I couldn't be more happy about this purchase at The Nile/Neutral gray is a fantastic color with bright, clean, and tasteful. The shoe is very comfortable, especially in the heel strap. I would consider my feet to be an average width, but the shoe is a wee bit tight mid-arch, but nothing that a band-aid and a little breaking-in can't solve. I would just advise potential buyers with wider feet to consider a different style. As for Zappos service, I am completely overjoyed and floored. I ordered the shoe on a Wednesday night and they were at my door by Friday morning, with regular shipping service, and Zappos was keeping me up to speed with my order with friendly emails and free tracking numbers. Five star shoe plus five star service!

These are great shoes. I bought them for a white water rafting trip. They were so comfortable, I wore them the rest of the trip!

My daughter came home last month in a pair of Keen Whispers. Within a week I had a pair and had bought a pair for each of my daughters-in-law. I was concerned that the Nile/Neutral Grey would be a bit flashy, but they are not; they are perfect. They were delivered to three separate addresses and all arrived when Zappos said they would. Thanks Zappos!

These shoes are so comfortable that I ordered them in another color. I can wear them all day long and they still feel good when I take them off at night. I do have trouble finding a comfortable and would recommend this one.

Think of these as air conditioning for your feet, comfortable out of the box, I walked for miles in them without a single rub or blister. They look great and if you get them wet just rinse and put in the sun to dry. Perfect.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I have a long narrow foot which is very hard to fit. This sandal is perfect, and as the name implies, feels like almost nothing at all. Yet it is sturdy enough for hiking and even biking. Older versions of Keens did not fit my narrow foot. I have worn these sandals every single day since I got them and nothing else compares to the comfort. Zappos rocks, too!

I bought these shoes for a trip that would involve a lot of outdoor walking, and they were just right for it. I didn't have to break them in at all. They are very light and comfortable. They breath nicely, but protect your toes. Having shoes that can be worn outside in the summer without socks is great. I will say that they aren't the most attractive thing in the universe, but when compared to other shoes of this nature, they are kind of cute, especially considering the purpose that they serve. Overall, I think I will get a lot of use out of them.

I bought this non-leather shoe to wear when I visited the Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen NY, out of respect for the rescued animals who live there. I plan to buy another pair. They're very comfortable and true to size.

I have to return the shoes. My feet are too narrow for that type of shoe. I wished they made the show in narrow widths.

These sandals provide light support, are extremely comfortable, and are true to size. They are fabulous and I would love another pair in a different color!

Excellent! I have wide feet and these are so comfortable. On the first wearing, one outer ankle strap chaffed, but that was easily adjusted with the strapping. The Beet color is more red than in the picture, but still very cool. Love them!

This is my 1st pair of Keens and they are extremely comfortable. No breaking in period; I can and have worn them all day. I normally wear an 8.5 but sized up to a 9. These sandals accommodate orthotics well. Definitely a repeat buy in another color.

The texture of the footbed helps the feet not to slip even when wet. That means you might have to build up a light callous at the ball of your feet behind the big toe. Besides that, there was no break-in time whatsoever; they're light but supportive, and show no wear, even though I've worn them often and they've gotten wet a few times.

I have a real problem finding sandals with any arch support. These sandals have enough for me with my flat feet. The lacing on the sandal allows you a snug fit when you want it and a looser one if your feet tend to swell. \r\nThey have been extremely comfortable to wear all day. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised!

My 2nd pair of Keens - much lighter than first, so don't feel so heavy on your foot. Wore them hiking, going through streams, excellent!

I have a hard time finding shoes I can wear working, walking, hiking, biking, etc. I love these; they are comfortable. Because my feet are wide I had to go a half size larger than my normal size. I believe they will last a long time too. They are very well made and worth every penny I paid for them.

These are comfortable shoes and cute. I had to get used to them, but after wearing them once, they started to feel great.

I love these and have been wearing them for a month. They're just about as comfortable as slippers from the very first day and no need to wear them in. The heel strap is padded and very comfortable. The sole is comfortable, not hard. I have nothing to criticize about the shoe/sandal. They seem true to size to me. I normally wear size 11 (or sometimes 11 1/2 on one foot), and these fit me in size 11. All of the others I ordered in size 11 were a tad too small in one foot, or not so comfortable.

I wore these for an outdoor wedding and they were perfect. They look less clunky and slightly more refined than my other similar pairs of Keen sandals.

I love these things! The inside does say anti-odor, but really that's a lie, they stink (like any other shoe) after a long day of walking in mud, water, dirt, etc. I bought them for my camp job, and while I love the orange, I wish I would have got the green color because I'm nervous to ruin the pretty color, although they wash very easily. Don't put them in the drier though! Also, one bad thing is that often my heel will sort of hang out of the back of the shoe. I just have to push my feet up more into the shoe to fix it, but it happens a lot. Also, I ordered an 11, usually wear an 11, and have plenty of room for my toes, especially! I have wide feet, and while these shoes do feel a bit narrow, it isn't that noticeable after you get used to it. Arch support is not really there, especially for people with high arches unfortunately.
