I owned a pair of Moon Boots several years ago and they lasted nearly 25 years. I knew these boots to be very warm, well made, and long lasting. This year, I decided to order a pair for my daughter and myself. I went to another site and after nearly 45 minutes of trying to enter a new credit card number and talking to someone who does not speak English, my daughter said, "Try Zappos." I tried Zappos. Five minutes later, the boots were ordered. Three days later, the boots arrived. When I found out the boots had been reduced in price, Zappos reimbursed the price difference. Zappos has a customer for life. Thank you, Zappos!

These boots are fun and silly. I bought my daughter the lavender pair and so far we've only had one snow in NY this year, but our feet stayed dry and warm. As for how comfortable it is walking in them – well, imagine taping giant sponges to the bottoms of your feet and sinking in with each step.

These super cool throwbacks are amazingly comfy! You will be the envy of many, especially in the ski lodge!

I love my moon boots! I ordered them and they came literally in a few days. They're extra comfy and I wear them without socks with extreme comfort. They're really cute with denim and perfect for my upcoming ski trip. Zappos rocks!

I was searching for something different, that not everyone would be wearing for my son and I found it with Moon Boots! Although, they are large and bulky, they keep his feet warm and cozy! If you re looking for a 'low key' boot that won't be recognized and that you can cover with your pants, so don't buy these, they aren't for you. These boots are for people who want to stand out and keep their feet toasty at the same time!

I love my moon boots. They are the most comfy shoe and/or boot I have ever worn! They are a million times better than UGGS and less expensive! My moon boots are super warm and kept my feet comfy while I run around my ski mountain. You will never regret getting moon boots; even my 12 year old daughter loves them!

Had a pair back in the early '80s but remember them being like walking on marshmallows! These are comfortable but I am a little disappointed...foot bed not as comfortable as I remember. I am returning but those who don't remember them from way back may think these are great. Hope they recreate what they offered back then!

Love these snow boots. They are comfy and warm, and look pretty cool. Few years ago I was looking for these everywhere and couldn't find them I am so glad I found them finally.

GET READY FOR THE NEXT SNOWSTORM! I love these ultra light, waterproof boots! I can walk where others can't, they keep my feet warm and I always get great comments on them. People always ask me where I got them. When the snow hits town (New York City) instead of being stuck at home, I can go out and have fun! Yay!

I was so excited to find these again. I had an original pair long ago and they were so comfortable that I did not want to take them off! Sorry to say that the new ones I bought just are not the same. The foot bed is not as cushy, especially the heel (it is really hard on my heels) and the biggest problem is about the top of the boot. It is too small to go around my leg. I need the boot to be a bit taller, closer to the knee to be more comfortable for me or just more ample around the calf. I guess I have a larger than average calf. I could help the insides by putting some temper insoles in them,but what to do about the tightness around the calf. I really wanted another pair of these!

I was a little surprised at the quality, although comfortable they are sort of cheaply made. I bought them to wear for Halloween and 80s ski parties, but probably would go with something else for daily wear!

This is my second pair of Moon Boots from Tecnica. The first pair were a gift. At the time I couldn't see paying for a pair of snow boots, but then after one winter in them I saw the light. My feet were never cold, in fact, when wearing these boots it felt like I was walking in the surface of the sun. Toasty. Changes your whole attitude about snow. They do break down at the heel a little with frequent wear, so I found myself trying to cover the small holes with a rubberized glue to maintain the waterproof effect through a second winter. Also, after extended wear these boots do make your feet smell like brimstone, so do yourself a favor and don't wear them all day. My favorite winter boots!

I love these boots. I had them already in black from a purchase years back and was so excited to see Zappos was carrying them this year. These boots are honestly the best investment for winter, especially if you tend to get cold feet or your feet hurt at times. I have a neuroma in my left foot and there are very few shoes and boots I can wear comfortably. These hit the mark and then some. They are very, very comfortable and your feet are far enough off the ground and away from the snow that you have toasty toes all the time. ;) Plus, they're just cool to look at. I always get compliments on them!

This boot is so cool! I got mine in pink and they're super cute! One thing though, I must warn you; the foam flattens out the second time you wear them, and everyone makes fun of you like crazy.

Love these boots. It has been a very cold winter in NYC. These are heat activated when you walk, foot never gets damp/wet. You can walk in deep drifts of snow. The size range by size is easily adjusted with how tight you pull the laces.

I find their boots very comfortable but fall apart before season over! I've bought twice and both times it happened!

I absolutely love my moon boots. I had them as a kid and kept them until I wore them out as an adult. So I decided to get a new pair at age 49! Never do your feet get cold in these boots. I walk in below zero weather, ice fish, snowmobile in them. I have Raynaud's Syndrome and extreme intolerance to cold in hands and feet and these solve that. I only wish they had moon gloves! Funny everyone wants to know where I got them, especially after they say they are freezing and I smile and say I'm not. They are soft and comfy too. Easy to slip on and off, don't even need to figure which is right or left. They are the best boots ever.

Trying to get this product was a feat in and of itself, so I was really hoping it was going to be a good product once I received it. It was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old daughter. Size was true to her shoe size and very warm. She doesn't wear them for snow, like I did when I wore them 30 years ago, but for fashion. Who would've ever known? Very happy with them.

These boots rock! Warmer than my Sorels and way more comfy! I say they run true to size and they are so light it feels like you are wearing nothing! You won't be disappointed with these and I love all of the colors!

I love these boots! I was skeptical when they first arrived because they are rather bulky but it turns out they are very light. They are very comfortable and toasty warm. I think I will be very happy that I bought them once it starts getting cold outside and now I am excited for snow!

I am too old (40) for this boot! Big, bulky and for kids! I had the impression that they were going to be comfortable like my Uggs - no comparison. I liked the slip-on waterproof concept.

Okay, I was skeptical. I remember the Moon Boot craze from the '70s but when my college daughter wanted a pair, I thought it too would be just a craze. I read reviews from around the web to discover the Moon Boot product is for real - owners rave about them. I ordered a pair for my daughter last Christmas and everything that was said in the positive reviews were correct. She trudged through the St. Louis slush and snow to her college classes in dry comfort. They are lightweight and sturdy - very well made. And no one on campus had them...they are not being sold in department stores, at least to my search. I even started to ask stores if they had heard of them. Many said no. My daughter was delighted to be the unique student on campus. They lasted the year and remain in very good condition. I highly recommend them.

I loved them for the first month. Then the foam got flattened and they went from being the perfect fit to way too big. The sole also wore through and they were unwearable by the end of winter.

Love my Moon Boots. They have an Anime look to them, but not so much that they look ridiculous. I can put my jeans over them or put them over my leggings. I live in Alaska, and they keep my toes comfy. Seriously, tired of Uggs, and these are my new favorite! Super comfy. Mold to your feet like slippers.
