I've been wearing Dickies almost exclusively for 18 years. I work really hard in them, and they seem to outlast other work pants for a fraction of the price. First of all they look great when new, so I have some that I try hard to keep clean and use only for dressy occasions. I wear them out to dinner, to trade shows, galas, board meetings, etc. The wrinkle resist and stain release features are BIG for me. Once they finally get dirty, they become work pants. I use them for welding, concrete mixing, woodworking, glassblowing, gardening, hiking, you name it. I get about 8 years of use this way. The first wear and tear to ever happen to them as work pants is after about two years my right pocket lip wears from my tape measure clip, and the next thing is I get a hole in my left pocket where I keep a pen and a permanent marker. Seriously--everyone who knows me knows Dickies is the only pants I wear. I just received 9 different colors of the Original 874 pant, and my wife is even excited about this!

I needed new pants for work and I like the fit of Duckies pants and the durability of them.

I bought my pants on line because I needed a bigger size than what they sell at the stores because I guess only thin people work, but anyway, the ordering and time it took to get my pants was outstanding. I ordered them on a Wednesday and I had them on Friday.

3 years ago, I bought my first 3 pair of 874's. They've held up better than any other work pants I've had since I retired from the Army. But it was time to replace them, so I ordered 4 more pair. I'm very pleased with the quality AND the price!

I bought these because I normally wear size 42 waist. When I tried them on, the pants were at least 2 inches smaller and did not fit. However the quality was very good. I had to return them and will get a larger size.
