These pants look great in the advertisement but they feel like cardboard to wear, sizing is small, and pockets are too small.

Inconsistent waist sizes. Ordered two of exact same style (874 Original Fit), one was at least 1/2" less in circumference than the other. Worse is neither compared concurrently with the existing pairs(s) I have in my closet.

Very tight on the size, washed and got tighter on the waist and sits high up.

Sizing has changed for the original fit 874 pants. The beltline doesn't sit at the waist anymore and my standard 29 in inseam is at least 2 inches longer than previously purchased pants. Also, the upper legs are extremely large compared to older pants. I am very disappointed.

The pants were stiff which is fine. I'm sure they're just sturdy and would soften up. The major problem was, I'm about. 32-33 waist. So I ordered a 33 waist, 30 inseam. But the thing fit like a 29 or 30 waist.

Runs very big. Returns are difficult without a printer.

The pants look good although I could not get them in a 28L or shorter. The snap at the waist is a slide, I would much prefer a button.

Fit is smaller than expected; these don't fit while the same size in a different pair fit perfectly. Bummer.

Pants came with damage on the rear belt loop and some discoloration (reddish? like a burn or singe from heat?).
Sized up on the waist, but still a bit tight. Wanted to learn what the 'hype' was about these, but the material is rather thin. Glad i bought on sale.

Waist size was not correct. Bought a pair of shorts same waist size and fit correctly.

The quality of the pants are great, but had to return them because they ran small in the waist. 36" waist were probably closer to a 34.5"-35".

I ordered a 3829
It looks and fits more like a 32 length. Very disappointed

These pants fit very small, especially in the crotch and waist. Usually a 30x30 and that was far too tight. Would recommend sizing up possibly, though the fit will likely be off.

This pair are a little bigger in the leg than expected. The skinny fit for me are the best!

These pants are a great fit and style, but the fabric is garbage. The poly-cotton blend gets trashed and starts pilling after a few washes. They should make these out of 100% polyester or 100% cotton. This would keep the fabric looking crisp for longer, and it would make the pants resistant to pilling.

I kept going up in waist size but the thighs never got larger. I usually wear a 36 and went all the way up to 40 but still crazy tight in the thighs

They asked me to review these before they even showed up but I wanted to hold off. I know these show up pretty stiff but I can't bring myself to wash these as many times as I did my last pair of non flex versions. They're so stiff and the sizing is inconsistent and as I'm typing this I realize I should probably look for other brands for pants because these have become overrated, even though the price is solid it's not worth it.

Fit is small compared to jeans, in my opinion. I wear a 36/32 in Silver Jeans and ordered 38/32 in the 874 pants. I could barely do them up, they felt more like a 34 waist. I returned them.

874 pants used to have a little more cotton in them and were a little thicker. Over time they got really soft. And they fit. These were the right waist and everything else but too tight half way down my butt. Now made for men only with flat butts.

Inconsistent sizes. Ordered two pair of original work pants at the same size and they fit differently than each other the only difference is the color. Also have a pair of 34's that fit perfectly so I ordered 2 new 34's that are way too tight. Any other pants I'm a 32. Doesn't make sense .

I can never find my size in dickies. In Old Navy and Levis branded pants im 28x28 or 28x29. I ordered once a 28x28 in dickies, did not fit at all. Took the L and ordered again but this time a 29x29. I had to hold my breath in just to get the pants on and it was too high on my waist. So what kinda wack size do i have to get?

Nothing wrong with the pants themselves. Lots of good color options and they feel sturdy, but the sizing is just wrong. I've worn a 28 waist for the longest time across a lot of major brands. This is the first time in the past 5-7 years a 28 pant hasn't fit me correctly. These pants were so tight I have no idea whats going on with the sizing. Do yourself a favor and measure yourself before ordering so you don't have to go through the return process.

I have purchased Dickies pants and work shirts for years, but something seems to be happening with their manufacturing process. I have purchased seven (7) pairs of pants from them recently. All were Original classic 874 khaki pants. All had tags on the inside stating that they were size 32 x 29. I noticed different fits and measured all seven very carefully with a tape measure from the hook on the left to the clasp on the right. I measured along the waist on the inside of the pants. Two (2) measured 34 inches, two (2) measured 33 inches, one (1) measured 32 inches and two (2) measured 30 inches. I had to return the two measuring 30 inches. They were the last I ordered and were too tight to wear. The pants themselves are excellent, but I am now scared to order them for fear they won't fit.
