I purchased these boots because they were very cute in style and color. However, after receiving them and taking them out of the box, they had a funky smell to them. For the price of these boots they are cheaply made and I am afraid to wear them for fear they will fall apart after wearing them a few times. Unfortunately, I will be returning them and wait until the next cold weather season to purchase a better pair.

These were great boots for a month or 2, then the material started cracking and falling off.

These boots have no cushioning on the footbed, even with double thick inserts. I can feel the staples in the sole. The shaft of the boot is lined with something very flimsy, has a cardboard feel. Also, I ordered a wide size for winter socks, and I can barely fit my feet in the boot with no sock on at all! I am returning them. At this price you should get a much better boot!

The boots are very comfortable but I'm not real "hep" on the material, just hope it holds up well?

just got these boots in the mail and the only thing I am happy about is how fast they got here. They are the wrong color. I thought they were going to be a light grey and they are a very dark grey and do not go with the outfit I have. I ordered them because they have WW and I have a wider calf and they are very tight so I do not appreciate that. They are very cheap looking and have marks all over them that resemble hot glue gun marks. I will be sending them back ASAP. I am very disappointed.

The materials are cheap and thin. I was shocked at how flimsy these boots were. Overpriced for such a cheaply made product.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loved them. However, after wearing them 2 or 3 times, the front ripped from the sole. Zappos was great and will refund or exchange the product. Unfortunately, they are out of stock. :(

These are cheaply made boots. I have not even owned these a month yet and the suede is wearing off. I have only worn them about 10 times and they look like they are five years old. I am very disappointed that I paid so much for boots that are wearing away already.

The color is not identical to the picture. The shoes are a dark grey as opposed to the lighter grey shown on the picture. I ordered the EE calf size and these are not true to size.

The quality is really bad for the price! I've had these boots for a week and they are already falling apart. All I've done is WALK in these boots. Nothing CRAZY or anything. The tips of the boots are peeling away from the sole. The material scratches very easily, too. I have boots from chain shoe stores that have lasted longer. Very disappointed in these 'cheap' yet kinda expensive boots. :(

Runs small and is not great quality.

It smells disgusting. I could hardly pull them on although I've got normal feet and they were marked as wide. Look very cheap.

Not happy with the quality of this boot. Poorly made and they look cheap. Really overpriced, this is something you could buy at Wal-Mart for $10.00. I should have sent them back.

The calf was too slim for me for a pull on boot. I didn't like the 'suede' at all - it felt weird and cheap.

Ahh! Horrible! I couldn't get my heel in. I'm a thin woman with an average foot size and I couldn't get my entire foot through the boot!

These shoes are adorable! What you see is what you get! I like wearing nice warm fuzzy socks so there was little available toe movement but with regular socks it was more breathable! I wear 7.5 so these boots are true to size, they nearly go to my knees and are so stylish! I like the fact that I can wear them with my jeans tuck underneath since there is room...Overall I am so glad to have added these booths to my collection. For this price, they are totally worth it

I love these boots! I have tried at least 10 different pair looking for the perfect pair. I usually have trouble with the calf not being wide enough, these were perfect. Very comfortable.

These boots are awesome! They are very flat and are super comfortable. I feel like I'm barefoot yet my feet are warm. I have wide feet and am always anxious ordering shoes but these fit very well. Personally I'd prefer leather over suede but these were the only flat/wide boots I liked. I'll be wearing these until there are holes in the soles!

I ordered these boots in cream and they had a weird smell to them. Too bad, I really liked these boots so I ordered them in black, and these didn't have that weird smell, so happy. Zappos is the greatest.

Well, DUH! Of course you don't wear these in the rain - they're suede! They are very comfortable boots that you wear to be fashionable, they are not water-proof and they aren't meant for mud, either... they are to look cute on your foot and leg with some nice knit leggings... If you want warmth, I suggest, you up the size so you can fit some thick wool socks..

This is like the boot equivalent of those embroidered ballet slipper shoes you buy at trinket shops next door to college campuses. The sole is essentially cardboard: no support and no protection from the elements. I think it might dissolve in rain. BUT, they're cute as heck, the outer material looks suede-y, and you can put any insole insert in them that you want, so they fit my orthotics wonderfully. The extra-wide shaft fits great, and the boot looks equally nice pulled up or scrunched down. I paid full price for mine and that's too much for what you get; grab them on clearance.

Great boots-true to size. I bought the wides witch are a bit wide for me. I have received many complements on them. They will need to be treated before wearing them-they attract the dirt.
