pronto. Having a live person demonstrate the Fossil Marlow Organizer sold the deal. I wanted something a little more upscale from the 2 Relic cross body bags I recently purchased. The Fossil Marlow Organizer could be improved by making the strap 4 inches longer since it's adjustable, and make it wide enough so a legal envelope can fit into the slip pockets. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars overall.

I love this purse in general. The side pockets are my only disappointment. They are useless for anything I own. Zappos is fantastic.

Great looking purse with lots of storage inside and out. Is a bit difficult to get your hand inside the main compartment, however.
