No arch support. Very slippery on bare floors and tile once the "texture" they add to the bottom wears out. (Wears out in a month or so.) No cushioning on bottom so you feel every bump on the floor. Not very warm, despite the "thermal" look. I wear heavy winter socks, and my feet are still cold wearing these slippers. I've only had these a couple of months and already there is a hole in the bottom of the slippers. I would not order these again.

I should start this review by saying that I am hard on slippers. I stay at home with a toddler so I wear slippers more than I wear regular shoes! That said, I was pretty disappointed in these. They are fabulously comfortable and warm, but the sole padding gets flattened out quickly. I've had these for less than a month and grip at the bottom is wearing away. And one last final problem: They do not wash well. There are no care instructions with these, but considering the construction I thought for sure I could wash on delicate and air dry in the dryer. Nope. They are all lumpy and so uncomfortable now. Very disappointed.

Great while they lasted; got about a month out of them before the rubber Polar Proven logos had worn off the bottoms and 3 months later the bottoms were shredded. Called Baffin and they kindly said, "That's why they only have 1 month warranty."

These are super comfy; however, after about a month's use around the house one of the bottoms of the slippers had 2 large holes in it. Not really worth the money for just 1 month.

Looks great, feels great BUT unravelled from the stitches on the sides of the sole after two weeks of use. Did not even have a chance to wash it. I imagine it would disintegrate in the washing machine.

I totally agree with all comments about warmth, comfort and a nice secure fit! My daughter and I both purchased these slippers last fall. Long before winter's end however, the soles wore smooth, thin and finally developed holes. We have lovely duct tape covering almost the entire bottom. How can it be that no one else has had this problem. We would love to order a new pair if only we knew that the sole has been improved to last much, much longer.

If the anti skid bottom was durable then my recommendation would be higher. They are nice and warm but too slippery when walking. They aren't good for even quick walks to the mailbox.

Mildly disappointed. I go camping a lot and was hoping for more dirt resistance. My feet still got cold over the winter and with hardwood floors the cold went straight through the "sole" which became extremely thin after minimal wear. Expected a warm foot blanket and got a poncho. They are stylish in the way sweatpants are stylish, but good sweat pants like the ones that say "juicy" on the back. Comfort left a lot to be desired. Luckily, Zappos fills this desire by being the friendliest and easiest to work with online store. I'm about to put in another order, you cannot beat their service or delivery!

These slippers are super comfy, but there is an issue with the stitching between the sole bottom and upper. I wore them for 7 days and the stitching tore away at the seams. The maker should put a reinforcement around the stitch edges! I have contacted with Zappos and already received a refund.

Very comfortable at the beginning, but after two weeks, the anti slippery surface it has at the bottom went off and now it's just a regular overpriced slipper. Also, the spongy feeling disappeared as well after less than two weeks. Very disappointed with the product.

I walked about 10 steps in these slippers and the cord tightener was digging into the top of one of my feet. I wear an 8 1/2 and bought the 9-10 size. I had to really tighten the cords on the top to get them to stay on my feet, hence probably why it was digging into my foot. The padding inside the slipper was nice, but I felt it was too narrow - I have a medium width foot. Plus they looked really goofy on me. I returned them.

Completely worn out at the seams after very light indoor usage over less than a year

Was very disappointed with these slippers. I really tried but just too uncomfortable to start or end my day feeling like that.

The fit was great. The size was great. They feel exactly like they look: sleeping bags for your feet. HOWEVER, as many others have noted the tread wears off almost immediately. I bought these because in the winter I hate wearing heavy snow boots all day. I work in a temperature-controlled office so what I do is take off the heavy boots and the thicker socks, and then put on slippers. These were worn indoors by someone who spends most of his day sitting in a chair with periodic trips to the bathroom. These were worn on carpet, hardwood floors, and tile. No running, stomping, or dancing. In less than a month the tread was pretty much gone and I started slipping. Even on the carpet. I had to start walking slower with shorter steps so I didn't slip and fall every few feet. If it had occurred to me to return them, I would have, but I missed my chance. Don't buy these shoes until they solve the tread issue. They need actual grippy fabric on the bottoms rather than painting on tiny words as tread.

Didn’t like the way they always felt like they’re going to come off at the heel ,I sent them back.

These used to be awesome!! Unfortunately they have changed them. The foot opening are dramatically smaller and hard to use. Now there is a long narrow section of padding (feels like a tube under your foot) down the middle of the slipper and your ankle wants to roll off of it. This is too bad. These used to be great slippers. This was my fifth pair and I have to return them.

These slippers lasted a grand total of 2 months. I didn't run any footraces on gravel, or scuff my feet over sandpaper -- just wore them after work around the house -- and the soles of both slippers are already worn bare and have large holes in them. I've gotten $10 slippers that have lasted better than these. Super disappointed.

Very poor quality construction on the sole. The black botton frayed and developed holes within 6 months of wearing it only indoors on wooden floors. Do not recommend this at all.!

One of the slippers came torn on the sole (yes, a hole was there before I tried it on). They looked attractive in the picture only. Cheap, thin, and poor quality overall; almost fall apart in your hands. Sending them back.

Very comfortable and cozy and warm but mine tore in the first week of wearing them. I liked them enough to keep wearing them but the anti-slip grips on the bottom wore down in another few weeks. Not durable, lasted about 1 month.

I am a stay at home mom looking for a good pair of slippers. I received these for Christmas, picked them out and added them to my list. I bought Baffin snow boots a couple years ago from Zappos that I love so was hoping for the same great quality in these slippers. After a month of wear - only in the house on carpet and hardwood - there is a hole. The cord/drawstring does not stay tightened, the piece does not stay in place - annoying! My mom called Zappos and we are getting a refund...now to search for a better pair!

If I could leave no star I would. These were a gift for our daughter for Christmas.After not even a month of wear parts of the bottom are already worn to threads, not exaggerating. She has only worn them inside. As far as the comment about wearing them outside to a campfire, this cannot be true as there is no way that they would hold up outside if they are not holding up inside on carpet. Very disappointed in the quality of these Baffin Cush slippers,not sure if the high comments are actually from these particular slippers. Thankfully I will be credited the amount payed towards a new pair that she can choose.Thank you Zappos!

Initially liked these but the "no slip" coating began to wear off within a month. Now completely bald and sole is beginning to wear through. I have all hardwood floors and now cannot wear them because they are unsafe.
