These shoes are very comfortable. I wore them for the first time on a day I was traveling, so I was walking a lot through airports all day, and they required absolutely no breaking in. But beyond that, this was my first Zappos.com shoe-buying experience, and it was phenomenal. The shoes arrived super-fast. The first day I wore them, I happened to wear them with a new pair of Levi's. At the end of the day, I was really disappointed to find that the blue dye from the jeans had worn off on the shoes, so I contacted Zappos just to see if they had any recommendations for cleaning them. They contacted the manufacturer and gave me a few cleaning recommendations, all of which I tried with no real success. I wanted to let Zappos know the results, just for their records, in case anyone else had a similar experience, so I e-mailed them and told them what happened. They offered to replace the shoes--even though it wasn't their fault, and it wasn't a defect in the shoes. I was stunned. I still am. I'll never buy a pair of shoes from anyone else again. Zappos is amazing!

Wonderful shoes! My feet are always hot. These breathe well, accommodate orthotics under the footpad and are very light weight. I purchased both the taupe and the mint. I can walk for hours. Love all my Merrells and Zappos service is great.

I love these shoes! From the moment I put them on, I knew they’d be my summertime favorite. Light, airy, and comfortable. Plus, they offer good support. The velcro adjustable strap is also a nice feature. As my first Zappos shopping experience, I must say I’m very pleased.

Love these shoes! I am on my feet all day and they are very comfortable and because of the mesh they keep your feet cool. My feet are a little wide but these feel great and are cute enough to wear with capris or jeans. Love Zappos .They help make busy lives easier. Thanks Zappos!

How perfect are these shoes! I could only find these shoes in a 6 1/2 and a 7 1/2 in retail stores. I read the reviews on line and they were so true. This Mary Jane runs large, so I suggest you order a 1/2 size smaller. These are not sneakers per say, so the support is not as good as a sneaker, but I will tell you that I walk an average of 3 miles a day and I alternate between these and my sneakers. These Merrils are not only cute in black, but they are so easy to wear and so comfortable. You basically throw them on and you are good to go!!! They are light and airy! I like them so much that I will probably buy them in another color! This was the first time I have ordered from Zappos and I was impressed with the service they supplied. I ordered these shoes on a Tuesday night and received them on Wed. afternoon! Thank you Zappos, I am now a loyal customer!

I LOVE these shoes. So cute and comfy and perfect for summer in the city. Also, Zappos once again rocks with the speed of their shipping and great customer service. I also made my 75 year old aunt get some and they are her new favorite shoes.

These are great shoes! Sizing is just right (I have a wide foot). They look at lot like ballet shoes when on and are light like a dance shoe. Quite feminine, yet sporty too. Good traction, when needed.

These are the best summer shoe b/c your feet are exposed to the air, but at the same time protected and they offer sufficient support to be able to wear them all day long.
