I have been wearing these for at least 6 years now. They are heavy material and don't wrinkle like pants that are twice as expensive and wear really GREAT. I only wish you had a few more colors in waists over 38-40 (like the lighter beige sandstone color). And please, don't make them cheaper (less quality), just raise the price if needed. I wear 40X29 and 42X29

I bought these for work pants for my son, they fit well and are very durable!

I have bought these for over 10 years for work. The durabilty is outstanding and last for 1.5 plus before needing to replace. They are still usable but just show their age...faded and thinning. I always return due to the thickness and stiching. I am hard on the knees but they still hold up.

I always buy the 874s because they sit right at the waistline and not many men's pants today do. I can't stand low rise jeans, twill pants etc. These are great. Affordable, durable and come in a variety of different colors and inseam lengths. Quality product right here guys.

I bought these pants for casual wear a couple of weeks ago. So far they work great for casual activities.

Great quality and price. Selection of colors/sizes online is fantastic. Introducing more "earth tone" colors into the mix is nice. Especially for folks who work industrial jobs in need of functional and professional clothing.

These pants can handle it all. Ive worn these pants when I worked in kitchens, landscaping, custodial work, night crew work, gardening, auto mechanics and Sunday best. I bought 4 pairs back in 2000 and only recently did I have to chuck em and get new ones due to the fact I pretty much wore them till they fell apart and that is also after I had stitched them up as wear and tear took effect. Hands down the best pants Ive ever worn and worked in. You're getting your moneys worth without a doubt. I got 17 years out of mine. These pants have a lot of heft to them. They are thick and nice. I would say they might run one size small but not two. There is no stretch to them whatsoever which is different compared to what is on the market right now. They are great for my purpose.

Good clean lines and made to last at an affordable price

I am a tall/thin female and need work pants that are warm, durable and cute. While they are a little baggy on me, they are great! So comfortable and I know they will last a long time. I'm not into the button on the back pocket, but otherwise I love them.
