Felt true to size. Unlike most shoes of this type, these took a few days to break in.

I've always bought ASICS shoes. I wanted something more multipurpose than a running shoe. I must admit, I was not as happy with these as with other shoes in the past. Maybe because they are leather versus the mesh style I have worn in the past. I had to return the first pair...felt a bit too small. Zappos return policy is fantastic! I hope these shoes will loosen up over the next few weeks. Planned uses: Bike, lifting weights, walking, general outdoor activities.

I was looking for a shoes to workout in the gym (weight training and cardio). I came across these shoes on Zappos website and saw several good reviews, and price was VERY reasonable. So I have purchased it. First pair started to get a split (tear) on the bottom sole where the shoe bends after about 2 weeks, so I requested for exchange of same exact shoes. I got the new pair with in a couple of days (Great service ZAPPOS!!). I've been wearing the new shoes for about a month now, and I'm VERY pleased. Very comfortable, very good cushion (I do a lot of jumping around for cardio workout) this is my first ASICS shoe, and I love the way they fit my feet.

Why I bought this shoe: I'm 62 years old, and I walk 2-3 miles for exercise daily, primarily on pavement, and get very sore feet if the heels are not adequately cushioned. Purchased this pair hoping for comfortable fit and good heel cushioning. Comfort, Fit, Performance: These shoes met my expectations, and they perform much better than others I've worn which cost nearly twice as much. Sorry I can't give technical details, but I'm no shoe expert. I picked these from a prominent consumer publication and went to Zappos because you can't always find exactly what you want in Meridian, Idaho. This was my first online shoe purchase. I followed Zappos' advice on size selection, and I'm delighted with the fit. Durability: I've only been wearing the shoes for about 120 miles, but they show no unusual or excessive wear so far. Style: There were three style choices for this shoe, and since I'm an old ____, I was pleased to find a very plain-looking shoe. So I rated the style very high because, paradoxically, I could get a shoe that wasn't stylish.

My husband just had knee surgery, so I wanted to get him a shoe with good support, a shock absorber, and he seems to really likes these. I feel like they look a little narrow, but he says they are really comfortable. I think they look good with his jeans, not like big white boats, like so many sneakers tend to look on men. Very happy with choice.

Asics shoe - Shoe feels great, size was accurate and makes my feet feel better to wear them I'm diabetic and I have to have a great shoe. I bought this pair after wearing out the first pair of Asics that I had purchased. Great shoe. I'd also like to say that there is no better place to shop than Zappos; their service is the best bar none. Their return policy is the best bar none as well as them paying for shipping. Pleased - Comfortable, so far they seem to have enough arch support for me. My wife says they’re ugly but she doesn't have to wear them. I would recommend.

Size runs small - This is the second pair of Asics that I’ve ordered from Zappos and both shoes ran small at least 1/2 size.

Better Than New Balance - A much better made cross trainer than New Balance can offer at this price point... with much better cushioning, arch support, and overall comfort. Only complaint is that they do feel a little narrower than the label states, as my 2E wide feet are just barely fitting into these 4E marked shoes. Think I'll keep ‘em…

Ordered same size as other Asics models that I have worn. Unable to wear shoes. Too tight. Won't buy through the mail again.

I tried the ASICS Gel-150 primarily because they came in the size that I need (12 with 4E width). Also, when I was younger, I had always liked the comfort and support that ASICS provided especially as a cross trainer (tennis and weightlifting). Unfortunately, while the shoe is nice looking, it does not provide the lateral support I was looking for. In addition, the support at the ball of my feet while walking was not as secure as my New Balance. The New Balance 600 series (622, 653, etc.) continue to be my preferred choice. Not only do they offer more choices, they also provide the comfort and support I need.
