Comfy and nice fitting, but still just the kind of goofy, hiker look that you get with any utility shoe like these! If you are going to be doing adventure-y stuff and possibly getting in and out of water, these are great.

Love this Keen Whisper. My first pair. They are a little lower profile than some. More delicate and not heavy. I am very pleased and have used them for long walks with comfort as good as athletic/hiking shoes and no need for socks! And my feet get sore easily. Happy to have them in my shoe repetoire!A winner for sure and I may buy another pair.

Love this shoe. Have the hiking boots and these are as comfortable as my boots. Walked 3 1/2 hours at zoo yesterday and feet felt great. Was first day I had worn them!

I recently received the Keen Whispers sandals. They are FANTASTIC! Have problem feet, but the minute I put these on, my feet were happy! Also Zappos service is excellent.

Good shoe for my active daughters. One daughter has very narrow feet, and while this shoe is still wide for her, it helps being able to pull the middle snug. If you are lucky and their feet do not grow too much, can last through 2 summers of daily wear and play!

This is a nice, lightweight, fully-washable walking sandal that can be used when working out in the yard, washing the car, etc. It has good arch support and is easily adjusted to fit as tight or loose as you want. Several other reviewers were correct in that Keen shoes and sandals usually need to be ordered 1/2 size larger than what you would usually wear. I have several pair of Keens and all of them had to be 1/2 size larger. I ordered a medium width and found it just a little bit wider than usual, but adjusted it with the straps. For someone with narrow feet, I would definitely order these 1/2 larger but in the narrow size. Am considering getting another pair in a different color.

I love these shoes! I always get blisters when we are on vacation because we walk so much. I am currently in Vietnam on my sixth day of vacation and I have no blisters! They are really comfortable and I have received at least 4 compliments from different people on our tour group wishing they would have brought a pair like them on the trip. I never write reviews, but in this case I would love to share the news to people like me who always use up a box of band-aids and an entire roll of mole skin and still get blisters when wearing other shoes. I am already looking for a second pair of Keens. Definitely a keeper.

I've tried on several water shoe and water sandals. the Keen "Whisper" felt the most comfortable. I haven't worn them yet. Bought them for trips to Kauai, Hawaii, and to the Galapagos. I usually wear a 7, but had to go up to a 7 1/2. Not sure that I'll wear them with skirts, but you could. Color is accurate. Shoe is lightweight.

Bought these shoes for a trip to Disney World. They were great! Walked for hours every day and they were super comfortable. Dried fast after the water rides. Love these Keens!

I love these shoes! They are my third pair of Keen Whisper sandals! They give my feet the support and comfort that I need.

This is my fourth pair of Keen Whispers. I love the comfort of these shoes! I wear them with and without socks depending on the temperature. They can be adjusted for width easily using the laces. I love the fact they are washable with no change to the appearance. Fun colors and quiet neutrals like this pair. These are my go to shoes for comfort.

Love these Keens! So comfy! Look very good as well...and that means a lot when your a size 10. Can't wait to take 'em on vacation in British Columbia!

These are very comfortable, lightweight, and good looking! I've tried other Keen styles in the past, but they were always too heavy and rubbed my toes sore. This style is not like that at all. Highly recommend them!

These shoes are so comfy! You don't even have to break them in, they just come comfy! Also, like the other reviews you should definitely get a 1/2 size bigger. So I usually wear a 8.5 and I got a 9 and they fit perfect! :-)

Love, love, love these shoes! I am so glad spring has arrived since I could not wait to wear my Keen Whisper sandals. I just ordered my 3rd pair in the sangria/magnet. Wear these right out of the box. If I didn't live in such a cold climate, I would wear these year round. And yes, these are pricey, but worth every penny. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I also had to go up a 1/2 size. I am an 8 1/2 and wear a 9 in the Whisper. After all the sandals I have bought over the years, these are the only ones I wear now. I cannot say enough about how much I like these shoes. Thanks Zappos!!

Shoes arrived quickly within two days of ordering. Very comfortable. Straps do not rub. I wear a 6.5 and they fit well (not too large and not too small). Not the best arch support, but still comfortable.

I've heard so many wonderful things about Keen sandals...but after trying my usual size (8.5) and then the next larger size, my wide feet just said "No" to what looks like a wonderful sandal.

I tossed my worn out black Keens in Cuzco last fall and needed a new pair. The Whisper is perfect! It is my 4th pair (tan, yellow, green and now black). Fits my size 8 foot perfectly. I have nerve problems in one foot and only Keen's seem to let me walk for hours and miles without any pain. Thank you! I will wear these on a biking trip in June.

Lightweight, excellent quality, and lovely beet red color. Keens tend to be wider than my narrow foot likes, and they run a bit short, but if you size up a bit they can't be beat. I need arch support, and the Whisper provides a decent amount (not as good as Chacos). The Whisper is also very light, so perfect for packing. I travel a lot, and want a sandal that serves for walking in cities as well as wading on a beach.

Wow. I got these on a friend's recommendation. I thought the lower arch support would be an issue as I have very high arches and picky feet, but I needed some all terrain shoes for a trip to Hawaii and did not have time to test these out much ahead of time. I wore them for a 10 mile hike; I used them on streets, gravel, rock, lava, grass and into the water. They are fabulous. Something about the footbed shape works for me even though the arch is a bit low for me. My feet were perfectly comfortable! Now I just wish they made a bunch of shoes using this same bottom. Also, I got the turquoise and the color is fun and pretty.

This is my second pair. First pair is still usable and worn for fishing. Well made, adjustable, indestructible.

Great sandals for our trip to Costa Rica, run a little smaller and narrower than the Venice and Newport. I tried these as a last resort when the other sandals had been either too big or too short.

This is my second pair of Whispers - wore the first pair out traveling through Spain - my only pair of shoes worn for dress, boat or beach! I wish they had a bit higher arch, but my neuromas seem to do OK. These are for folks with more narrow feet - hallelujah! Wear them in CO for kayaking, paddle boarding and camping - all water activities and daily jaunts.
