I always have a great experience shopping with Zappos and the few times I have had to return & replace an item it was a good experience. I don't get the respect in a store when I try to exchange to replace something. Great website! I have recommended it to my friends.

I bought three pairs of the Merrell Waterpro Pandi for work. I am a nurse in a hospital and work 12 hour shifts. I needed a shoe that would provide comfort and cushion to keep my feet and knees from aching by the end of the evening. I also liked the idea that if "anything" should soil my shoes I could literally wash my shoes off. I bought the shoe in all three colors so that I would be color-coordinated in all of my uniforms! I have been nothing but satisfied since I started wearing these wonderful "work" shoes. By the way, nearly on a daily basis I hear about how "cute" my shoes are.

I love them. They are great walking shoes. My dog and I do 5 miles a day and they have great support.

These are great shoes. After reading Born to Run, I found it hard to believe there were any shoes out there that didn\'t injure you. These are perfect shoes. I can feel the earth under my feet. I feel protected from the elements. I know that when I walk or bounce around, my feet can guide me so that the rest of my body responds correctly. The looks of them are different than the kinds of shoes I had been wearing. They are so comfortable and practical, we are buds, me and the shoes.

Wow, Zappos was amazing! I ordered these shoes regular delivery on a Wednesday evening and they arrived on Friday. I was so happy to have them in time for an upcoming trip to Europe. They were so comfortable right out of the box. I wore them with and without socks and they were great walking around on cobblestone. I have trouble with arches and these fit the bill.

I like the Mary Jane style of these fun shoes. Merrell’s insoles provide the support one needs. It’s also possible to insert an orthotic, depending on its size. The styling would be better without the decoration and the obvious logo. They are very comfortable and can be worn immediately out of the box.

Very comfortable, well-cushioned, plenty of toe room to wiggle your toes, can wear with or without socks, no rubbing. The only slight problem is that they started squeaking after several uses, but no matter - comfort is my priority.

Awesome shoes! I have very "difficult" feet: no arch, heel spurs, etc, and arthritis in my knees, hips, and back. In my job as a documentation specialist, I am on my feet quite a bit. Because of this, I need shoes that are really comfortable. On top of that, I am a vegan (I don't eat or wear animal products). These shoes are vegan-friendly and extremely comfortable! And they look great!

I love these shoes. They form to your feet and are very comfortable. I'm on my feet all day at work. The pain was becoming unbearable. I decided to purchase new shoes. When I tried these on, even in lots of pain, they felt good. They do run a half size small, and seem to be a wider shoe. If you have narrow feet, I would not recommend them.

I've loved my "Pandis" since I took them out of the box less than 24 hours after Zappos took my order. What I cherish most about 'em is that, even in size 11, they don't look like "gunboats" like so many flat-heeled shoes do. They performed as promised: They kept their grip on wet boat-decks and rocks, and they served nicely as light hikers and as comfy walkers. Amazingly, they draw compliments every time I wear them, and that's rare for size 11's! The owners' reviews helped me tremendously, especially the one from a certain other size 11 customer! She described having ordered a "cute, puff-toed maryjane" based on its picture then discovering that in her size it "looked like clown shoes!" (Had to giggle since I work in real clown shoes, et al.) Bless this woman for the helpful heads-up. Keep up the amazing work, Zappos crew. And fellow customers, keep up the all-important reviews!

The shoe runs pretty true to size, maybe just a tiny bit small. It is a nice wide shoe and the velcro strap helps you to snug it up if you have a more narrow foot. It is great both with and without socks. The shoe is very soft and feels great to walk in, typical Merrell. It doesn't have quite the support of a regular gym/tennis type shoe, so you probably wouldn't want it for long hikes, but for around town it is really cute and feels terrific. I'd buy it again.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip where I would be walking a lot. I also wanted some ventilation, and something more fashionable than a sneaker. In the meantime, I went into Manhattan in a major rain storm and said these would work perfectly. They are extremely comfortable; they look good, in a casual way. The fit is true to size. I would recommend them as an all-round walking shoe, for travel or city walking. Merrell is such a reliable brand for a sport shoe.

I just got back from a two week trip to Ireland and these were the perfect shoe. I did a lot of walking on uneven surfaces that were wet at times and not once did my feet hurt. The microbe shield did what it was suppose to do. The fit was true to size. I just packed them away for my next trip to Ireland. This was a purchase worth its weight in gold.

I needed something to wear when it rains in the warm weather and this shoe/sandal fits the bill. It also has alot of cushioning for my feet so that it is very comfortable.

Two things to say about ordering these shoes from Zappos. First of all, it is a good shoe for walking: light and cool and cute! I had trouble at first because I ordered the shoes in my size and they were too small (so I would recommend choosing a half size larger), and also because they slipped off my heel (a heel pad solved it). I find the shoes comfortable to walk in on hot summer days and happily wear them all day long. Second, Zappos makes it so easy to get it right when buying shoes online. They make returns incredibly easy, they process them fast, and they make you feel like they really do value us as their customers. I love to support companies like that.

Merrell Waterpro Pandi water shoes were ordered for my bride as a gift to be used for recreational kayaking. Excellent product but do run about one size large so they were returned for one size smaller shoe. Return process through Zappos free return postage program worked well and the replacements were received in a very timely manner. The replacements fit well and are a comfortable, light weight, attractive shoe.
