The opening on the top of these booties is very small making it extremely difficult to put them on - at least that is what my wife and I found to be the case. I am not sure if others had this problem, but it was enough of a problem with us that we had to return them. Otherwise, these appeared to be really nice slippers. As to the complaint that some had about the bottom wearing out quickly, I would suggest spraying the bottoms with a couple of coats of a spray-on rubber coating like Plasti-Dip, which you can find at Home Depot or other home improvement stores. I have tried this on socks and the coating adheres pretty well, but I would recommend washing in cold water.

I was so excited to get these as they looked so comfy and warm. I ripped open the box, put them on my feet and was horrified to find that the seam at the toe was rough and cut in across my toes when I walked. Back in the box they went. I sadly do not recommend these could-have-been perfect booties to anyone.

I bought these for my husband to wear around the house. He is not a heavy man - and these wore out within six months! They had holes through the bottoms and were only used on carpet and smooth tile flooring. I was shocked and disappointed. Not the best quality, for sure. The only good thing I have to say about them is they sure did keep his feet warm while they lasted!

Unfortunately, there is some sort of stiff piece in the back at ankle height on each Booty and it was very uncomfortable. The folks at Baffin could not answer to what that is and suggested that Zappos, the retailer, should answer to that construction issue. Additionally, the specifications should indicate that the insulation is a poly/wool blend -- which is not vegan.

Inside heel very rough. Manufacturers flimsy box was shipped in plastic envelope, box was banged up, appears to have been roughly handled prior to shipping, tape torn from box, thin cardboard ripped in several areas.

They sent me the wrong color, but it's just as well--I can wear a size 12 shoe, but the XL size 13-14 of this wouldn't even fit on my foot. Tags themselves do say XL. Unfortunately there's no larger size to exchange for!

I ordered these because my ex boyfriend had similar sleeping bag slippers and they were so warm and comfy! I thought these were the same ones that he had. If they are, the quality has gone downhill tremendously! The first thing I noticed when I took them out of the packaging and tried them on is that there is hardly any cushioning under the foot. Also the stitching around the toes is strange and awkwardly pointy. After wearing them a full night my toes were still frozen. After a week of wearing these the filling started coming out all over the top of the slippers and continued to pill on each other. After three months of wear, the non-skid rubber lettering on the bottom are worn off under the ball of my foot and the heel, you know, the areas that need traction on hardwood floors. Also, now the stitching holding the top and bottom together is fraying on the outside near my pinky toe. I wish I could submit a few photos so you can make a fully informed decision before purchasing these slippers. I wish there hadn't been so many good reviews to persuade me to buy these over the other slippers I had my eye on.

These are not comfortable at all. There is a seam of material all the way around on the inside that is overly noticeable. No thanks. They are going back.

I wanted to like these because I got them with a coupon and I can't exchange for a different item with a coupon. I ordered the size that was "supposed" to fit according to their shoe size chart; however, due to the way it's made on the interior the lining is so thick it hurts rubbing against the perimeter of my feet. So I exchanged for the next size up and that size is so large it falls off my feet. In order to prevent them from falling off my feet, I have to tie the tie it comes with but then I'm walking around and feel like a child wearing their parents shoes. There seems to be no winning with these slippers. If anyone were to ask my opinion, I would say don't waste your money on these.

My son really like it first but in less than a month wearing inside the house as slippers the seams ripped open. Is this meant NOT to be worn and walk around in? I am confused because I am upset for this price I didn't even get a month out of it.

Truly disappointing. Thought they'd keep my feet warm, inside, with socks on and they really didn't do much. Bummer slippers!

Tight fit with warm socks. Didn't last a year. Two holes in the sole of right slipper. Very disappointed. Currently wearing four-year-old slippers paid about $6 for, they are in perfect condition. .

I purchased and two sets of these booties for my wife as a Christmas present. Both were defective. The first pair had defective padding in one of the soles. The second set had a separation between the sole and the side. Apparently the construction and/or quality of materials is shoddy. There does not seem to be any quality control from the manufacturer. I cannot recommend them at all.

Purchased Baffin Cush and Baffin Cush Booty. Both the same size. They are different sizes. Obviously Baffin makes product in multiple sizes and lumps them together for inventory cost reduction.

Don't buy these slippers! After wearing these for less than 2 weeks (in the house, on carpet only, the soles frayed where they are attached to the sides. Another week and you can see the wear on the soles. Comfort is no trade off for shoddy workmanship and inferior materials.

Horrible construction on top! I bought these one week ago and the upper cuff (where the top drawstring is) has already ripped away from the booty on both booties! The ripping is in the back where you normally pull on a boot. I am extremely disappointed in this! I will not buy again.

Great slippers but soles have holes in them after less than a month and a half. Zappos, PLEASE try to source a better down slipper! The Sierra Designs booties are ok but those have so little sole to them your feet get cold. SO BUMMED! Definitely a waste of money.

These are very bad. The rubber wears off within a week and then very slippery. That is not good for the elderly. You have to be very careful on hardwood floors.

Very bad quality! The sole grippers wore off within a few days. Now, the sole is separating from the upper.

I received these slippers at the end of November and started wearing them in early December. It is now only two weeks in, and the anti-slip that was on the soles has already worn off--in fact, I even managed to slip and fall down the stairs this past weekend, as we have all wood floors in our house. So, for anyone in a similar situation, I would not recommend these slippers. I can't even turn a corner now without having to be pretty careful. They are lovely otherwise (all fluff and cozy), but there should not be so much wear after only two weeks!

I thought these were going to be perfect for wearing around the house and slipping under the covers... and they were until a week after I'd bought them, the rubber sole grips completely wore off-- and it's not like I am doing pirouettes on sandpaper, just normal hardwood floors and carpeting! These are going back! Save your money...
