The boot is very comfortable and seems durable. I was a bit surprised by the texture of it, it doesn't feel like normal leather, but is more elastic-feeling (almost like rubber). But they are easy to slip on and are really comfortable to walk in.

Nicer version of a classic - I've worn the traditional round-toed Blundstones for years, but this style is a great alternative. The more streamlined, square-toed shape makes them look a bit more like a motorcycle boot. The photos make them look a bit lighter, thinner-soled and skinnier than they actually are-- it's not something most women (or men) would actually want to wear with a suit. But I wear them with professional clothing to and from work on rainy days, and they look fine for that-- they blend in better than sneakers! I found them to be much more comfortable than my original Blundstones from about 8 or 9 years ago-- the sole cushioning is excellent. The elastic around the ankles seems a bit snugger than I'm used to and can be a little irritating with certain socks. I bought an extra pair to try two sizes and ended up selling them to a friend who had never worn Blundstones-- she loves them too. They are indestructible and great for muddy, rainy and snowy days when you just want to pull something on and go.

This is the dress version of Blundstone's classic work boot, with a thinner, more elegant sole. The boot fits well and is extremely comfortable. The insole is cushiony and the outer sole is springy. I was not pleased with the dull, matte leather, which looks more like rubber than leather. I don't think it would look good at the office or on special occasions. It has the unappealing look of black magic marker or someone who has painted their car with house paint.

Love these shoes for style and durability, but I’m a size 10.5, had to go with a 9 to fit nicely, it’s just the stitching over the top of the arch in my foot, starts to kill my feet at the end of the day. I would wear these forever if that wasn't an issue! I have to find a new shoe to wear for work.

These were just too wide even in the full sizes for my 9.5b womans foot (I tried the 6). There are so many different models of Blundstones and they all fit a little differently. With the exception of the low and mid heeled versions, and the dress Ankle unisex, they are quite wide. For everyday wear I prefer to wear lightweight socks and I could not get the fit I wanted in any style but the low heeled womens style (I got the 7 in those). The 1" heel on those makes them less than stable on rough terrain but they are smart looking and can be dressed up or down. The Dress Ankle style is a good width but they greatly elongated my foot and I felt I was wearing skiis.

I can't really say how these boots fit/felt/look. I ordered a womens US 6 and received a women's US 9.

this shoes don't provide any arch support. They hurt the bottom of my feet

Ordered my normal size, but for me personally these ran small. Too tight, especially in the toes. Still searching for the perfect Chelsea boot, and might try a larger size. These are well-made.

Unable to get my foot into the boot. Therefore unable to give accurate review of width or support.

I wear a US 7 wide, but chose 7.5 to accommodate width. The heel part of the boot is too stiff, so my heels rub a uncomfortably against them. I adding some thin moleskin but it doesn't help much. I'll try adding some heel pads. I also have high arches so they fit snuggly, but these boots need a lot of stretching. I've slowly tried to break them in over 4 days and it is getting better. But they haven't been comfortable out of the box.

Overall, they are a well made pair of boots, but they look like unfeminine clodhoppers on my large feet. I wear a 14 Women/12.5 Men (11.66cm) and purchased the size AU 11 as per the recommendations to size down. They were still too long by about a half size, and felt a little too wide for my feet. I ended up sending them back.

I have a high instep and I could hardly force them on. Once I got them on, they felt fine. The quality and materials looked good. If I could get them on with reasonable ease I would have kept them.

I’ve been wearing blind stones fit years. Same size, same styling. Something has changed, they are heavier, clunkier and just not as nice S they used to be. Perhaps mass production has changed the product. Very sad.

Blundstone seem to be all the rage here in the Bay Area. I've tried them once before, and returned them. I personally think they're ugly ducklings but I know people who swear by them for both comfort and style. They seemed super comfortable, but I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. Returned them, but hope to find another style that works better for me. My sister (who I gave them to) wears them EVERY DAY. So that should be a better review. She loves them! Just not for me.

If you have high arches, this is a difficult boot to get into. Also, sizes recommended as comparable to Australian sizes are off.

These boots run very large. I bought them for my daughter, who usually wears a US women's size 9 in boots. I ordered the US women's size 8 because I had seen elsewhere online that these run large. They are way too big on her. I am considering exchanging, but my daughter is uncertain because they are also very wide (and she has very narrow feet). I'll update the review if we decide to exchange instead of return.

These looked kind of Frankenstein on me. They were a half size too big. I wear US 7 and bought a 4. They are also made in Vietnam, which would be ok in and of itself, but the shoes say Australia and Tasmania on them.

I normally wear a US women's 11, but decided to go for the 10.5 after previous reviewers said they run large. The width definitely runs large but the actual size or length of the shoe seems true to size, so unfortunately they are too small for me. I don't think I'll exchange them for the 11 because they would still be too wide unfortunately. They would probably be ideal for a medium to slightly wider foot. Sigh... I wanted to love these! They look so dang good on!

Comfortable out of the box but I was not happy with the square-toe style of this boot. I may try another style because I think these could be great casual boots! And definitely order a whole size smaller. I usually wear a US8 and I ordered the US7 based upon other reviewers saying these run big and they were right. The 7 fit perfect with plenty of room for socks.

I ordered these after the Blundstone BL566 seemed a little too "outdoorsy" in appearance. These weren't anywhere as comfortable as the BL566, they don't even seem like they're manufactured the same. I thought these were supposed to be more "shoe/dressy" they feel very bulky, not comfortable and my feet were swimming.

Really enjoyed this boot. However, after nearly a year of daily wear, I'm needing to switch another pair due to the black dye of the boot wearing down and becoming blu-ish in tone. Given how much wear I've had with this, I'm not complaining too loudly, though I've had other less-expensive boots last longer. Still, it's a solid, stylish boot for those who would wear it occasionally.

These boots started out great. Supple leather, classic styling, and the ability to look good with a wide variety of pants. Then the quality issues kicked in. The leather on the toes started to split and peel away and had to be glued back into place. Then the leather towards the heel split and started to come away from the sole. Not sufficient durability for a boot I've worn only a few times a week for six months, and which is towards the pricier end of the spectrum.

I got a number of pairs and they all felt 1 to 1.5 sizes larger than they should. I kept retuning to Zappos for a smaller size. The styling is nice for Blundstone, but they offer no arch support and the leather felt a bit thin. Would be great for spring/fall but not winter.

This was one of 3 pairs of boots I ordered, in an effort to find something that would make me feel a bit more secure walking around on icy pavements. But these are going back to Zappos. They look heavy, clunky, and are not comfortable enough to make the grade.
