Was so excited to order these for my toddler, unfortunately I found the fit far too narrow and couldn't even get these on my son's foot.

These are cute and simple but the extremely hard backing on the heel area is causing cuts and blisters on the back of both my boy's heel. It also makes it painful to get them on and they both hate these shoes. Once they are on it is fine till it starts to scrape their heels. These also need to have a wider opening and bigger tongue area that flaps open easier. My oldest had toddler vans that we saved and those are so flexible, no super hard carboard type thing in the heel and bigger opening for foot.

These shoes are way to big. I went by the sizing chart and even measured the foot. Yes no. These are humongous lol

My son gets the velcro shoes in size 7.5, but for these it is too small. Recommend going up a size. Going to return them.

Because they were a pain to put on his feet and I really wanted these to work out. I don't know if it was just because he has a chunky foot for a 1 year old but they weren't the easiest to put on. Hopefully a bigger size helps.

I bought two pairs of these for my son in the same size, one in white, and one in gray. The white shoes fit significantly smaller than the gray ones. So much smaller in fact that I couldn't even get them onto his feet. It's frustrating that the same exact shoe, but just a different color would fit so different.

I grew up near the Anaheim factory and have been wearing Vans since I was a little kid. Forty years now. I never thought I'd say this, but I can no longer recommend Vans shoes. In fact I have to make a point of telling people they should avoid Vans now. We bought my son a pair of Authentics for back to school. One week later the soles had separated from the uppers. So disappointing. I wish I could say this this was an isolated incident, maybe a bad batch of adhesive. But I've been having the same issue with my adult pairs for years. Unless you buy the highly overpriced. 'premium' models of Vans classics, you're basically guaranteed a garbage product. So disappointing.

I ordered these a few weeks ago and still no shoes or update. Emailed, no reply. Very disappointed.
