I have these for myself and they have last over 5 years, still in great condition. Sometimes make my feet a little sweaty though. Just bought another pair in malachite for mother's day gift to the MIL - she loved them!!

I love this Keen Whisper! The color is a pretty green, the footbed is very comfortable and the straps feel good on my feet! The only reason I needed to return them is because I needed a dressier sandal to wear with skirts and dresses. Zappos is the best company for making the return process SO easy. Thank you!!

I have purchased several pair of these shoes....for myself, my husband, my in-laws who live on a lake....this is the second pair for my mom. They are sturdy, comfortable, and come in so many colors! They are great for everyday wear, as well as in and out of the water, and in the campground. Love these shoes.

Last minute purchase for trip to Hawaii...so glad I did! Perfect for walking on slippery rocks & other surfaces. Others had gym shoes, sandals, flip flops - all jealous of my Keens. Per other reviews, ordered half size larger which was perfect. Wore right out of box without any problems, blisters, etc. Very comfy & supportive. They will not win any beauty contests, but perfect for function.

Love these shoes! Wore them for washing my car, hiking, and general running around. They are comfortable out of the box, no pressure points anywhere. I usually wear a 9 1/2 or 10. I ordered these in size 10, they fit perfectly.

a bit snug up by the ankle, you can loosen the bungee but the material is a bit tight - hoping it stretches out over time.

This shoe is lightweight and breezy on the foot. It is not for hiking or long walks as it doesn't have a lot of arch support. However, it is cool on the foot and you can go into the water with it. Love the colors too. Like all of the keen sandals, order a full size larger. They run small.

These are a comfy shoe. Very durable too. I have had them for over two years and wear them hiking or to the beach. I like that the brown looks like leather too.

I love these; I had a purple pair for several years, and wore tham all the time. I put these on and, being new, they were firmer and felt even better. I wish they had more arch support, but I guess I can put them in them. Otherwise they are perfect.

I have plantar fasciitus (even after surgery) and am very particular about my shoes. Will pay anything for pain free walking. These hold up great inwet & dry conditions and have wonderful heel cushioning! This style also doesn't make my smaller feet look clunky by the typical Keen toe guard(like in the Newport style). Ordering another pair today

These are my very favorite keen sandal, I've had two pair that have lasted me for well over 4 years now. One pair is finally needing replacement. I wear them with everything - leggings, shorts, skirts, around the house as slippers (i am prone to stubbing my little toe on one foot), and for everything including light hikes in the summer and air travel since they're so easy to take on and off. Over time, though they can get smelly when your feet sweat (like at Disney World in the summer), but they do air out every time - that's why it's good to have at least two pair to rotate. I have a black pair and a tan pair. They are so cushiony, but durable sole and protected toe. I wear a 9, and if they are shorter than a true 9, I cannot bear to have any of my toes hit, and these do not. I have plenty of room at the toes. They do loosen up over time, they may seem more snug at first though, but they can be adjusted with the elastic strap on the top. These are a sandal staple from Keen for sure.

My foot tends to be wide. These fit perfectly. I need good arch support and these met my needs. These sandals are incredibly comfortable. They did not need to be broken in.

Just ordered the blue Keen whisper. It is my second pair of Keens. Just can't beat them! I put them on to walk instead of my tennis shoes. They have such great support. They are the most versatile shoe I have ever purchased. They are great for traveling. When it is time to go to dinner on the ship , if we are cruising, I just throw on a scarf to dress up a little and leave on my Keens. What could be better? The support and durability can't be beat. It maybe the only shoe I ever wear again. I ordered the 11 because that is what my last pair was despite the fact that I usually need an 111/2 . It fits perfectly! I am just trying to decide what color i will order next! 5 stars!!!!!

While dealing with plantar fasciitis, these were the only shoes I could wear comfortably in summer. The PF is gone now but there is no more comfortable shoe than this one!

Bought these for a trip to a remote island. Had to jump in and out of the water to change boats. These were perfect. Comfortable,sturdy and dried quickly.

These are the best hiking sandals-wore them in Kauai without breaking them in and they were amazing. Perfect for hiking to beaches, canyons, and waterfalls! True to size for me and while not super fashionable, they are perfect for getting a sturdy step and not hurting yourself while climbing over rocks and wading in creeks. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves being outdoors! Worth the money!

I love these sandals and I use them primarily when I go camping or to the beach. Great fit and comfort right out of the box. I am going to buy them in black next.

After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to purchase Keen's Whisper sandals to replace my Owyhee sandals. I normally wear an 8 in Keens, but some reviewers advised to order half a size up. The 8s fit me perfectly. The 8.5s didn't seem to have much more length than the 8s but they had more width in the toe box, which I don't need. The teal in the Dark Shadow/Ceramic Gray color is more vibrant in person than in the photo online. I also like that the straps don't rub against my pinky toe like the Owyhee's did, and the elastic lacing system is back. I wanted something slightly less "clunky/bulky" than the Newport H2's and the Whispers fit that bill perfectly.

My go to adventure shoe! I absolutely love them once on. Getting them on can be a challenge sometimes

I have another pair of Whisper Keens. I always order a 1/2 size up and they fit perfect. Love these shoes; I wear them in the winter with socks (not in the snow) and of course, all the rest of the year. They are lighter than some of the other Keens and I love the toe guard.
