Love these shoes. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day and these are great. Very stylish and comfortable. I have very narrow feet and ordered these in narrow and they fit wonderfully.

I bought this shoe based on the amazing reviews. I am soooo disappointed! I bought it six months ago, but really started wearing it about 4 months ago. These were my office shoes. I left them at work and would wear them only in the office. So, I didn’t wear them much on the street and there was really very little of walking around. Despite that one of the heels just broke off! I was standing there talking to a colleague and shifted my weight to my right foot, and the heel just gave way and bent sideways! This has NEVER happened to me before with any shoe. So, although the shoe is super comfortable and great in all respects – if it can’t handle such gentle wear it has got to be VERY bad quality. When I called Zappos customer service they just said that for a $70 shoe that was ordered 6 months ago – they can’t do anything. The rep also said that if it was a $200 shoe then they would have worked with me! I don’t think this is the “WOW” customer service that they take pride in. I am bitterly disappointed. I LOVED Zappos until now, but I doubt I will EVER buy anything here again!

After wearing out my second pair of Nine West pumps, I decided to go with Calvin Klein for a change. So far, they've been comfortable. I'm still in the breaking-in process, so they always feel a bit stiff when I put them on, but no blisters or aching feet after the work day. Since they are leather, I'm positive the leather will become softer as I wear them. I love the rubberized skid-proof sole, and the heel height is just right. Very stylish and perfect with skinny jeans, skirts, and my formal black suit. The only drawback I've found is that the shoes were longer and narrower than anticipated. In almost every brand of pumps I've ever purchased, I wear a 5.5 medium, sometimes a 6. Much to my surprise, I had to return these for a 5 Wide. This would be my first and only wide-width shoe (they were narrow across the toe box). Strange. Per usual, Zappos was great with the return policy and I had my new pair in no time.

I wish I could write a better review of these shoes. They are gorgeous and the heel is perfect. Unfortunately the quality does not match the look, or the Calvin Klein brand. I'm on my second pair...I ordered the first pair about a month ago. The first day I wore them, the right heel broke off. Not that this matters, but I am not a heavy person at 5'4 and 120 pounds. There was no reason for the heel to break. Anyway thanks to Zappos awesome customer service I received a new pair. I've been wearing them at work 4 out of 5 days a week. I'm on my feet a lot and they are quite comfortable and elegant. However I just saw today that the the little tip on the end of the left heel is gone, exposing the little screw and causing me to slide on floors. I had high hopes for these because of all the positive reviews but with barely a month of use, they should have held up better. Very disappointed.

You are spoiling me! My order was placed 11/10 and having keys in hand, just about to join friends for dinner, what arrived but my order from Zappos and I requested standard shipping! Needless to say, I slipped on my new pair of heels, they fit perfectly, complemented my LBD, and felt heavenly all evening long. Thank you for your service and to Calvin Klein for pumps exactly like I needed for last evening. They and you made my evening with friends classic!

These shoes are perfect. I order them over and over again. Comfortable on the first wear. Classy and great for the office. Heel is not too high or too low.

Hallelujah! I have spent so much money on trying to find a comfortable pump that is sexy (toe cleavage and wide cut) and will not slip off my heel - this is it! While I would prefer a 1/2-1 inch higher heel I'm not going to complain. I am a true size 7 and due to the beginnings of bunions on the outer side of each big toe, I chose a 6 1/2 W which fit perfectly. They are a little stiff, but I plan to polish and wear them in to a soft leather.

I don't wear heels often and if I do, I generally wear wider heels as my feet are finicky and I have bunions. In spite of all my feet issues I am able to wear these shoes all-day for work. Glad I bought them. Wish there was a pair in black patent & red as I would buy them too! The heel height is more like 3".

These shoes are so comfortable and true to size. I can never wear heels because of the pain, I went out dancing in these all night!

Love these shoes and they felt comfortable but they run long. I wear a 6.5 Narrow and sometimes 7 Narrow and the 6.5 Narrow was too long by a 1/2 size.

These shoes run a bit large. I had to return 7's and get a 6.5. Comfortable and a nice size heel for work. Not too tall and not too short.

Great shoe for work. Extra comfy. I can wear them all day without pain. Perfect heel height. I had several pairs of pants hemmed to these heels. I have a narrow foot and go between an 8.5 and an 8 in pumps. I just never know. The 8 was best for me in these and fit great! The only thing that bugged me is the inside is not a bronze, like it's pictured. the inside is an ivory color. I know that shouldn't be a big deal, but it bothered me. I think a bronze inside would make the shoe much classier. When I have my legs crossed and the arch of my foot shoes the inside of the show a bit, it's ivory and a little distracting.

I typically wear the oh so comfortable Cole Haan Air Juliana Pump 75. I love the comfort and style they provide. However, after trying these shoes at a much lower price, and pretty close to exact styling I am sold on the Klein! I have never gone back and ordered the same shoes in almost every color. But I did just that. Now, as long as the heel does not break off (as noted in a few other reviews), Calvin Klein will be my go to pumps. As I can purchase two pairs of Calvin Klein shoes for price of one Cole Haan, for my sensitive Pisces feet! Oh, I usually wear a 7½ or 8 medium and these fit perfectly at 7½M. Some reviews said they ran narrow but I did not find that was the case with me. They fit like a glove on my regular feet (no arch issues, etc.) I hope this review helps someone as I rarely take the time but thought I might as well give back, since I read these reviews often before making my own purchases.

Love these shoes! The fit is great for my foot with panty hose and bare foot. The padding in these pumps is much greater than other pumps I have. They are great for work and going out!

These are the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned. I had to return the first pair and size down by 1/2 size which was no big deal since Zappos return policy makes it so easy. Considering I commute and walk and stand on my feet all day, these are a dream come true. I'm getting in more colors immediately!

Really comfortable, the leather is really soft, so make sure to take really good care of it and use shoe polish.

I'm really picky about my heels, usually don't wear anything above 2 inches on an everyday basis. These are really comfy for the height! I'm usually a 7, was sliding out of the heel, so the 6.5 fits perfectly. My width is a bit on the narrow side. And the stacked heel is nice so if you catch it, there's no ugly fabric rip in the heel that needs to be repaired. So cute!

I always check reviews but seldom write them. However, these shoes are really amazing! I can go from business casual to a night out and they look nice but are still super comfy! I would like to own them in all colors.

These are great shoes - very sexy and feminine. I have them in black suede and have worn them to a job fair and an upscale restaurant. Very comfortable and won't ruin your feet.

I love these shoes! For a heel they are very comfortable - I do not usually wear heels and I can wear these all day without a problem. They broke in without a single blister! I normally wear either an 8 or an 8.5 depending on the brand, and in these I found the 8 to be more comfortable.

I love these shoes! Looked beautiful with my black dress, definitely were the right choice. They were comfortable for the entire evening...looking forward to another event to wear them to!

I was torn between these and the Anne Klein Christa pumps. In the end, I chose these. A bit more comfortable and my feet stayed put, unlike the Anne Klein, which I feared would fall off my foot as they stretched. Beautiful leather, no seams showing as in the AK shoes. Padded foot bed and great heel. Sexy, yet walkable. I did have to order one size down as they ran long. Love these and can't wait to wear them.
