I wear this product on rainy and cool/windy days. I live in the Florida Panhandle, where it rains quite more than people would think and can be quite windy near the water. This jacket protects me from the climate conditions perfectly.

Exactly as expected.

Comfortable enough to wear multiple layers and not feel restricted

Overall this is a great jacket. I was tired of wearing cotton hoodies and getting soaked in the rain. I finally decided to spend more money to get a jacket that would protect me from the rain and I'm so glad that I did! It was definitely worth the investment. I thought the jacket itself would be a bit warmer but that won't be a problem if I wear a sweater underneath. I love the black color, simple yet stylish.

Great styling and very easy to pack when traveling. North Face has been making things a bit smaller than years ago. Or perhaps the style is more fitted nowadays. But luckily, everything still fit fine.

This is the second NF Jacket I have purchased from Zappos. Liked the 1st so much I bought another for my GF! Nuff said?

Excellent jacket for my daughter. Looks much better in person than on the screen! As an added bonus, she can now stop "borrowing" mom's jacket!

I originally had one of these jackets myself and liked it so much I got one for my girlfriend. It's great for rain or light winds and looks really good. The folding itself into its own pocket is a nice touch as well and is great for storing or keeping in a bag. Repels rain well and is overall a great product!

I use this everyday for scooter I g around town and occasionally for my exploration trips. Never fails!

I'm 5'8", 155 lbs. and bought a large to go over my medium Denali 2. This gives the water resistance that the Denali lacks and also supplements the warmth. Excellent wind protection, awesome design, fits like a glove.

This jacket truly is a must have. I love wearing it by itself or with a sweatshirt underneath and they both look flattering. I now have two in orange and green. The only thing is that it's not as warm as some of the other jackets at North Face, but I'll wear a hoodie underneath when I go out and it's perfect. Now I'm looking to put the black one on my Christmas wish list!

Wear as rain jacket

This jacket is super thin but because it's so thin, you can wear it nearly year round. Is great especially for a windy day or rainy day and is easy to pack while traveling since it is so lightweight. I'm typically a size 0/2 and the x-small fits perfectly. I can still wear a sweater or sweatshirt under and it doesn't look took bulky.

LOVE this jacket. It's perfect for travel -- easy to pack and waterproof. The only downside is that it's not terribly warm, but I knew that before I bought it. If you're looking for a light jacket to protect you in the rain, this is a great choice!

Was very easy and got just what I wanted

I have never had a water proof jacket like this one. The water literally beads off the material! It fits comfortable with and without an extra sweater underneath. I already got my mom to buy one for herself and would recommend anyone to get jacket like this one.

Great jacket, Color of Quail gray is a light grayish pink, really nice.

Over all i love this jacket it is exactly what i wanted i would not change anything about it. Thank you northface

Bought in time to bring to UK vacation. Light enough to carry in backpack and pull out when rain starts. Kept me completely dry and comfortable. Shake dry to put back in backpack and continue with the day. Great fit especially sleeves cut a little long to keep rain from running up the sleeves. Hood doesn't obscure sight and keeps rain away! Best travel and hiking jacket - definitely recommend.
