Overall great boots and warm!

I live in Western NY. We get cold and we get snow. After much testing of many boots, these have become my go-to snow blowing and shoveling boots. They're amazingly warm and pretty stable on slippery surfaces. We have a lot of driveway to get clear and also spend time getting the snow off a very big deck, so I don't end up wearing these for short amounts of time by any means but I also don't wear them for wandering around the town in. They truly make going out to tackle the leavings of winter / lake effect snow something of a pleasure. They do run a little small, but I wear these without socks most of the time because the liner is plenty comfy so they slide right on with no fuss. Almost feels like wearing the moon boots of my youth but way better =D

After lots of searching for a good snow boot that would be warm, comfortable, supportive and waterproof, I was pleasantly surprised to find Chloe. Put them on and they are as comfy as slippers but sturdy and worth the price. Note that I also ordered one size up as the other reviewers had thoughtfully warned that the boot liner made them seem smaller. Fantastic, love 'em. Search over!

Nice tall boots to keep the snow off my feet. They are also warm like little ovens for my feet. Plus they are easy to take on and off and on and off quickly. I also like that they are light weight, not clunky like the old ones.

I just received these boots yesterday. Normally wear a 9.5 in all shoes, saw some reviews that they run small, so I ordered a 10. Currently exchanging them for an 11! They run REALLY small! Width, calf, ankle were all perfect - the boot just wasn't long enough to fit my foot comfortably. My big toe was touching the front which would really annoy me over time, and I wasn't even wearing socks! One part I really like about this boot is the inner liner - it's a legit inner liner, looks like it's some heat-reflective type stuff. Living in Chicago I can't wait to take these out this winter. I ordered the Taupe color which I really like, but note that the fur in the pictures looks brownish, and it is definitely grey. Didn't change how I feel about the boot and I think it looks just fine, but just wasn't what I originally expected. Buy these boots! Winter is coming!

I have problem feet, but when I put my feet into these boots, they were instantly comfortable, warm and most importantly, roomy around the toes. I can hardly wait for the snow and ice to come.

I got them for my trip to the North Pole (-41C) these boots were outstanding - I was not cold at all when wearing them. Very light and comfy. One thing you may want to know - get a bigger size than you usually would. I normally wear 8, and got these in 9 to fit right.

Fantastic boots! These are the first boots that really keep my feet and lower legs warm and dry in bitter cold (teen and single digit degrees) weather. I have found them to be completely waterproof. The soles provide great traction. They were true to size for my 7 medium feet. I bought them during Boston's multiple blizzards in Feb. of 2015, and have worn them trudging through 3 ft of snow. They've been a life-saver.

I like these boots a lot but don't love them. I needed to find a pair and after trying 8 different boots I decided to keep these. I tried a pair of Keens that were super comfortable but not at all warm enough (and warmth is my priority). These booots keep my feet warm as long as I'm moving. If I am out for a long while in the snow and stop (for example, to watch my dog play with the other dogs in the park) my toes start to get cold. Although lots of people said these run large I didn't find that to be the case. I usually wear a 7 and I ordered a 7. My foot slipped a little even with heavy socks. I added an insole for extra arch support and they fit better. My heal still slips a little bit. I put my foot in the boot without a sock to walk the dog one evening and they were amazingly comfortable even without socks. The traction is ok but not amazing. They are comfortable to walk in even though I find them a bit heavy/clunky. The pull tie is convenient but I find it difficult to tighten around the ankle.

My daughter loves them! Cute and very warm. They're one of the few boots that's warm and still has some style. Size 10 (she wears 9.5) leaves enough room for thicker socks if you want them -- usually not necessary. She wore them in the Yukon.

I read all the reviews about the sizing of these boots. It s true- order 2 sizes larger than what you normally wear- same for the men s boots. I wear a 7 and bought a 9, and my son wears a 10 and I bought him a 12. We are having -35 wind chills, and these boots keep your feet super warm and so comfortable. No rubbing of seems on the inside. No slipping on the ice either. I highly recommend these boots.

These boots are great. Since I take an 11 I was a bit worried about the sizing and they did feel a bit tight when I first put them on but I wore them for a day and took my dog out with them. They broke in great. I wore them to the annual "turkey trot" in our city. No need for big thick socks with them either they are very warm when walking.

These run very small compared too all other shoes/boots I own. Thankfully, the other reviews were spot on regarding sizing and I ordered size 9 rather that my normal size 8. These boots are a dream for bitter Minnesota winters. I wore them in -20 degrees (-40 windchill) to clear the driveway the day after I got them. This was the ultimate test for the warmth/comfort/waterproof ability and these boots passed with flying colors. I wasn't even wearing thick socks but next time I will only because they are pretty wide. I'm so glad I got them, and only for the sale price?! I would have paid multiple times that for warm, dry feet. I ordered Saturday 9am local time and received them Monday afternoon. How is that possible? Zappos working round the clock to deliver excellent customer service! Thank you! My feet will be toasty warm for many winters to come.

This boot keeps my super cold feet warm all the way down to a bit below zero degrees Fahrenheit. Wouldn't say they are stylish but they are pretty cute and very utilitarian. I bring a pair of toms for indoor wear at my work and just swap out. The lacing is easy to manage on these. Definitely know they are waterproof very far up the boot after some of the puddles I've stepped in. I think the biggest thing if you get them is to know they become more flexible and you gain a little space for your foot as you wear them for a couple weeks. I normally wear size six and a half to seven and have plenty of room in most shoes. For this pair I got a seven and was a little surprised at how small they felt. A few weeks later though and my feet are content. If you are a half size, I would order up. It's easy to walk all day in these boots, too. They just feel like you're tucking your feet into the cozier cushy sleeping bag for a day. I've worn uber thick socks and just tights and had no problem with space for the extra layers/lack of in the boot. The inner boot sock thing is sweet. Cushy and easily removed and put back in. The sole works well for me, high arch is happy, grip is relatively okay on slicker surfaces though not perfect (might want to get those metal add ons for walking on ice), the sole is not flat to make rolling your foot through a step easier. Lastly the boot stays surprisingly clean. Don't understand how but it doesn't pick up smutz at all! I am really happy with my purchase especially since I paid the sale price. These are a great boot and I recommend them to my family and friends now.

These boots are simply amazing. I am from northern Wisconsin and with the recent extreme bitter cold I decided that it was finally time to buy some more serious winter footwear as opposed to my usual fake Uggs. These were a fantastic choice. My feet are warm and comfortable. As others have noted, they do run small. I'm usually a 5 (an occasional 5.5) and the size 6 I ordered was perfect. Almost as amazing as the actual boots was the speed they arrived. I have a VIP account, and missed the next business day deadline by over an hour and a half. Lo and behold, the very next day I arrived home from work at 4:30 pm and they were already sitting on my front porch. The boots and Zappos both get 5 stars!

Finally I have a warm comfortable boot for shoveling snow, etc. I have perpetually cold feet but these actually warm them. I think the liner and extra room to move my toes does the trick. Ordered half size larger and thought they might be too snug at first but the liner seemed to expand as mentioned in another review. Also tried the Baffin Base Camp boots for indoors and they they are also toasty. I keep the temp in the 50's and my feet are now warm! Yea!

These are nice boots. They run small! I wear a 7 and 1/2 or 8 and bought the 8 and have to return them. I feel like if they came in an 8 1/2 they would have fit okay. You are warned!

Love these boots. Super warm and comfortable. Definitely run small one full size. Experiencing my first winter in Wisconsin and at least my feet aren't cold!

I LOVE these boots! They are so comfortable and keep my feet toasty warm. Because of the flexible sole, they are not hard to walk in at all. They have good traction and are easy to put on and take off. I have wide calves and feet and was concerned that these would not work for me, but they fit just fine. My mom tried them on and liked them so much that I ordered another pair for her. Baffin boots are awesome!

I ordered this as a winter boot for my 10 year old daughter. The boot is very lightweight and looks to be awesome in withstanding the elements. For any adult, this would be an outstanding boot to have in the collection. For a fickle 10 year old girl with large and still growing feet, it wasn't a good match. Unfortunately, her feet are now bigger than my wife's, so passing them onto to her wasn't an option.

I live in MI and visit ME and MN often in the winter. Right out of the box these boots fit great and are very warm. The foot bed has a bit of nice cushioning too. They are not too bulky thus quite easy to walk through deep snow. I agree with other reviewers, order one size up. I wear an 8 and a 9 fit perfectly.

I think these snow boots are great. Being a woman I do have more slender heels, and notice how much better the fit is for the woman's foot! Although I do love the boots, I would recommend buying half a size bigger than your normal shoe size, as I feel they run slightly smaller.
