I have been buying these shirts for years and they hold up really great, I have some that are about 20 years old, and they are still decent. This last order, there was a problem with one of the shirts it was missing two buttons. This is the first issue I have ever had with the shirts. I called Dickies, and told them the problem, the person on the phone was really nice and asked me to take a photo of the shirt showing the problem, she told me that she would send an email soon with instructions on how to take care of the problem. I took a photo, and the email was there instructing me on how to send the photo. In a very short time there was another email, telling me that a new shirt was on the way, and to keep the defective shirt. In a couple of days the new shirt was at my doorstep. It is hard to find this type of service these days, and to talk to a live person on the phone. Thank you Dickies, still a fan for as long as I need shirts.
